100% do not recommend. They have had our boat since June. It’s now March. They will not answer the phone, messages on Facebook, or call back. When it was taken there in June they said it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. Called back at 6 weeks and they hadn’t even got it in to look at it. In August we called again said they still hadn’t looked at it. While on their property the sun deck was ripped off of it, battery left hooked up all winter and keys left in it. Now they won’t answer calls, return calls or anything. They never once called and gave an update or told us they couldn’t fix the boat. They let it set all summer and all winter. Several phone numbers was left on their machine to call and give updates and not a single call.

We used them for the first time last winter to store and service our pontoon. We called to have it returned last weekend and Jeremy had it ready! My husband said it ran great plus he was very nice with a great dog too:)

Dude is honest.We stayed at Egyptian Hills Resort for 4 days. When i put my boat in at the ramp, one of the bunks floated off the trailer. I unwisely waited until the day before we left to start repairs myself. We called big worms to rent a jet ski and I asked if he would sell me some lag bolts. He offered to take the trailer and returned it several hours later repaired so we could get home for a ridiculously fair price. We did not discuss price so i was expecting the worst. But far from it. Not to mention the jet ski rental was awesome. I live in St Louis and can say it is worth the drive in the future to have him do marine repairs, and I do all my own work on cars and boats from heavy line engine repairs, paint and body work etc. He seriously saved me juggling working on something on my vacation and the jet ski was the highlight of the trip for my kids. No marine mechanic does stuff like this so quickly. He also gave me some tips on fishing spots and we slayed them the night before we left so huge thanks Big Worm!

I would not recommend this place guy pretty much put broken parts on my boat motor and charge me . He don’t answer calls or call you back I’m out $500 had the boat for 5 months just terrible service

We got our boat several months later than the initial estimated time. Then, when we took it out not fixed. Into December now and can't get a hold of owner to get our boat thats went to his private property and a refund

We were on a fishing vacation last October on Lake of Egypt and had engine problems. They took my boat in one day and I got it back the next. They were fantastic to work with, very polite , knowledgable, and professional. My motor ran like it was new again when I got it back, they helped to make my fishing trip a success ! Great guys to work with, would highly recommend for any boat repairs.Service: Engine repair

Bought a jet ski from the marine and it broke down first day so had them try to fix it and in the end completley wasted my time by making it have multiple other issues and didnt get it back till 4 months later still broken, they cannot guarantee anything they lie to make a little extra money but in the end it costed me $2500-3000 I recommended going anywhere else.

Helpful but if you do jet ski be super careful that your don't get lost, the cove you start from is crazy hidden when you try to come back.
