Not a bad store. It's a little pricey and none of the employees offered any help, they were standing around talking or following each other talking. It was well stocked and pretty clean

I went there on Friday to get my gun they said I was approved on the 2nd I can come get my gun on the 6th I showed up to be told I denied bc i had my old lady read a question to me that I didn't understand so I was denied even know two employees was standing next me wouldn't help me at all

Help was great but it was HOTTER THAN HADES in there! Employees states they've been without air conditioning in that building for over a year! Would love to see corporate come work one day in that building as hot as it was! Dunham's do better for your employees!!!

The place is great but the registers don't match up with the right prices alot of the time. Also they need new/updated card readers at checkout. It shouldn't take that long to read a card. Employees were great.

Great for your everyday sports. Not much for high school Wrestling. Always seems to have great deals on clothes but there never seems to be associates that can sell Guns/Ammo.

Literally the worst customer service on the planet, went to just buy running shoes as me and my brother are on the XC team and turns out that same night they weren’t working for him, the next day we went to go return them just to be told that we can’t return them because they were “used” prior to that day before some lady told us we can return them no matter the conditions! What in the hell of a policy is this never going back

Needed to waste some time today so stopped in. Prices are ok but problem is employees. When i came in three of em were on the phone laughing at some video. Went over to gun counter to look at firearms but no employees there and they're was a guy and his wife there (said they have been there 20 minutes) geez what's the point

The prices here or great the staff is great, no high-pressure sales you get to enjoy what you buy when you're buying it, they have everything you need for the sporting man whether it's hunting Fishing, or baseball, golf and they have some of the best prices on shoes and boots in town, I shopped there quite a bit.

Walked In to look for a laser sight for my glock and a pair of shoes never encountered any employees or could find out if they had any size 13 shoes I wanted to buy just walked out

I couldn't find an employee for the sporting good section and when I did find one, she was the manager. She was very rude and not helpful at all. I would not ever buy a firearm from that store just because of the customer service. Danville, il.

They had a best prices sticker on the door and made us pay 50 dollars for gloves that was clearly on a tag that said 19.99 this wasnt the best experience
