We were there for supper tonight around 4:30-5:30 pm. They had a rush in drive thru and several of us in the lobby. My family was impressed with what we witnessed. Every single employ was working together to make the orders happen. I heard no fussing or fighting. They were kind and helpful even at their busiest time. I with a couple of other patrons were looking for a knife and before I could ask, the employee over heard us talking and brought out some knives for us. So many times all they here is complaining about what is not going well. Just want to say great job and I hope to see you again soon!!

OMG I've been wanting LJS for a long time ! They closed ours in Champaign IL and the one in Rantoul IL 😭We had to make an emergency run to Danville IL and when we got there we saw it was True They Were Open !!!! We had to Stop !!!!!It was Amazing as I Remember And Be Sure I'm Going Back As Soon As I Can !!!!Their Fish , Chicken , Claims , Fries , and Huspuppies are Phenomenal !!!!PLEASE DON'T CLOSE EVER !!!

I tired to place a large order online, with no success, I tried calling it in, no one answered the phone. I went in to order explaining that I tried ordering two different ways so they would be ready. So I place the order and ask how long the wait is and the manager Misty said “I will get to when I get to it” Like wow! Then she asks me to pick a different side because I was short 1 hush puppy. I said I would wait for the 1 hush puppy since I’ve been waiting 15 minutes anyway. She then came to bring me the food. I get back to work and we’re missing one of the orders. I go back on there very upset that this is what I’m having to deal with on my lunch hour. Misty is very rude and should not be working with people. I work in the medical field and it’s so sad to have had this experience for my first time at a long John’s because the food was good. I will never go back again and tell everyone I can not to either! Disappointed!!!!

The store was very dirty, the staff was friendly and our food was amazing. Best fish, chicken I have had in a while, the fish was exceptional. Wait time wasnt too bad and everything was fresh and hot. Store needs a good scrubbing in the dining room and especially the bathrooms, but I came there to eat and was not disappointed.

Customer service for the 2nd time is horrible.. attitudes horrible... Service awful the food to good & pricey for u to have to deal with rude staff. I paid for a $1 worth of extra sauce & got this due to pettiness of the employees 🤷🏾‍♀️😂😂Thanx tho

We haven't been for a very long time but the food was very good. I felt so bad for the lady working though. She couldn't open the dining room because everyone called in and she was the only one working. She did an amazing job.

Staff is always nice, polite and very helpful. They have always treated us like family. The food is a little greasy but what do you expect when they fry the food. Since I am diabetic I order the baked cod which is very good. Food is always hot and fresh to order.

I ordered 2 orders of class and a fish sandwich. The fish was cold and I couldn't even chew the bun it was on. The class were fresh ,but when I tried to call the place to let them know about their buns, no one answered. I called back 12 times. No oneanswered.The buns had to be a month old. Unchewable. I used to love this place. No more.

Lastnight went here as had chicken and fish... It was disgusting and was very old tasting. I felt Ill the whole night. This place went ghetto. The girl working the window actually put her put up to the window frame.Never going back.

Love the food!!! The only problem I have with this place is, they won't let you have two different orders per car. You either have to go inside or drive back around to the drive-up. In order to drive back around, you have to fight traffic on a very busy, four lane highway!

I usually dont complain about fast food but since you asked, I ordered chicken around 3pm and it was so grease soggy i could bend it in half and the crunchies were 100% stale. The manager was working, Im shocked she let this go out. Seriously the worst LJS Ive ever been to.

LOVE Long John's. They have the BEST fish for fast food. The breading is unbeatable. That being said they would have got a 5 star if it hadn't been for the manager at the window. After asking if I needed sauces for my 4 meals I of course said tartar sauce. She then proceeds to tell me I get 2......TWO packets and if I wanted more it's 10 cents per additional pack. WHAT???? Tell me how thats fair? 2 packs for 4 meals? And I eat here twice a week. Never been told that smh.....
