This was my first time visiting a dispensary. It was a Tuesday morning and very busy, but the staff was efficient and friendly. The long line moved quickly. Becky waited on me, and I had a great experience with her! The product is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Used to be a great location - since opening the employee moral is low. Never have more than 3 cashiers, understaffed and deployed for their busiest days. Always a minimum of an hour wait - will definitely be driving out of my way for a more efficient dispensary. Management needs to be reviewed and flipped.

Great experience line was out the door and looked like it was going to take a while but the line moved quickly staff was really nice and service was great Ashley is amazing 😁 and product is great only have good things to say 10/10 would definitely recommend

Ashley was so kind to me today! I was short on change and she covered me as well as gave me a free grinder for 4/20. She was a great help. Honestly everyone who works here is a delight. Thanks for always making my trips in so great!

Was shorted 4 grams of 1/2 oz flower. Cannot get this Danville location to pick up the phone as it hangs up no matter what option is chosen. This is not the first time this has happened either but so noticeable this time I could tell by looking at it so I weighed to check. It’d be great if they would at least have a working phone or employees to answer it to hear the issue. I will be reporting to BBB if issue isn’t addressed. Thank you

Great customer service from all staff! Shelby is very helpful and knows exactly what to recommend. Everyone has been very welcoming and they always seem to genuinely enjoy their work. Would absolutely recommend!

It was an amazing experience. Although I walked up to the counter too soon and I was chewed out. I had no idea about the rules. Absolutely no one explains the rules. So don't walk up to the counter unless they call you up.

Had the privilege to be served by KimShe was amazing!! Super knowledgeable in every product I was inquiring about. Very patient met and exceeded all of my needs for my arthritis. Would definitely recommend doing business with her and this place!Thank you once again!

I made my first visit here a couple weeks ago. I was desperate to find something to help manage the excruciating pain in my heel. The people at the front desk were so incredibly kind. They found someone to help me and let me sit by the cashier so I didn't need to try to walk all over the store. The young lady assigned to me selected a couple great products, explained how to use them and what to expect. I'm ready to make another visit. This time I'll be able to walk in with far less pain. I've seen so many Drs and no one seems to have any interest in relieving my pain. This place did more for me in less than 30 mins than countless Dr appts in 4 years. I still have pain but it's manageable. Perhaps after a few more weeks experimenting with dosage, I'll be closer to pain free! Thank you for your kindness, courtesy, caring and knowledge. I look forward to becoming a regular customer.4/30/2024 I made a return visit for more gummies today. Once again I had an exceptional experience. I was treated with kindness and courtesy from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. Thank you!! Btw, the gummies are helping with my pain more than I expected.

Ok, for ALL out of state visitors that are out there doing their web searches & research - I have some notes on the atmosphere and on the convenience and experiences that once can likely expect to be present at this location, and those that may not be up to your expectations in terms of the quality and memorable experience part of things..If YOU want an institutional type of experience, by all means, visit this place.However, if you are like me and want the good vibed, positive energy, FULL & PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE, just go ahead and save yourself some time by going directly across the street to the studio looking building (Seven Point) that, if similar to my findings, was likely not found in your web searches when looking for a recreational dispensary.I believe they may be new, but I know they were not listed in my searches, and I found them by mere coincidence after bumping into two of their staff members after discussing my poor experience. You can thank me later on sometime! Haha.By all means, visit SunnySide, but if you find the institutional gloomy vibe unfitting for your first experience, definitely drop by the SevenPoint place that is literally just across the street.Being this was a first for me on the rec side, I was utterly disappointed in the lack of assistance, the lack of acknowledgment & helpfulness (personalization) from the staff but was mostly disappointed with the gloomy atmosphere and the draining type of energy inside this "sunny" place..I'm just shocked, ya know.. it was worse than the dull and bland corporate-like med op's down in Florida, and elsewhere, with the basic paper menus, cruddy stock, and long-wait drive-thrus - AND that's saying something!You smile at someone, being nice, and then they still maintain that grumpy miserable energy. Yeah. It tends to be a bit awkward and draining..While they were appropriate, thorough, and informative, I just got that institutional type of vibe from the whole ordeal, and they were not helpful at all in terms of their willingness to assist.Being we were "new/1st time" visitors from out of state, it would've set the stage for a far better experience with a more lively & positive environment. Lighting was subliminal, had a gloomy vibe, and the staffing was either in short supply or the operations side was lacking in efficiency. Huge line, long wait, and 3 staff total in the back room, aside from the security guard. It was just a very basic and a very dull experience all around..It would've been awesome to have a dedicated staff member working with us, to do a small walk through, and they could do with better menus and info on their goods and promos. No staff provided info on stock, deals, promos, etc.On top of the high & over-priced goods, the poor support and the lack of personalized services, and especially after being told to go online to their storefront to look and order, I was done. It was nothing more than a disappointment on that side of the arena.. the flowers were good & ok.To the business - If you prefer not to provide staff and if you prefer to not promote individualized procedures, promote your store/stock/promos, why not just move to an online only "pick up in person" type model, be a basic hub, and be done with it..The only reason I purchased after entering this place is because the other location near them didn't have one of the specific flowers I wanted, and I had already waited ages in a long and extremely awkward line.Imo/imb/imv, I'd never go back as they never gave me my reward points on my buy, they had little-to-no deals that were worth a flip, they were overpriced af and offered no 1st timer promos, and it seemed as if none of the staff were open to 'willingly' helping out.Better deals, better environment, and better vibed staff across the street. 🤷 ijsThe 2 stars are specifically for the decent flower I ordered and for the lady that assisted me at checkout after willingly applying the promo code I was never told about and found myself on their website.. the rest = 0 of 5

