Just ridiculous. 😡 I sat in drive thru line for like 20 minutes and when I finally get up to the window, they put up a cardboard sign up saying "out to lunch". They need to have a sign up before the window or at least freaking help the people who were waiting the whole time. How rude can you be? 👎👎 It was exactly 12:30 on the dot, they couldn't take an extra min or so to help the people waiting the entire time? Customer service is dead in America now everyone is so entitled and rude.

Can't remember the beautiful lady name that works up front ( I think she's the mgr) when they open in the morning but she's very sweet, nice and very cute ( definitely girlfriend material ❣️) . I only go there to get a money order for my rent and see her smile . Store is always clean and clutter free.

Made a special trip to the store (#6937) to purchase my nexxus products and a few other small items. I noticed that the sale price of 25% off (or $22.12 each) wasn't posted. Wondering if I might have a mistake, I asked the cashier if there was a copy of this weeks ad. Cashier #2156346 curtly replied that I could look it up on line if I wanted to see it. So I thought, hmm ok. So I did that, got out my phone,opened app, looked up nexxus to confirm sale price. The same cashier (#2156236) rang up my purchase. I had 2 manufacturer coupons, one for the shampoo and one for conditioner. He looked at the coupons and curtly told me I'd have to pay the difference. Common knowledge I think. Then he tried to scan the coupons, looked frustrated and finally told me I couldn't use 2 manufacturer coupons in one transaction. His tone became even more hateful. I politely told him there was no reason to be hateful. Just remove one of the nexxus and I'd purchase it separately. That was difficult for him, and my new total was incorrect, by almost $20, but he couldn't figure out why. In his apparent frustration he became even more sarcastic. He proceeded to start the transaction again. I specifically asked him if that would effect my coupons. He said no, I wanted to confirm that first. And just my luck, my manufacturer coupons for nexxus would not work. He said because he had already scanned them. He told me I'd just have to comeback tomorrow. No offer for a manager to help him override. Nothing, I'd just have to comeback tomorrow. Coupon mistakes happen, being demeaning, hateful, sarcastic and rude is uncalled for. I would not allow my family to talk to me like that, so why should I allow him. Sad day to be a customer. 😒

Currently I'm at CVS drive thru for my prescription. The people in the car in front of me are talking to the girl at the window as she shows them pictures of something on her phone. She then hands them her phone and they continue to talk. There is a line behind me. So inconsiderate. Then as I approach she puts up carboard and closes for lunch. I was here before lunchtime! I will take my and my family's prescriptions to Walmart.

Told us they'd get a hold of our doctor so we could get a 90 supply for our insurance and when our prescription got screwed up, they said that our doctor needs to do his job properly.

CVS has been my pharmacy for years. Customer service is usually great. My most recent experience on Oct 23rd, I had just gotten out of the hospital. The prescription was transmitted 4hours before we picked it up. They only told us it wasn't all ready yet. I had 6 items, 3 were ready. Maybe tomorrow for the rest. Got a text that it was ready next day. They still didn't have my insulin ready, I called back later. " oh we are out of that". No offer to see if another cvs had it. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with? I am a new user of insulin, so I just had to do without. I called again Sunday to check on the rest. "oh we dont get trucks on weekends". I said we were told Sat afternoon there was a truck coming. "Oh, oh yeah, I forgot let me check". They had the rest of my insulin, but no test strips. I am BEYOND UNSATISFIED.

I today had one of my first positive, kind, reassuring and healing experiences at CVS. As I usually use the opposing pharmacy. I had a prescription I needed, badly. It helps my swelling. They would not be able to fill it until Wed. I asked the pgarm tech Nicci if she had any suggestions. She not only reassured me mentally and emotionally but supplied me with a three day scrip until mine cones in. I seriously always thought pharmacies were meant to be uncomfortable and undermining. I truly became a believer today. I am so thankful.

Half the time the pharmacy is OK, and half the time it's terrible. Check GoodRX for coupons because it might end up being cheaper than your portion, even after insurance. They get an attitude when you do that but they are not the ones paying for it. Don't trust this pharmacy to keep your medication in stock either, even if you fill the medication here regularly.

This CVS could be a really great shop but it's located in a not so great neighborhood. I've only visited maybe 3-4 times and the front of the store is always kinda junky. The employees are great!

There used to be a terrific store to shop at, but over the last few years they have deteriorated, they're the only store that charges a customer for a mask if they forget their mask, they do not respect their customers enough to give them a mask.
