Rude customer service visited the store on 4/10/2024. Went in to buy a new phone the person working was really rude Karolyn Summers cursing and using the f bomb. Also while she was setting up the phone she was on her phone the whole time selling link card.

Great vibe! Super friendly staff!!! They also had alot of great accessories and speakers and such. The little dog was actual a speaker! Thought it was super neat! Good job Cricket!!!

Horrendous Service, they do not honor deals, just Google info and specs because they will say anything to close a sale, overpriced accessories for what little they have to offer

Wanted my old number ported over, mentioned at beginning of sale. Once completed I had a new number 😤and told 😡 I could port my old number in but bc it wasn't done at beginning 🤬 I would now need to pay again what I already paid ($65 at this point) to have my number ported over. This was such bullcrap considering I hadn't had service for 5 min as of yet, and frankly it was the employees screw up to begin with.🤬🤬🤬
