Amazing. We were traveling though Illinois when our dog started having breathing problems and was turning blue. We rushed her to Fairchild as the closest facility. We ran inside without warning to the staff and they wasted no time helping our dog. They put up with us and our 2 small kids running around and being in their space for several hours, showed the kids the fish tank, gave them coloring stuff, just really patient and tried to make our stay as easy as possible. They were realistic with the outcome but promised to do everything they could. Long story short they were able to get her stabilized enough for us to take her to the U of I vet hospital where she stayed one night and released. We are forever grateful to Fairchild Animal Hospital and everyone that helped us that day. I will also say that their billing was very reasonable, dare I say it was a pleasant surprise seeing the bill, lol.

My pup needed emergency medical attention and they got me in right away. They handled her with great care and kept her for a couple of days while she had surgery. The cost was incredibly affordable and they provided alternative payment options. I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend!!!

Through surgical procedures, yearly checkups, boarding, and emergency visits, our pets have been well taken care of, even spoiled, by the skills, professionalism, and loving attention of the staff at Fairchild Animal Hospital. They promptly and courteously greet us when we arrive. They seem to give our animals personal attention and affection. They care enough to check up on us after our visits and to answer happily any questions we have. Their prices are extremely reasonable, lower than many other area veterinarian clinics. I will be forever grateful to the doctors for saving the life of my beloved bull terrier and giving us more time with him.

The staff was very nice and respectful and the prices for their shots are decently priced the cost of spay and neutering is on the high end. Other than that I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice and easy going experience and for the most part reasonable prices.

Fairchild Animal Hospital came into our lives as a lifesaver - they showed great compassion when the time came to let my companions of almost two decades move on. They show a great deal of patience to this mom of 4-legged fluff kids, and they have been there for our blind, diabetic girl and her seeing eye dog companion. I love the staff at Fairchild Animal Hospital. They are kind, compassionate and take wonderful care of my cats. They treated my cat with renal failure expertly and kept him alive and well for the last part of the 3.5 years he lived after we received the diagnosis. I would not take my animals anywhere else.
