Smaller than a Petco or pet smart but I like that about it. It has everything we need with the overwhelm of things we don’t! It also has brands of foods that we can’t find at the other stores. Our pets eat specific products so this helps.

Staff are uneducated when it comes to any pet needs. Those poor animals. Staff are not helpful. If pet supply is so into animals, then hire a few monkeys, they would do a better job helping with customer services.

We have a variety of pets at home and we are able to get almost everything that they need here. The store is clean and pet friendly. We have been extremely satisfied with the fish and axolotl that we purchased from them.

We took in a stray chihuahua, and everything we needed to make him comfortable was here! Not to mention the helpfulness of the employees anytime I go here. Love it...

Hello! My name is Angelina and I am sharing my experience with Pet Supplies Plus. (This was a while ago) I loved animals and had Guinea pigs that I took to the vet regularly fed all the right foods and there cage even took up a huge chunk of floor space in my room.I would say I did all my research and gave them a decent life. They passed recently. During the time when they were all alive I decided to adopt two more Guinea pigs so I turned to Pet Supplies plus. I went in with my father and just my luck they had exactly two males left. Something I noticed right off the bat was they looked like they had been born recently. I didn’t think anything of it and bought them and everything was perfect until one night one passed away.I was so heartbroken I cried a River two days after that his brother died as well. It was devastating. I had just got them and they were just babies. I knew it wasn’t my fault they passed since I only had them for a week and took proper care of them. I then realized that they were going to die either way because they were without there mother and still needed her but she had most likely died at the pet store or got sold. (And when I went back there to continue buying things for my Guinea pigs that were still living) I took a look at the Guinea pigs and the cage was so small not even big enough for one Guinea pig and there were about five in there.I then stopped going there and ordered my things online but once when I had to go there because online where I was shopping was out of stalk I saw they upgraded the cages so I’m happy about that but I still noticed they still weren’t getting 100 proper care.Now I’m homeschooled and lonely at home by my self so I’m setting out on a journey to get ferrets and I’m not sure I should buy them form there because I don’t want to take them home and for them to die.Anyway sorry for the humorous message but I give them a high five for at least upgrading the cages. When I’m older I would love to work there and take care of the animals in the way they deserve and educate customers on how to properly care for the animals. Thanks for reading all this 😊

Service is excellent - prices are not.Normally when writing a review - I don't include things like pricing.However, this Pet Supplies Plus store is wayyyy overpriced on certain items.While the majority of dog food was within reason, many items were not.19.98 for a bully stick that isn't even 8 inches long? 5.98 for a squeaky tennis ball?This isn't inflation, this is simple corporate greed.Can't say I will be coming back anytime soon. Walmart and Amazon are Mayne half the cost of these robbers.

Good variety of products, particularly single protein source food or more unusual proteins (i.e. bison, venison). I had a dog with allergies and they were kind enough to start stocking the food she needed.My current furry friend has separation anxiety and I found a great selection of puzzle toys we're going to try. I love the little bakery counter at the checkout and the employees are welcoming.

Employees always very helpful. Even when I was in the store past closing hours (I didn't know I was) but they didn't tell me they were closed or make me feel rushed. Very nice!

Staff members are always very nice and willing to assist us. I am in there once every week to buy feeders. I do wish there was a larger reptile selection however, taking in consideration the size of the store it is a pretty good selection.

Was able to get it all in one place.They helped me take the tank out to my vehicle and helped get it in also.I truly appreciate the help and advice from their staff!!!

They are always out of everything and don't know much about the pets they sell..my husband and daughter went in there and seen that there was a sick frog..they told the attendant and that person wasn't concerned about it one bit..said it was "ok" it was lying on its back .twitching..smh..they need nore knowledgeable ppl working there
