Astonished on so many levels.I love shopping at Goodwill stores in general. They always have things I need, and hey - I'm a fan of sweatpants.This particular Goodwill... their staff was beyond impeccable.The cashier expressed how ecstatic that we dawned their doors at Goodwill.I haven't ever been treated as nicely as I was here.The store setup was good, clean store, easy to understand where aisles are, not overpriced.Thank you!!!

So disappointed their prices are sky high. They have so much inventory on the shelves because they’re so expensive. I used to shop here all the time and find great bargains. It’s gone downhill and I feel like their employees know it they were so unfriendly. It’s a shame it used to be a nice goodwill with friendly employees.

Prices are crazy! $3-$4 for a DVD, $6 for a t shirt?! You can get brand new T shirts at TJMAX or Burlingtons for $6-$8. On the plus side the store is full of items because nobody is paying these insane prices!

Employees targeted and harassed my fiance about wearing a mask (fair enough) ... Approached him 3 times in the 5 minutes we were there and told him he had to put one on or leave. All well and good except NONE of the other shoppers had a mask on. Not sure why they chose to pick on him, but they refused to even acknowledge the other shoppers without masks. We will not be returning to this location. They clearly don't want the business.

This goodwill isn't necessarily bad.. it's just not very good. They should be more open to selling home goods and fixtures and such... but all things considered I can't ever seem to find anything good in there. Even when it comes to clothing. I would still recommend shopping here if you are looking for clothes but anything else, you are better off elsewhere. Other then that i can say prices are decent and i've had no negative experiences with staff.

Super sweet finds at this location errytime! However, I've come to notice at this location, the super sweet finds don't come with super sweet price tags! Errything here tends to be priced a bit higher than most other Goodwill locations.. And if you're a bargain connoisseur like myself, the price difference is quite significant..... I suppose ya win some, & ya lose some, aye!?!

Goodwill is a great place to shop, however, I would recommend that they try to keep their items in the right size category, as when you go in to look for your size, you have 20 other sizes in the size you are looking for, and that also is true if you go to look at the next size smaller , and on. Experience today left my mother and I, and a few others, frustrated, and we ended up leaving, me only buying one thing, because I wasn't going to scour every isle to find clothes that I really needed. I know they get busy, and that's fully understood, but there were clearly available workers who were seen by myself and a couple others, just putting stuff wherever. If you have the patience to scour every isle, it's got some good items. Just at it's pace right now, don't go in there being partially disabled , or you will have to spend a lot of time in there.

My wife can always find great deals on name brand jeans that are in lile new condition. The employees are friendly were happy to help you find something. Not only do you get great deals but it goes to help a great cause. To all who read this please remember to take time to donate your unwanted items to help others. Your donations could be just the thing someone is looking for tomorrow that is just as meaningful as what you have found today..

Employees at the donation drop off demand you bring your donations into an "employee only" area and sort into unmarked bins, yelling directions at you while you do this. Not helpful, very rude. Will find somewhere else to take my donations. We used to enjoy this store, but Covid regulations have caused them to forget customer service.

Their stock is sparse. They have more than tripled their prices on a lot of items. Some items still have the store tags attached, and goodwill's price is higher. This location has been steadily going downhill. I most likely will not be returning to this location.

I've been to a few good wills while in-between jobs and I must say this one was a rather pricey one compared to others, the men's section was also very limited which I understand is out of their control but many of women's clothing was mixed in with the men's makeing it a little more of a hassle to look through the men's clothing

Used to find really awesome things there. Not any more. And prices have gone up. I found a pair of new sneakers from Walmart still with prices tag. Goodwill's price tag was higher than the Walmart tag. There was a rooster cookie jar with out the head lid. So it was just the rooster body. It set on the self for sell for four weeks. There nic nacks are often brooken. :(

For all the donations we see him get at the back door we never have nothing in the store nothing new very little stuff at all I've heard the deal about quarantine in it and blah blah blah but where is it after that 7 days. So they need to get a some storage put up in there and get that stuff sorted out and get it on the shelves

I've been a goodwill shopper almost my entire life, my greatest thrill is finding great deals on old video games. However every experience I've had with Goodwill location has had me walking away shaking my head in shame. The pricing is all over the place, sometimes charging $3 per disc on multi-disc sets. Making old 5-6 disc games cost way over their original retail price. Also, they "hold" items for other buyers so if you see something on the shelf, you should ask before you buy it because someone else could have purchased it long before you. I've seen instances of the employees holding items for themselves here too. After several attempts at trying to speak with a manager, I was just stuck on the phone with someone who speaks inaudibly. Spend your money downtown, you can find better deals and nicer people. (Vintage Villains & Glory Daze are good examples of wonderful local businesses which need your support) Stay away from this goodwill!

The staff standing around talking to each other, very rude staff, prices are very high, dirty store, terrible selection of of merchandise very small. We have been at goodwill's all over the United States this one is by far the worst one we have been too!

Website says they close at 8 pm. Employee is yelling from backroom to close and lock the doors at 6 pm worst experience ever with goodwill in danville

I give it four stars just for the location. Not many people drop off anything of value here, but the people there are quite nice. I've gotten countless articles of clothing for my kids there over the years.

On Dave Middletons Review if you click his name you will see that he only gives bad reviews. He is a very mad person. I have shopped at Goodwill here and other places. I can't say the the Danville location is the best location, but it's not as bad as Middleton says it is.

I can always find something nice to wear for work at goodwill. I have taught my daughters to appreciate the value as well as the contribution to the community that shopping at the Goodwill store provides.

I have shopped here several times and alwayws find great deals and wonderful stuff and never have i seen or heard of anyone holding stuff for people or employees, wonderful staff and great merchandise.:)))
