I have taken both of my dogs here and they do FANTASTIC with them. My girl had parvo and they saved her life. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the treatment they are providing. Everyone is very friendly. They also offer some services that allow payment plan's. 10/10 recommend.

Stateline Hillcrest Animal Hospital performed the grooming on one of our cats. They did absolutely amazing. Not only did they get him in quickly for an appointment while everyone else is booked out 2-4 months. They treated him like a little prince. They did everything to help him remain calm. Even placed him in a kennel in a quiet area with a blanket over it to allow him to relax before he got his grooming done. He went from looking like a hot mess to the stud of the neighborhood. Not to mention their pricing is absolutely phenomenal compared to every other groomer I spoke with. They now will forever have a customer for their groomer. With 3 cats and a dog we’ll be sure to keep them busy! lol Thank you again! Stateline DO NOT LET THIS GROOMER GET AWAY!!! She is an amazing asset to your hospital!

Not recommended, the tech was very nice, but the vet I am not sure was licensed or maybe just graduated. I should have driven my cat back to Indianapolis vet that is very good. The tech gave my cat the shots without the vet present which I think is illegal. My previous vet ,my cat hardly felt the shots, this time my poor cat was hurting. But I could tell the vet was not experienced or just lack knowledge. Stay away from this place.

The staff at Stateline is fantastic and the grooming job on our Husky Ash was fantastic as always!! The friendliness of the staff and their obvious love of animals puts your mind at ease when you are having your pet taken care of even if it is something routine like a grooming.

I took my Red Beagle in to get him groomed. The girls did a great job and puppy came out clean and happy. Just a heads up though.....They don't take checks. 🤣

I took my cardiac alert dog in because he was accidentally injured in the jaw. For $170 odd dollars all they did was look at his face give him an antibiotic and a little pain medicine and sent us on our way. No x-rays no nothing. 4 hours later Charlie bled to death in his bed at home! If you're not wealthy definitely do not go to this place. They're very nice people and they should know that federally registered medical alert dogs should receive proper treatment regardless of the ability to pay. Not only that I had the ability to pay. My heart is forever broken because of the lack of service.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know some people base their visits solely on price, but in my opinion you're worth every extra penny. The office staff and Doctors have always been so kind and thorough with our dogs. From surgeries to wellness checks, in my almost 11 years of visits, I have never had a single complaint. I needed to see a vet that could help with my dog's itching problem. I called early in the morning and they had several times to choose from. Upon arrival, we were taken to the exam room where the tech gathered information. The doctor came in and after looking at the info suggested a shot. They gave my dog a shot and we were on our way. Time will tell if it worked for her.Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this vet.

The entire staff was very pleasant to deal with and Dr. Reynolds explained each of her recommendations along with the cost of each, which I very much appreciated. It gave me full reign to choose which option(s) I wanted to pursue. Going forward, I am looking forward to having the team at Stateline Hillcrest handle our veterinary needs.

We have always had a great experience with Dr. Randee! She is so caring and compassionate with our dogs. She was the vet that put down our 16 year old fur baby a few years ago and she made the difficult experience easier for us. Had our first puppy visit with our new puppy yesterday and again top notch care.

Grateful they were able to get me in same day when my dog was injured and not doing well! He received excellent care. The office was extremely clean as well. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I highly recommend Hillcrest for care. I will not be taking my animals anywhere else.

They are so kind, courteous, take their time with you, no rushing. Only had to wait maybe 10 mins to be seen. This is the ONLY place I will take my cats out any other animal. The whole place, everyone in there were very very kind and understanding.

Everyone is also so nice and professional. They take excellent care of all of our fur kids. We have a cat with a heart murmur and one of the techs did extra research to be sure she was ready for any complications. All the vets are excellent but Dr. Randee is by far the most caring, compassionate vet I have ever worked with. We have a lot of pets and all of them receive outstanding care.

Great place took care of my Apollo quickly. Kitty had a UTI. 1 person came out and got her from my car, took her in, and then the vet called me and filled me in on what she needed sent her back out with 2 prescriptions and now she is better. Best part is it was less than 100.00 and I didn't have to worry about covid or my Apollo! Attached picture from today to show she's a healthy kitty.

I have always loved Stateline. One of my dogs has had serious health issues that took months of treatments and they were unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process, never making me feel like I did something wrong answering any questions I had along the way and always extremely friendly.
