Was told that my medication would be ready by the pharmacist. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up just to be told it wouldn't be ready for another THREE DAYS. Highly recommend finding another pharmacy if you can, preferably one that is actually on top of being a functioning pharmacy.

They are very compassionate which is what sick people need compassion also I noticed when I switched to Meijer s pharmacy the medicine worked better even though the medicine should work the same no matter where you get it, but I wasn't getting any relief with CVS medications, but in glad I switched to Meijer now im happy and that same medication seems to work I personally think it's because Meijer don't order from the cheapest pharmacies, or the cheapest medications,with that, and their friendly demeanor I see myself a customer for life.

Walked In after work to grab a few things and per usual the greater welcomed me to the store as well as when I left, it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for however as much as I like using self checkouts I would like to see more lanes open at night even if it is just one and I know it's not necessarily the fault of Meijer

Annoying text saying prescription is filled then constantly told its not after driving a half hour. Would call but nobody ever answers and then told in person they don't control the text going out.

I've called several times and get hung up on. I went months without a medication because the pharmacy never filled out a prior authorization form.My insurance company said the pharmacy had to do it and they never did. So now I can't even pick up this medication.I'd rather go anywhere else than deal this Meijer again.

Everytime I go to Meijer I always encounter the nicest, knowledgeable (which isles for instore products) and helpful workers. The pharmacy is a good experience 99% of the time. Compared to other pharmacies in Danville you get more like the service/services you used to get in pharmacies !!! The store appears to always be clean and well kept up (of course I don't go into stores and do or expect the white gloves test).

Well I received an automated text at 9 in the morning asking if I’d like to refill my three prescriptions. I said yes and another subsequent text said the pills were being refilled. At 9 in the evening it said that the prescription was ready. Next day at 12:30 pm I go to pick up pills and the technician said only one was available because the other two hadn’t been shipped in yet. (Also, last time I got prescriptions before this the wait was at least 1.5 hours. In November I had a text saying they were ready. Well, they weren’t when I got there and I missed a special event at my school.) After the other two prescriptions are filled up (or IF) then I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I’m done with this terrible pharmacy.Update: 9/23/19: I have happily switched to the Kroger Pharmacy in Crawfordsville and am pleased with my new choice.

The worse, if i could give a minus zero i would. My husband just had surgery on his shoulder and the little oriental dude in the pharmacy would not fill it. We went to the store manager and he could have cared less so I went back to Carle and they wrote another prescription....we got it in Champaign Urbana with NO PROBLEMS!! We have NEVER BEEN BACK!!!!!

This is the Worst pharmacy around. They have one good actual Pharm Tech. Mike S. an older gentlemen who is great at His profession. The rest of them are diluted, truly. The young girls at Night stand around talking, too apathetic to care!!! She actually told the whole line waiting for Medicine that She couldn't wait until She leaves Meijer because She is going to OSF. This is how bad it is. EVERYONE NEEDS to be FIRED, except Mike S. That is the only way that will help people and make Meijer a profit. Who ever runs this show you need to find a new Job!

Slow, slower slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Last 3 visits prescriptions weren't ready even though the message said they would be. I only have 1 prescription to be filled. WOW WHAT POOR SERVICE.I'd give them zero stars but it won't let me post without one star.

Originally I loved this pharmacy but after a while they gave me other peoples medication, shorted perscriptions by weeks, drive thru does not work half the time, they are having me call my insurnace only to have insurnace tell me the pharmacy needs to call. Latest is hanging up when called at least twice each time. Not canceling out scripts that weren't picked up, the app is a joke as well. Including this pharmacy there are three in town, this one had given me the least amount of issues till lately. I most likely will have to switch to another who actually fills medicine when they say they are.

Offering friendly service, you'll never have to wait as they'll text you to let you know when you're prescription is ready. The pharmacy also includes a drive thru for convince and a private room for consultation with knowledgeable pharmacist. Don't for get to use your mPerks!

Get ready to be told your prescription isn’t ready after they tell you it will be! Every time there’s a different excuse. When you get smarter and order a refill several days in advance, they then tell you that it was put back because it wasn’t picked up in a certain number of days.

I like meijer for grocery shopping but the pharmacy is a joke. Tell you a perscription is ready. Then its not. Wife went yesterday to pick up one. Wasnt ready. Told her it would be 4 days until it was, she explained that she would run out of medicine in 2. They said they would take care of it, come back tomorrow. Went today to pick it up again.... it wont be ready for 3 days. Joke

Great store. Terrible pharmacy. Long lines. Drive thru is brutally slow. They will say they have meds ready ,but you show up wait in line for half an hour and they are not. Needs alot of work done people.

waste of time, try to plan it out to when they text you for your prescription is ready and doing other errands to even when your a hour after the initial text and still isn't ready and after killing 45min in the store then standing in the line wrapping down the entire isle because of course the drive up is closed again to find out the prescription still isn't ready, y even bother sending the text in first place.
