It's a consistent store. Consistently dirty shelves throughout. Consistently old produce. A number of perishable products consistently well past the Best By dates. There are multiple yogurt containers that have been past their best by dates for five weeks. They are repeatedly restacked and displayed again. Today, they are 35 days past their best by dates. Today, a Wednesday, at 11am, ALL of the self-service stations were closed. There was ONE check-out lane open. The response was that they were "short-handed." There were three employees sitting in the office. NOT going back.

Not going back there ever again. We have shopped there for years with large purchaes and had an item that wasn't in their system so she went to look it up . Came back charged us 14$ for postage stamps , wrong item. We had a $2.50 food item not a book of stamps . She removed the wrong charge, we paid the bill and was bagging all the items and then got accused of stealing the $2.50 item because she forgot to reenter it or something . So I told her to keep it and we are not shopping there again. Don't accuse people of stealing because you can't figure out how to ring up items and the customer hasn't left the store nor concealing products. She put the item in with our other purchases to be bagged it wasnt even bagged yet , no one was stealing and this isn't the first time recently this has happened , other people are having similar issues . Long time customer gone!

Positive: Bakery section has best selection anywhere. Service at Deli was considerate and friendly.Negative: Cashier Raina # 0134 was one of the rudest service persons I've ever met. She was totally absorbed in socializing with a co-worker a couple of aisles over and oblivious to my presence. I actually had to say 'Damn' to get her attention while trying to bag my groceries while they sat at the end of belt near her register and only then to she tell me to use a button to move the belt, and continued talking to her co-worker.

This is a great local store The store is very well kept and very clean everybody is very friendly and very helpful they have a deli and they have prepared foods for sale and they even have a small florist shop in the store as well as an internal bakery so they have a nice offering for just about all your needs so I highly recommend this store I shop here frequently!

Good place to go if you’re sick of Walmart and Meijer. Prices can be a little high if not on sale and selection is good, but may still be limited. Store isn’t dirty, but isn’t that clean either (it’s showing it’s age since last remodel).

A nice older gentleman took my cart today when I was trying to put my stuff in a bigger cart so that was sweet, just moved here and this place is my favorite so far so I will update continuously, right now I'm happy with my purchases. Make sure you have ur card tho. Some prices can be a little up (like everything else..) but right now they had some amazing deals! 👏

Groceries are fairly expensive and the digital coupons app you have to use to get most commonly discounted items is difficult to navigate and half the time, the coupons you clip don't apply a discount, so then they have to send somebody to where you found the item so they can price check and that takes a long time and holds everybody up. The new MAX Card system is not employee/user friendly! Has a lot of issues with digital coupons.Staff were friendly and helpful but lacked knowledge in fixing the mistakes and running their new digital coupon system. Once the issues are worked out I believe it will be great!

Not as nice as the Harvet Market in Champaign but a good store to make small trips (fill in groceries) to.The last time I got their prepared chicken it made my family (me included) sick for 2 days.

The store is clean, the employees are generally friendly, and the store offers a good selection of products. The prices can be a little on the high side, but they're not terrible.07/2017 review edit: Have shopped here for years. The store is clean and the staff are generally friendly and ready to help. A tad pricey, but as I noted before, the quality and selection used to make up for that. Have noticed that since they've changed ownership, there's been a marked increase in the amount of expired product on the shelves, especially in refrigerated foods. Will change this review if that improves.

The service was great! My cashier was great! My only personal issue is that a lot of the other cashiers seemed very unhappy. When I see majority of staff looking unhappy, it makes me wonder about the store.I will not make any assumptions since I have no facts and have only been there twice, but when I see multiple staff unhappy, it makes me want to shop elsewhere.Again, no assumptions, but multiple unhappy staff always means something, and it makes me uncomfortable.

I was very impressed with the store's phone ordering and curbside pickup. From the time I placed my order, got a call back about a few items they didn't have and asked about replacements, had the order filled and checked out, it was less than an hour. I would definitely do this again. Great job!

They have the absolute BEST fried chicken from their deli! They're the only one who doesn't use black pepper in their breading. That's pretty important to me as I'm allergic. Try it! You'll like it!

The quality and services are great. However the prices are high! It's a great place to go if you need a couple of items and don't mind paying more for convenience.
