Fast service especially with mobile orders. The team is always friendly. Tables are clean and overall welcoming store vibe. Great place to meet with friends or get some work done. I wish they had more sugar free syrup options.Dietary restrictions: Great nondairy options but limited sugar free syrups (they only have SF vanilla )

What a great place to stop, for a great cup of coffee. Ordered a cup of coffee on my Starbuck's Gold Card. Left my wallet in my car as I was planning on a "quick" cup. My Starbuck's card developed a slide problem at the cash register? Weird? Needless to say I was embarrassed and was going to run to my car quick so I could pay for my tall coffee. The Barista there stated....NO WORRIES....ON THE HOUSE! Well done Danville, Illinois Starbucks!!Parking: Well lit, blacktopped

Today was my daughter's birthday and all she wanted to do was go to Starbucks and get a cake pop and get a "big person's drink" (pink drink). The staff was friendly and when they found out it was her birthday they gave the cake pop and pink drink to her for free, which they did not have to. I want to thank the Danville Starbucks staff for making my daughter's birthday morning awesome! You all made her feel super special 💗

Starbucks obviously has great coffee, but the people that work at this specific location are all seriously the SWEETEST. Always greeted with a smile, and occasionally they will help a girl out with a free treat or drink! You shouldn’t go there expecting special treatment, but when it occasionally happens it can make someone’s day. The kindness is contagious. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Always friendly service. The store is clean and service is fast. The servers Emily and Landon are always very nice and smiling so this must be a great place to work. Parking here is difficult and even worse now with Jersey Mike's being crammed in next to them making parking less and the drive thru a bit more difficult to get to with the construction. With that being said it's nice that another restaurant is coming to Danville. Keep up the good work guys!

Usually decent but i went through tonight ordered a small mocha frapp and got a small cup half full and not blended long enough. I have ice chunks in my cup. There was also not enough liquid in the cup so i couldnt even drink it. It was ice chunks with a litttle dairy. They piled whip cream on top to make the cup look full..i paid 6 and some change for a small and the least they could do was make it their best or atleast correctly

The employees at this Starbucks are amazing and always friendly. They always greet me with a smile, say good morning, and say have a great day when I leave. They let me know of promotions going on within the Starbucks app. I definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Loved it like always. They did get my 2 kids orders wrong. But atleast they were caffeine free. 🤪And they were not busy yet it felt like for ever before our order was up. 🤷‍♀️But we all still enjoyed it.Some things are just worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: They have kid options that are fruity drinks or caffeine free Frappuccinos. I'm sure they have many more.

Thoughts; As a previous short term Starbies employee here, this is not an easy job! From the orders/amounts/steps for each individual drink to the very rude people who get upset if you don’t make their TikTok drink just how it looks or taste, it’s stressful and not near enough pay. Be patient with your barista, lots of training happens!Currently; I adore several of the peeps at this location. Not only did I meet great people, I learned a lot about pronouns, AND learned how to make my own coffee at home. The staff is patient and very kind. I personally love now that there are no masks now so I can see the smiling faces, it helps. Shania, Em, Ley, & Sabrina nailed my order today and it helped make this dreary day better in the social work field. Thank you!

Ordered a drink with no whip cream well they made it with whip mistake happen I get that, but instead of remaking it they dumped the drink back in the blender and mixed the whip cream into it. I'm one of those people that will puke at the taste of whip cream. I wasn't even mad they messed up we are all human but how they tried to fix it was not right at all what if it was an allergy they could really messed someone up.

I am disappointed and almost infuriated. Every coffee I have ordered tastes horribly weak. I keep giving them another chance and spend good money on this overpriced coffee only to be disappointed again and again. I like to start my day with a good strong cup of coffee and that’s not what I am getting. It tastes so watered down. Can’t taste the espresso when I order extra shots or the coffee itself. Please do better. Please!!!
