Lowes has changed. Their products are cheaper quality and they had a recalled item they did not honor properly. We were told 1 thing on the phone and another in person. Too many recalled items and lots of price discrepancies on their inventory. Their My Lowe’s doesn’t work properly for all customers, Corporate said to speak to them and we did and they just said talk to Corporate zero accountability. We LOST a 150.00 on a recalled item.

I had planned to put up some fencing around the backyard but after seeing these prices, there's got to be a better way. I know inflation has caused everything to go up so much but this is crazy. Other than this, Lowe's usually has pretty good prices on things. The staff are always very friendly and helpful in case I need to find something in a hurry. I get lost in Lowe's! LOL there's always more stuff that I need and I end up leaving with more than I thought I would.

Lowes provided exceptional service during my recent visit, largely thanks to Chris and Del. Chris, the long-haired rocker guy, displayed impressive knowledge and guided me effortlessly throughout the store, ensuring I found everything I needed. Del, on the other hand, offered quick and thorough education on Brad nailers, vital for my project. Their combined efforts made my experience efficient and enjoyable, leaving me impressed with the expertise and assistance provided by the staff at Lowes. This is a huge difference from my experience a couple weeks ago. The employees during that experience made it quite evident how insecure they were about their knowledge of home improvement.

Shopping for Sherwin Williams paint, told the computer I wanted the paint dept. it gave me lawn and garden. The guy tried to help but we got cut off by a computer. I think your stores can do better, they have in the past.

After our 3 yr old samsung washer went out. Went to buy a new one to find have don't stock them at all. Called around to every lowes withing an 1 hr drive.. none of them stock them either. Said they can order and deliver for a fee. Or ship to store in 7 to 14 days. Reaching them by phone was a joke. No one would answer the phone. If you need a washer right hen and there.. don't go to lowes. I think I might even give up my lowes card, cause I can get better deals at menards. And they stock everything they sell.

I tried to purchase a Whirlpool Refrigerator with Water Line and Icemaker from my local Lowe's. I asked one of the Lowe's Associates what I needed in my Kitchen for the installation, and he said a water line with a brass shut off valve within six feet of the refrigerator. I had a plumber come out and install a brass shut off valve, a valve which was actually purchased from the same Lowe's.When the Installation Crew came out to my house they said that they could not install the Whirlpool Refrigerator because my Water Line had copper piping. Well, that is kind of silly as just about any older house DOES have copper piping. So, despite having a brass cut off valve at its end, the Installation Crew refused to install. Naturally, since my purchase was supposed to include installation, I thereby refused to take delivery.I complained to Lowe's, and the Supervisor of the Appliance Department first said that he would open a Ticket to look into the situation, but then tried to convince me that a Ticket was not needed. Well, I insisted on having a Ticket opened on this, and he promised to text me the Ticket Number the same afternoon. No Ticket Number was texted to me. In fact, NO follow up text at all.So, if you want a replacement refrigerator, order from a Vendor that will actually install it rather than try this Bait and Switch routine.

This lowes just received an awesome new kitchen showroom and it is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very attentive and helpful, but they are in high demand, so if you don't mind waiting your turn you'll do well. Overall, I have a very positive experience everytime I shop here.

I never really stopped here much in the past but after recently finding out that they carry Irwin Quick-Grip Clamps, a nice selection of other woodworking tools & accessories, and actually have products that other don't. I would like to see a more affordable price range on some items, though as I've found that quite a bit of the items I'm interested in are sadly pretty expensive. Just by simply offering some type of discount program or even incorporating a scheduled day/time-frame (every Saturday between 9am-2pm) that provides customers with an assured percentage rate. By either taking a more selective approach such as: offering a discount towards a particular in-store brand, a particular category- (tools, organizational supplies, home decor), or just a simple customers choice- (customer chooses what their discount goes toward) or maybe a directive approach such as: adding a small token of gratitude to every customer (in-store & online). For example, honoring a certain day to customers such as: A Customer Appreciation Refinement Day Sale- (a 5-10% discount off the entire store to every customer.Eitherway, both examples would overall be beneficial in all the necessary areas as well as almost guaranteeing a position of becoming an even better competitor as well as being a profitably respected company worldwide. I would definitely shop here more often if the prices became more reasonable or even doable for that matter. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone & everyone who likes to shop as much as I do. Employees have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Provides an exceptionally welcoming environment in general and has always been satisfyingly organized, well maintained, surprisingly inventoried, and the perfect supply & demand vendor for the everyday home improvements handyman.

Great shopping experience. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. We asked where we could find what we were looking for and got the exact location and answered all of our questions. We got estimates for cut glass and their prices are very reasonable and they cut it for you while you shop or wait. Great value and quality. Highly recommended!

Didn't have the 2 things I was looking for... had to go to Walmart. Nobody ever came to the paint department. I hit the button 3 times. When they do come, they are very nice. I think they are just short handed like everyone else but it would be nice if they could train people to do more than one job.

Lowe’s is lucky to have employees like Skylor! After one trip yesterday and having five people try to locate an item that said was in stock on the website and not being able to find it. Today I went back looking for it again, thankfully Skylor was working today! He ended up going above and beyond end found said item on the top of a shelf still in a box. He deserves a raise!

I’m from Nashville TN- I went into the Lowes in Danville today( Sat. May 27th) I could not find what I was looking for …. Brad went above and beyond the call of duty by literally taking me exactly to the item I needed and even made sure it was the right fit! He is not only the first smiling face I saw but was incredibly helpful!! We absolutely need more guys like Brad in this world and your store is extremely lucky to have him!! Thanks again Brad!!!

Good for a big box store. Found what I needed for a painting project. Plenty of choices. Having all those employees there and only self checkout labes available is a joke! We are paying for items and have to check out ourselves! We are not your free labor force, we are customers! If we check out ourselves, we should get a discount!

I went to Lowes to have a few keys made. It took several minutes to find someone to even help me for beginners. Then the young man informed me he doesn't have the correct keys for two of what I needed. SOOOO, I'll go to Botts!!! A body won't go wrong by going here! 😉

really disappointing. I went to the contractor desk like always to order stuff and because they were now the pro desk. They don't get credit for my business? Each person has a weekly dollar amount that they need to reach every week. Because I am not a pro member they aren't supposed to help me!!!! That is poor customer care first of all. Lowes needs to change that bull. However the lady (great lady) there helped me anyways and the guy didn't want to help or care. Lowes needs to step back and look at what they are doing in there stores and fix it. Not sure if I will go back to Lowes after this Menards is right next door. Guess where I will be going.

We ordered a Refrigerator and had set up for delivery. Firstly they we’re going g to take it to the wrong address!!! Despite having it correct on the paperwork!!!! We spoke with the drivers because they were having a hard time finding a place and the guy was very rude. Then argued with us about even bringing it into the house!!! Seriously. They legit were going to leave it outside! I come from up north and have never experienced that with deliveries for furniture or appliances. Poor customer service from the delivery team! This whole town seems to have a problem with customer service so much for the south being more hospitable. I get extremely better customer service in Chicago! I expected more from such a small town.
