I love going to Ross! It’s so much fun! So many great random finds! From hair products, to house decorations and furniture, to car interior and cleaners, to art supplies and agendas, to clothes and shoes, to jewelry and workout things, luggage, cups! So much to look at and a lot of fun to go through the entire store. 😁

I always shopped here and was a regular customer.. but the returns aren't set up right it's not fair to customers that bring items back with tags on and receipts but then you get a partial refund and the rest has to go on a store credit.. how is that fair to paying customers? It's the customers money and if it weren't for customers the store would not survive!! We are not able to try on things yet due to covid and that's okay but when things don't fit and brought back the customer should get their money back if they're following store policies!! I tried to tell them I did not want a store credit I wanted a full refund and the cashier said they can't do it that way that the register isn't set up that way and the manager had walked up heard the whole thing and she's the one that waited on me the night before when I purchased the items and she just walked away and didn't say a word, so I took my store credit and part cash and was not treated fairly.. I understand the cashier doesn't make the rules she just has to follow them but how is that a fair rule because customers are asked to bring items back with tags on them and receipt but yet not getting a full refund and I think it's done that way so you'll bring your credit slip back to spend in the store because you can't use it anywhere else it's a Ross Credit slip for the remaining that they don't give you on a refund!! To me that's almost like stealing the rest of a customer's money!! The manager never smiles very cold and rude and the last items I purchased she's the person that waited on me and took my money, I brought items back that didn't fit the very next evening with tags on them and my receipt and it's not right that I can't get all my money back!!!! So, people watch what you spend cuz you won't get all your money back on a refund.. I had to come back with my credit slip to pick something else out and therefore they got the remaining balance anyway.. I have not shopped there since.. it's a very cold environment, very poor management and she's always talking about her employees.. not very professional!! I do the surveys and taken to consideration these businesses need to survive and I am a contributor to helping a business survive so I don't believe in negativity towards places and give benefit of doubt always finding something positive and I have to say it's never been positive with employees and management also the return or exchange policies!! If you want return customers especially the ones that come quite often, then work on your customer service and giving people their full refund if they are following your store policies with receipts etc..

Love this store. A little hard to get around some isles in a wheelchair. I was seriously struggling in November, birthday shopping alone in my wheelchair and was dropping stuff and it was hard to get help. The lady I asked to help me pick up 2 items I dropped, acted like I was inconveniencing her. So I left pretty quickly.

I went to Ross Dress for Less last night looking for a comforter for my brother. I seen some people that I knew and began talking with them. I noticed the store worker that was at the front of the store greeting customers upon entry lurking 👀 in-between the aisles at the back of the storewhere we were. I felt someone reach towards my direction and it was her. When I turned around she acted as if she was straighting up a rack close to my cart. I told the person who I was talking to that she was loss prevention. In which she said she was shopping. Lies!! This is not the first time that I have been made to feel uncomfortable because she has done this. I have had this same woman to come up behind me at the register and peek in my purse before inquiring about some headphones that wore into the store that I purchased the day before when I went back to purchase more for friends and family because they were on clearance.

Issues with any nationwide return policy where, with a receipt, but not the card it was purchased with, cannot receive cash back. I was asked by an out-of-town relative to return something for her. She had returned home so I did not have her card, the receipt- yes. I like Ross, but I rarely shop there. Having a receipt, and thinking there had been plenty of days for the original transaction to process, I don't feel customers should only get in-store credit. I felt the manager was very professional, and she handled me/my concerns well.
