MULTIPLE DEAD FISH AND SICK BETTAS!! i like that the bettas are in better displays compared to petco and petsmart but the last time i went here, their was a dead betta fish and i went recently to find MULTIPLE sick bettas and dead fish. Daily water changes and medications should help the fish thrive. keeping fish in these conditions is cruel and abusive. DO BETTER.

I love this place and the coupons are unbelievable!This is an update to my earlier post...I was at the store this morning and I just wanted to share something with everyone. Erich the store manager, is just about the nicest, most helpful, most knowledgeable person that I have ever met much less met as a manager at a pet food store. I'm telling you guys, he will go waaayyyy out of his way to help you with anything!He is the biggest reason that I keep shopping at this store. I can also tell that his employees have a genuine respect for his leadership, he sets a good example of customer service for all of them to follow! They run some great 25% off coupons in the mail, so we like coming here to stock up. The self serve baths are excellent value and very convenient. The water has a good temperature and pressure, there's a lot of supplies for you to use like smocks and towels, and lots of space.One downside with going during the winter is it seems like the air dryer has its intake drawing from the outside air. It blows super cold on the wet doggies to the point where they start shivering. But it can be mitigated by being quick and alternating with a towel

Bella is a lovely young woman and was such an amazingly patient helper with my last purchase by helping me utilize all my coupons and rewards on my phone!! Loveeee shopping here for my French Bulldog's food and treats. They are never out of her brand of dog food "Fromm", and they have sales often enough to afford shopping here!! Plus my Frenchie Penelope loves picking out new treats or a toy. ALL of their employees are absolutely 💯 kind and loving to their doggy customers!!

I don't think I've ever had a less than great time. I have much appreciation for their groomers, my pup is usually ready to go sooner than expected and enjoys their baked good options for his birthday. He threw up in the aisle after getting too excited and they were still nice to me, lol.

Hi, this is not a complaint or anything bad it's just something I want to tell you. So a few months ago I got a female leopard gecko and its belly was a little big. I had already bought it after I found out it was big so I thought no harm. But after a few days it was now really big. I was starting to think it was going to lay eggs but it never did so I felt no harm again. But now that I got home from a long day of shopping I look in the cage and there was a thing that looked like chemicals. It turns out it was an egg, 2 eggs. I think it was my male leopard gecko that did this because they live in the same tank. I just wanted to tell you guys this if you have anything that I could know but it's okay.

I have been so happy with the nail service I get at Pet Supply Plus in Crystal Lake. I can get quick appointments made, and their groomers, especially Jolene, really care about my dog and the job they do on his nails !

Purchased 3 items today, all had sales tags posted on shelves. I also applied a 25% coupon. Upon getting home tonight and checking receipt, I did not get posted sale prices. If the sales were from last week the tags should have been pulled. I work retail so I am familiar with the work. For instance, got a kennel pad for $9.45 sale price on shelf but charged $11.98 for it. Also, a Skout stain remover with sale price of $12.98 but was charged $14.98 and an Xmas toy from last year for a sale of $4.98 on display but was charged $9.98. Very disappointed and too tired after a long retail day myself, to run back to PSP to get credits. Keep a better eye on sale tags? Thank you

Absolute garbage service. Do not go to grooming. They upcharged me an a nail trim which the manager never once mentioned it’d be more for, I waited an hour longer than the time I was told. They left my dogs head bigger than his whole body. Didn’t cut his beard, and offered to give me 10% off if I drove back to the store. Modern day crooks charging $70 for the worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. Then manager doesn’t want to give me information to talk to the higher ups? Don’t come here.

I wanted to try this store because it was one of two stores in Crystal Lake, IL that carries Fromm pet food. I was in the process of adopting two kittens and went to see what kinds of things I would want and how much. I found a few things but backed way off on what I wanted due to the costs. There is also planning involved for getting into the store as their location has limited turns in and out. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I would like to shop there more often but it is too rich for my blood.

Great selection and very friendly staff. I brought my GSP in for a nail trim and ear cleaning and she gets very anxious during these visits. The grooming team did everything they could to keep her calm and took their time with her. I'll definitely be back!!!
