I had a great experience at 7Brew! The staff are all super friendly and take your order when you pull up in the drive through. They have a wide variety of options for people who need sugar free or milk alternatives which I appreciated! You are also getting your moneys worth when you order from here. The size large for iced coffees is ginormous! I was able to go home and split it into 2 16oz travel coffee mugs and have coffee for 2 days(this includes ice). I will say the cold brew is VERY strong so if you like sweet coffee, order extra syrup or milk. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!

Wife loves the white truffle chocolate frozen drink! Employees are very nice. I hope Danville people smart enough to tip the workers since it looks like they have to share them. I personally tip less knowing it's pooled and a lazy person gets the same money as one that works hard. Ridiculous and in this day and age each person should keep their own tips. It also gives the workers extra reason to be there. You never know when someone gonna hand you a hundred and that would go right in her pocket if it's up to me.

Outside lane…. NOPE. At least 10 cars on the inside lane who arrived after me, served and out. Some of the current staff pleasant and attentive, others inside chatty and rude.When first opened!!!Excellent customer service. Fast drive through. Blondie is yummy. Love the staff at this location. Always friendly, energetic, and make experience a nice one. Thank you Danville 7Brew staff!!

My beverages and the atmosphere were great and the service was top tier! My puppy loved his pup cup that included 2 dog biscuits!! We visited 7Brew 3/9/24 and will definitely be returning soon!!Dietary restrictions: Offers milk substitutes and sugar-free options

They were on point and the staff was usually attentive and efficient, but lately, the last few times haven't been good. It's either the service or the milk coffee. I went at 12 on a Tuesday and was the second car in line. 3 employees walked out the door, looked around, and all went back inside. Alright, I’ll wait…… I pull up and sit in my car watching 6 kids laugh, stand around, and talk and do nothing, so after 5 minutes (if you're in line with no other customer, that’s a long time.) After 5 minutes of just watching them look at me and ignore me, some girl came out and asked me what I ordered, and I said…….nothing I've ordered nothing. She said oh, so she took my order, and it came out in two minutes and was disgusting. My coffee was creamer and gross. Something happened; they started great with fantastic coffee and a fun atmosphere, but now they have no leadership to teach these kids. If 6 people are working, and one customer is in line, you at least acknowledge the customer and say Hi! One moment and go back to whatever. You can't teach job skills to kids who have never had real jobs before, train them for a month, and then let them go. The last few times have been disappointing. I like this place and was so excited, and I go more than I should, so please, please get it together so we don’t lose another great business.

Well I will say my wife and I were really excited about a new coffee place in the area. I can say we have been alot alot. SO this review isn't based on one time. In the beginning is was amazing service drinks everything. Overtime is has gotten progressively not acceptedable, the drinks are good when they are, but when they are bad they are bad. The inconsistency is just all over the place. The atmosphere at time is a NIGHT CLUB during midday, which I don't mind the music but it can be toned down alot when I have to get off the phone while in the car bc I can't even hear my conversation at all. Another is one day a young lady was hanging on my mirror of my brand new car not even the first payment. She had gotten rude and walked off never came back which we were shockes how rude and unprofessional. As of lately they may have the other laned closed they will take one order at a time which before they used to. We just need some managers to manage and teach this kids how to work not making tiktoks ignoring customers. Please management help this place so it can thrive here ,
