I had to wait 11 days to get both parts of my order, but I ordered it online so it was expected. Whenever I went to pick them up, the customer service was great and I ended up getting a partial refund due to the item I bought going on sale the day after I ordered it. Patience is a virtue when it comes to these people.

In the past, I have never had good service in the outdoor lumber yard. That has changed. There is a fork lift driver named Eric, and this man goes out of his way to help. He is knowledgeable and very courteous. It's nice to know there are still people who come ready to work at their jobs. They are few and far between these days, and Eric is one of them.

I do believe this store is full of thieves!!! Claimed they shipped my order in full and they conventionally did Not Ship a 779+ tax &shipping paint sprayer! I do believe these thieves can buy their own things!!! I will Not pay for some thief to steal from me while they Charge My Account!!!!! Highly disgusted with this Store!!!

Their propane machine doesn’t dispense properly I’ve filled my rv over 100 times and their machine dispenses the propane quicker than any machine I’ve ever seen. My gauge is accurate and was charged for twice the amount then was actually put in. Propane is super cheap and they are making a premium you should ensure your machine is working properly. Machine should be audited

I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Menards over the years. When the mask bulls*** started a couple years ago and they wanted to force people to wear a mask to spend their money there. They lost my business FOREVER. I will and have since make my purchases from Lowes or the old Carter lumber. They are one of many companies I will not support with my dollar.

Good quality merchandise on my cabinets. But many wrong parts that I had to reorder that took to long that resulted in me paying extra and having my kitchen down for extra week and I have 5 kids it's hard to feed kids with no kitchen. And for a$5000 total I expect better I guess

As a contractor, this has to be the most incompetent staff to work with I’ve ever seen. Bo at the contractors desk is the only person I’ve found that has a single clue what is going on in that store. After the assistant store manager Jeff lied to us about our ordering time, ordered our material under the wrong system, they were 3 weeks late, and then could not find our prepaid order when we were told it was there. 3 hours later we are finally leaving.l and I don’t plan to be back. This was over a 10,000 order. Way to treat your contractors! #homedepot

Bought lots of attic insulation as they had 2 machines to rent. Both machines did not work at all. Ended up making 5 trips to mendards returning broken machines. They would not compensate me for my 4 hours wasted.

This is a fairly decent store. I feel there needs to be more engagement with the customer. I do understand that the employees have work to do, but the sale of the product is the need for the employee. Otherwise, I can shop a faceless app and get the same service.

I could not be more happy with my shopping experience at Menards today!!! I had bought, what I thought were some top-notch shorts awhile back. Turns out they were made of dolphin skin and had not one breathable pore which left my legs sweating while the rest of my body was not even warm. I tried to return them immediately but was turned away due to the restrictions with the covid nonsense. They did promise to honor an exchange once the restrictions were lifted and today they kept their word! I am ecstatic!!! The prices had actually been reduced so I was able to get a better pair of shorts w/ belt and a simple T-shirt for the original purchase price i made awhile back for the watertight scuba shorts. And the reciept was old and worn so the returns lady had a hard time manually inputting the return, she could have easily made an excuse or turned me away but instead she went the extra mile for me and i am so grateful. So thank u Menards for treating me fairly in a time that is uncertain and hostile. Thank u for the compassion and extra effort for me as a consumer and loyal customer.

I was held up and prevented from leaving the store by a customer service lady. Which she held onto my receipts, wanted to go through my bag accused me stealing and embarrassed me. Calling the manager and not returning my receipts like I really had stole something.The only reason for the three stars in because the manager returned my receipts without searching my bags. I was so mad that another customer had to talk me out of taking my receipt from. This should’ve never happened nor should it ever happen again.

Menards has a great selection of materials and tool. When walking in the door you are greeted warmly. Downside was while in the store finding help was hard, was even harder to find help that knew how to help you. I can understand why it's so hard to get help when you see employees hiding out under cart ports and bathrooms texting, their phones are more important than helping the people that provide them with a job.

I was wearing a mask and made my purchase and left the store. The problem is a customer I I witness tried to pay for his purchase, but his payment was denied until he pulled mask up over his nose Customer was embarrassed and left the store. Your face must be covered at the check out line. I was also in line and noticed2 cashiers on aisles 10 or 12 with masks only covering their mouth and not their nose.exposed.Your employees were only using half of their required precaution. Most people breath through their mouth. If you want customers to follow the rules to be able to shop and purchase your products, maybe you should teach your employees to use the ppe in the correct way.

I ordered some vinyl Railings on June 26th and paid for it. I mentioned the handyman who is going to do the work will come and get the material.He went there on June 30th. Menards said they are not in stock. Their policy is first come first Served. even though you paid for it when it was in the inventoryIt was available at the Lebanon store. I asked them whether they could get them from there. They said it is not their policyAfter some discussion with the supervisor I spoke the store asst Mgr Mr Tyler. He listened to my story. He said he would see what he can do to help me out.He was very courteous. He had the patience to hear my complaint. He called me back and said I would have the material at the store next day. He took extra time and effort to get this done. I really appreciate Menards have such great people working for them. This is what makes Menards a great place to shop. One again Thanks Tyler for your time, effort and consideration

I was in to pick up some lawn maintenance and painting supplies on the late afternoon of 9-17-2018 and was treated by all employees with the utmost courtesty, patience and professionalism. I was especially grateful for Kevin who helped me in Lawn and Garden in finding the right spark plug and tools to change it. Even though, I don't think it was his usual department, he made sure I had everything I needed and even showed me how to change the plug and answered all my concerns with patience. Thank you for having employees like Kevin who make my life so much less stressful.

Checkout line waits are typically much longer than Lowes. You wait in line while people are sitting idle behind the customer service desk. Not well managed. On the upside their lumber selection is more extensive and of better quality than Lowes.

I could live in this store, and I normally hate to shop. Stop here before running all over looking for bargains. I took a 20+ item list in and ran poor Mariah all over the store pricing items and was able to buy everything of necessity for half what I expected to pay. I was impressed Mariah knew where everything was located and I was able to be on my way in no time. Can't wait to get back and just stroll and browse.

Each time we visit the quality and selection is getting worse. The management staff is absolutely awful and customer service is losing touch. Tonight after being sold lumber that was not even in inventory, I made a decision that I will take my business elsewhere. Good bye Menards, another formerly loyal customer walking away.

No customer service. It seems as if employee actively avoid customer interaction. And the outdoor service area is a nightmare. I'll just stick to lowes.
