They run out of items too quickly for me. Being an older disabled Navy veteran, trying to get a ride to the Danville store, is hard at times for this inside track member. Locating items gets confusing too, they move some items to various locations in the store, inconvenient mostly.

I can't say enough good things about this store. It's always well-stocked and clean. Every employee is courteous, helpful and friendly. Definitely a favorite for me.

Simply heaven if you’re a tool nut. Quality is fair, but reasonable considering the prices paid. Worth going if you haven’t been and see for yourself. Think adult toys-r-us, but tools.

Found what I went in for, store opened on time was clean and well kept, staff friendly and helpful. Prices seemed to be a lot higher and there were fewer deals and or sale items, they have a good variety of tools but no longer the great bargain they used to be.

their professional stuff (wrenches tools ect) arnt bad. im serious.lol google reviews lol. if you are wantin to choke me threw screen right now go find the snap on man. snap on is best. but for us podunkers their cheaper stuff usually gets you by. good place. friendly staff

Always buy harbor freight tools bought a vise grip that I man handle and stripped took it back to them and they replaced it no question. Danville il harbor freight are nice friendly people

A new store with very good customer service the manager was a prior employee of Big r in Danville so he really knows his tools and the people's needs. His customer service skills and people skills are fantastic I highly recommend this location!
