There was an add on the board that said today's special. 10 pieces of shrimp for $10.59. When the clerk rang them up they rang up around 4 or 5 dollars higher. When one clerk came up she said oh we don't have daily specials. Before the manager came to the front to talk with us the add was removed. We were treated like we could not read. I was always taught you would receive what the add says then fix your problem next. In this case it did not happen. We did not get the shrimp special nor any shrimp. This is twice in 1 week things have not gone well at Culvers in Danville, Illinois. On Sunday we did not get the correct order. Pretty sad!

Shared cod, shrimp and chicken fingers dinner plates with my 2 cousins. The fish was so light and crispy and the butterfly shrimp were bigger than many restaurants. The onion rings and fries had just the right crisp and did I mention that all of our food was brought out hot. Yes we had milk shakes (1 strawberry and 1 hot fudge) along with a root beer float which we all finished with a groan. I guess the chicken fingers were good but I was much too full to even have a bite.

The food here is fabulous, especially the deluxe cheeseburgers. The service is exceptional and super friendly. They bring your meals out to your table. Your food takes a little bit longer to prepare, but it's well worth it. This ain't McDonald's, praise God! Highly recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: Wonderful children in there and a staff that appreciates them.

This Culver's location was a good addition to Danville when it first came. Everything was great. Slowly the customer service and food quality has gone down hill at this location. Especially the customer service. We heard some not very tasteful comments on the drive thru intercom while ordering. It was the employees talking to each other. They were also rude at the window. The food took about 15 minutes and was cold when it came out. This place is to expensive to have a bad experience. If I wanted that kind of service I would go to one of the 3 horrible McDonalds locations in town. I'll take my money elsewhere.

My fiance travels for work and our 1st taste at a "Culvers" was in Fishers IN. I must say the 1st time at Culvers was Delicious, the 2nd time (Danville IL) was AMAZING. My tummy was smiling 🤗

Food is overpriced . Burger was decent but not worth the price. Niece ordered chicken tenders and they were small and looked very low quality. I bought off brand frozen chicken tenders in stores that are a lot better than theirs. Also prepare to wait forever to get out of the parking lot.

Foods always decent, but the customer service today was not very good. The women with red & blonde braids came off very rude when ordering, she seemed very impatient & was rushing us. Our food came dumped in the bag as well

Been here many times. Excellent service and food every time. Very busy though on Sundays between 11-1ish. If you order a coffee though normally they don't bring it out with your meal so make sure you get it.

Spent $50 and was missing a order of onion rings. Told the employee outside and the employee said she packed our order. She asked us for our food back with no gloves on. She took our food back into the restaurant after we stuck our hands in the bags. She came back out and said now your orders is correct. This is not a safe way of handling our food . I am from another state and I was told this restaurant was good. The food was dry cold no good and my daughter didn't even get her ice cream so I will never go back...
