Dr. Cooper and his staff are all very competent, caring and professional people. He treats my 4 ferrets when they are ill in addition to providing well-care including immunizations. Dr. Cooper must special order their vaccines because he doesn't have enough demand to keep it on hand. I am very grateful that he is willing to do that.One of my little guys, Louie became very ill when he was only 2 or 3 months old. He was less than 1 pound and was deteriorating fast. I almost lost him. I took him to Dr. Cooper who showed the highest level of concern. He went above and beyond my expectations for treatment. He consulted the U of I about Louie's condition and together they saved Louie's life. Louie will be 2 years old in Oct. 2014.Thank you Dr. Cooper and staff for always providing prompt, quality care!!

I used to bring my labrador retriever to Dr. Cooper - I was sad to lose him as my veterinarian when I moved out of state! He was very thorough, listened to my concerns and questions, and discussed a variety of treatment options. My lab has quite a few allergy-related health problems, and Dr. Cooper helped us find the treatment plan that works well for her. He helped us find reasonable, affordable ways to make sure my dog is feeling healthy with minimal allergy symptoms. I always had good experiences with everyone in this office, and I fully trust this office with my sweet dog, and that means a lot to a pet owner! Highly recommend :-)

You will not find better care anywhere. I have been taking my pets, dogs and cats, here for 15 years +. Not only does Dr. Cooper and staff know what they are doing, all of them are kind and compassionate toward the animals, and their owners! Another plus for me is that they answer their own emergency and after-hours calls 99.9% of the time. You do not get foisted off on another vet practice that you`re not familiar with, and may not like. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We have been with Dr. Brad Cooper and Eastlake for 4 years, and we have been delighted. We switched to them from another vet, after one of our healthy cats died after surgery there. We now have a German Sheperd dog, and 2 cats with Dr. Cooper. He's excellent, friendly and calls us back himself whenever we have any questions. His staff are all very courteous and professional. Couldn't be happier with the switch.

I have taken my animals to East Lake since 1978 or 79 and wouldn't dream of having anyone else look at them. The Dr.'s are extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The staff is very professional and at the same time, understanding, helpful and empathetic which means the world. When I must take an animal in, it's like visiting family instead of "a trip to the Vets'" and if Dr. Cooper could care for human patients, I'd want him to be MY Doctor!

With 6 dogs going for regular check-ups, having the usual ailments, a couple times needing stitches for cut feet from running in the woods, a bout of heartworms and 3 knee surgeries we have gotten to know Dr. Cooper and his staff well. We always feel like our dogs are their priority. They have even came in on a Sunday for us for an emergency when 1 had their cut foot too bad to wait until Monday. We've had to use the emergency after hours line to ask questions about symptoms that they were having. Even in the middle of the night we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The associate veterinarians that Dr. Cooper has had through the years have been great too. Someone once told me that they thought Dr. Cooper was a bit more expensive than their vet. All I can say is, you get what you pay for and we wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

ELHA is the best. Dr. Cooper is a great vet, very caring and concerned about each pet; he and his staff are friendly and courteous. They are open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM--a great convenience for the working person. I have recommended ELHA to several people. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Cooper and his staff.

Always there for me and my furbabies.Had thyroid surgery done there on my cat Scamp last month, reasonable price, and he is doing very well.Great people, and I am happy to have found them.

I've been going to ELH and Dr Cooper since returning to Danville in 1997. I have had several dogs since 1997 and have taken all of them to ELH. Dr Cooper and his staff are kind, considerate and understanding. He has always given me options when options were available. One of the hardest things to do is to say goodbye to a pet. Dr Cooper is compassionate and caring and an injection is given to the pet which makes them fall asleep before the final injection is administered. This means a lot to me. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Dr. Cooper has chosen wisely Dr. Carbone a very intelligent young vet to pass down the torch of vet knowledge to a new generation of advanced DVM's! Dr. Cooper learned from Dr. Tucker's vast experience in the field of vet medicine! My grandparents, and my father took their dogs to Dr. Tucker from 1966-1988, and my father told me that Dr. Tucker was simply the best! In fact my grandfather, and father said that they would never take their dogs to any one but Dr. Tucker. Thus Dr. Tucker knew in order for the professional care of dogs, and cats to continue that he must pass the torch to a new generation, Dr. tucker found his man in Dr. Cooper! Today, the torch must be passed to yet another generation of vets, Dr. Cooper has found his woman Dr. Carbone to carry on the torch of fine vet care many years into the future! Alinda the office manager at East Lake Animal Hospital is also a CVT, and contains years of experience in the field of vet medicine! Backed by an intelligent staff Dr. Cooper, and Dr. Carbone have Alinda, and three other exceptional CVT's! Shawna, Shannon, and Jennifer! The CVT's are incredible problem solvers, and have determined many times what course of action is needed to tend to the medical needs of my dogs! Peggy and Alysha the receptionists at East Lake Animal Hospital are very bright as well! Peggy and Alysha have discussed certain situations that have occurred with my pack thus determining if an office visit is medically necessary over the phone! Donna the groomer at East Lake Animal Hospital is able to groom my pack to exactly my specifications making my dogs visually stunning! East Lake Animal Hospital in Danville with the experience of Dr. Cooper, and the advanced new medical knowledge obtained in vet school by Dr. Carbone is well prepared for the future!