Shelby and the other staff members are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers. The building is always clean and neat creating an enjoyable atmosphere. I always enjoy my visits.

It was my first time at this location. The system felt institutional. It felt like I was in line for government assistance, or at the BMV.Don't expect a helpful 1st point of sale. Definitely order online ahead of time. You better know what you want because they were not helpful or pleasant. They're overpriced, especially for the quality of their product, at least in the case of my purchase. Won't return. What a disappointment! Definitely worth the trip to Michigan if this is a comparable example of the dispensaries Illinois has to offer. But then again, its Illinois.

Was a clean organized facility. They got through a large amount of people in a reasonable time. Beth kills it. She probably did 3 costumers to others one. Everyone was doing a good job though and product was great.

We have been coming here for some awhile and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience for us this time. We tried to walk in and were told to "wait outside" in a not so friendly manner. There was no one at the door so my husband and I stood outside for about 10 minutes not knowing what to do or when we could go in. Once security walked up, he told us we could come in. The entrance had 3 people waiting to go inside. The one working bathroom was pretty nasty, no toilet paper and the smell was overwhelming. Seems to be going down hill for the money this establishment makes.

Nice staff. Jon D. Is the best though 🤙 Good variety, fair pricess, and Speedy checkout as long as you go throughout the week. If you show up friday thru sunday, be prepare to wait in line for an hour. That's when everybody and their brother will be there.

Sunnyside continues to be a disappointment...they do bait and switch on products. Buy item with advertised levels. Got home not the same.....to remedy problems they gave discount on next order....next order they will not give dicount.....when they did agree they just gave money off order...but first they marked order back up to non sale price then gave discount.....no savings!!!!! They lie and cheat the customer...to bad for customer. No recourse...call attorney General. Great news that 7 point is opening across the street

When I arrived midday on December 14th the line was really long. A few customers were upset and difficult to deal with. Michelle and Amy at the front were amazing. Especially, Michelle. She had a wonderful attitude, worked non-stop, gave the same instructions multiple times to people that weren't listening, and did it all without showing any of her justifiable frustration from bad customers. Masterclass of customer service Michelle. Thank you.

Helpful staff. Slow line but not staffs fault just a poppin place with some great deals on the website and join to get points. Come here every payday to cop-up. Street regs that was from a brick to being in line for different ways to get lit and relax. Vegan gummies too

I was very frustrated going in. I'm tech inept and help. The front reps were FANTASTIC!!! I even received a tutoring session on how to use my phone. This 70 yr old woman certainly appreciated it. 5++++ stars to the staff, and your product ain't too shabby either.

Michelle, who I placed my order with was great! However, they grabbed the wrong product 3 times before they had my correct order at the counter and when I opened my Cresco Wedding Crasher cart, it already had a huge air bubble in it so it's definitely not a full gram. Questionable products.I came back and edited from 3stars to 2 due to pricing. I was annoyed enough that I forgot that I also paid more then ANY OTHER dispensary I've been to, even in Illinois, and I'm still getting ripped off on product. It's not worth it. Drive somewhere else for a better experience.
