I don't go here often, but I always love to just look around the store when I do. They seem to have some decent furniture for what I consider a low-end store. Bought a nice mattress there for one of my kids the other day. Easy, friendly, and not a bad price.

We were there together, my friend and I . And I'm Short and so is she. We were try to get Assistance getting some Mega Sized Boxes of Cereals down. To add to My Purchases. People walking Past us, Employees. Saw us trying to get the boxes of Cereal down from the Top Shelf. No Assistance at all . I ended up taking a Box from a lower level shelf. And actually standing on my tip toes. And Hitting the boxes of cereal that I wanted. People can see this going on. Still No Help. I got down the cereal I was trying for. Pd. For it and left.

I’m a regular customer and have been treated badly by the same cashier (older Mexican lady) and I use lady very loosely. She raised her voice to give me a lecture about updating my account today! And it’s completely updated. Rude! I’ve seen her make an older couple cry. I’ve also seen people purposely get in another line to avoid her. She apparently hates her job and people.

Im pretty sure our cashier was pretty tweeked out!! She was all over the place!! She told my mom she cud use both her $10 off coupons together...I don't work at Big lots and I can tell u it doesn't work. Cashier said it did got to car nope it didn't it only took $15 off instead of $20. Went back in and same cashier said that i doesn't work so she shud be thankful that she got the $15 off!!! Manager came up and didn't seem to really care but she refunded my mom $5 and gave her $10 coupon back!!

The store is kept fairly clean and things are pretty easy to find. The employees there are friendly and helpful for the most part. (With the exception of one woman who's been there forever, she's lazy and rude 😕). You never know what you may find here and as always the deals are great.

They remodeled the checkout and now the counters are smaller so you have no room to put all of your stuff up there before having to grab your items that's already bagged up while you still have stuff in the cart to put up on the counter and there's no walk room for the people waiting behind you to go to the next available register without them literally having to squeeze by you. I love the store, they have a large selection of various items but they definitely could've done the checkout differently.

Have been extremely disappointed the last few times I visited. Big lots use to be one of my favorites but lately I have noticed that the prices have gone up, employees follow you around and make you feel like a common criminal, check out lines are long due to not enough check out lanes open. They will have 1 check out lane open and 3 employees following each customer around the store.

I just really love this store they have all kinds of things at affordable prices and I haven't ran into not one rude employee there. They are helpful and seem to be very informed about the items weather it be grocery or furniture they've got it covered. It's a pleasant place to shop and they've always got the seasons hottest new stuff. LOVE IT!

Our Big Lots has hard-working staff who will gladly help you if you are nice to them (aka: treat them like you would like to be treated)Big Lots has neat things you don't see every day, like a jar of wildflower honey for $3.95, or sandals with kitty-unicorns on them, or really good dog food for half the price of big pet store chains.

Great prices on everything, bit the store itself is slightly run down. The chain needs to invest in updating the entire store. The employees are always super nice and helpful. The store literally sells everytjing you could possibly want in one trip and the merchandise is great quality.

Just your standard Big lots store. This place could use a good cleaning and a good organization and the staff are not the most friendly here. I was disappointed to find that you couldn't get birthday wrapping paper and the like items here that was really surprising.

Parking lot kind of rough and parking spots not clearly marked. Exterior of building needs attention as it looks rough also. Aisles a little cluttered, some shelves a little sparsely stocked. Thankfully found items we were looking for, but entire store smelled like gas. Was told Gas Company had been called and checked for leaks several times but could not find any evidence of leaks. Whatever the smell is, will not shopping there again.

One of my favorite stores. Sometimes just going down each aisle to see what they have. They don't always gave the same products especially if at a good deal it will sell fast. They have a little bit of everything.
