Store slow on restocking food items. Every time I enter the store , the coolers always low on stock. One door's handle has been broken for months. Self check-out has more than half not on line or not working. Only two live cashiers!! the lack of checkouts create unnecessary long lines. Store managers get you act together! store has improved over the years but is falling backwards.

Day 1 - at the Automotive Dept. no walk ins.for an oil change and no appointments were available for the rest of the day.Day 2 - called to make sure that appointments weren't needed before I drove over 30 min. When I got there the woman at the counter stated that they didn't have a filter for a 2013 Hyundai Accent. I asked if she could call the closest Walmart (IN) has oil filters before I drove there. She said, "no".

I visited the tire center this morning. I had a flat tire and I decided to buy two tires. I was in and out within an hour, the staff was awesome, very helpful, and the tires were on sale.

The tire department needs someone at the front desk at all times. The men did not ask us (7) if we needed anything. They just walk by continuously. I came in for a filter for the car. I left with nothing and went to AutoZone.

As a customer of a big box store. I don’t anticipate things being closed early. Since I moved into the south Chicagoland area stores and contractors have been the worse. If I provided this level of service I would myself be out of business. My complaint begins with the western union/ money gram service. It was closed early. I was there 10-15 minutes before 6 on this good Sunday. One person told me it’s just closes on Sunday. I’m like you know it’s a sign right there. So I called to make a complaint it was more of the same. Camillia said Latoya or Latasha would give me a call after I stated you don’t have any information about me. We have to do better to get better.

They should not even get 1 star, the service is horrible. The management and workers are very slow at working, they do not greet they don't bag correctly, The workers all seem to not want to work or be there.There has been an abundance amount of complaints to management but nothing has changed at all.Good luck with pick up service, they are always missing orders up, etc...They need to hire people who want yo work.Shame on you Walmart corporate needs to come in and start making changes.

It's fine. It's Walmart. Don't expect anyone to know where anything is. Expect to find things yourself. It's fine. It's not an experience I particularly enjoy. It's also not a particularly painful experience.Their satisfaction survey at the register gets 4-5 stars from me because I'm glad to get out of there.

The customer service in the Auto Center is nonexistent. The employees walk away from the desk without telling a line of customers anything. They laugh, play, and use foul language around the customers. The service is entirely too slow. I had a 11am appointment. There’s no way it should take almost 3 hours for new tire installations.

Wherever I need something from the store and can't make it there Walmart is the place to order from. Very fast and have what U need. Keep up the great service. 👍

Avoid the auto service center at all costs. Worst experience with oil change and tires. They damaged my oil filter housing I had to get new one cost me 90 dollars. Filed a complaint but never heard from them. Please do yourself a great favor and avoid your car more damage. Would give below zero stars if available

Went there this morning to beat the crowds. 6 employees watching self checkout. Asked a manager if they could open a register he said we don’t have anyone saying this while watching the self checkout lane. I just refuse to work for Walmart for free!

This store has the WORST customer service. Bought tires and went to my appointment and the lady working automotive told me I had to go get my tires? Why is that MY job when I ordered these tires almost a month ago? Why were they not already at the automotive center ready for my appointment? This is ridiculous. And none of the employees had any idea where my tires even were.

If I could write the store zero, I absolutely would. This store has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life first of all I don’t have enough handicap scooters to accommodate the amount of people that require them in the store at one time the carts that they have are all broken and sitting at the door like a decoration they don’t have the workers go out and get the cards immediately to bring them back in to charge them up for the next handicap person that may need it so when you go to use it, it is completely dead or dying. Second, the majority of their workers are teenagers who walk around the store on their phones. They never have food completely stocked on the shelves or in the back where the milk is there has been several occasions where I’ve needed milk or juice and there was nothing stocked in the freezer but you can see clear through the back where it’s just piled up in the back and no one is stocking it I had to walk around and find a worker to get me some milk from the back because no one has put milk out for the customers. It’s ridiculously overwhelming especially when this is the closest grocery store to where I reside it’s convenient but honestly it serves no purpose not for customers anyway I would not recommend the store to anyone. As a matter of fact, if you need to go to a Walmart that actually has the items you’re looking for visit the one in Orland Park or Crestwood honestly, I really feel they need to just close the one in Country Club Hills altogether and put a target 🎯 there instead

For those who shop at the Walmart in country club hills be advised!!!! The meat in this establishment is kept in deplorable conditions. The fresh meat is kept next to rotting meat. This rotting meat is kept in garbage cans for month on end and sometimes they donate this same meat to charity. They also have a rat infection that they haven't fixed. People have even reported getting sick from the food there. It would be in your interest to proceed with caution when buying anything from this particular walmart.

I wish I could rate this store a 0. It is grossly improperly managed. There was only 2 cashiers, when I went to customer service and it was so much fresh food going bad , dairy, meat and produce because noone was putting the food away. The produce is garbage. I have spent thousands in this store but after today I'm done. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this.

Today my husband and I bought two rotisserie chickens the chicken fell off the bone it tasted homemade and delicious first Walmart I see got hired a good cook by the deli which to me matters a lot when I'm running around doing shopping but I got to go home and I can't cook I hope they keep that person Good Vibes to them

I am pleased this store is close to me but I don't always feel secure when shopping here. I have witnessed people stealing and fights in the parking lot. I like that I can find many of my every day products in stock. Walmart pricing is great and the store is clean.

I walk in, I get greeted for the most part. It alway clean. I alway see employees through out the store which is great. It alway cashier attendants stand by in case you need anything. When I'm leaving I get a greeter that tell me to have a good day. It great and I go almost every other week

This is a pretty nice store. I shop there regularly. I mostly always find what I need. My one complaint is the extremely long lines for self service and the lack of assistance with the Walmart employees. It makes no sense for there to be lines going all the way down a walking aisle. The Walmart employees see the lines and don't open up registers to get the lines down or make purchasing quicker. Sometimes it makes you not want to shop there because you know there is going to be a long wait because of the long lines.

This location is disrespectful,rude, and unprofessional. The manager's/coaches were not helpful and very dismissive. I had a legitimate concern due to faulty tires from this location. I strongly urge all to find another location or get a Cosco membership. 0 stars

This place has a good selection of items, but the formula is out of stock mid month in store. Also, the people that deliver are well tgeres more to be desired. Some deliveries have been good wheras, others were thrown at my door by drivers. Love the walmart+ delivery though, would recommend.

This is absolutely the worst store in the area.Most of the shelves are empty or in disarray. Over half the self check out lanes are not on or they have them closed off for no apparent reason. Never going back.im driving a extra 5 miles to another Walmart
