Highly recommended! From the moment we met Ken, we felt Complete Fence was the right fit. He listened to what we had in mind, recommended the best course of action, and was open to any questions/concerns we had before starting. Very responsive via text, call and email. Charmaine was also great at keeping us up to date on the process and answering questions we had.We were blown away at how it turned out! Our old fence was more than 20 years old and the QUALITY of our new fence is amazing and looks fantastic! Also, the price was very reasonable. After years of contemplation and uncertainty about installing a fence due to the presence of large bushes along our property line, we finally took the plunge based on a neighbor's recommendation of Complete Fence. We contacted four fence companies before choosing Complete Fence. One never returned our inquiry. One was ridiculously high priced. One talked a big game but never followed up. Dale at Complete Fence, followed up, visited on site, competitively priced and had another staffer walk through the day before construction started. The two guys who built the fence were meticulous! The fence looks great and I would recommend this company!

From start to finish, I've been extremely happy with Complete Fence. I purchased the Ameristar Echelon 4' Aluminum Fence. I had 3', 4' and 5' gates installed with added safety locks. My Sales Representative was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. He was the main reason I booked through Complete Fence. He always made himself available for questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy with my purchase. Installers were friendly, skilled and beyond hardworking. Ken came to my property within 24 hours, measured my yard and developed a plan. Upon installation day, the team was extremely friendly, answerer question and updated me throughout the entire process. Complete Fence just completed my fence a couple weeks ago. The first contractor group that was at my house was extremely unqualified and did a terrible job. I contacted my salesman, and the fence was corrected by a second group that did a superb job. It took a few weeks to get it all straight but I'm happy with the outcome. If Ken is reading this, I cannot thank you enough. I've read many horror stories about fence company's that do shoddy work. I don't blame this company as they stood by their name and did the right thing. My son told me of his neighbor who had a 6' privacy fence and was horribly installed. Not by Complete fence. More than $10,000 wasted.

Everyone from the office persons to the installers at Northern Illinois Fence, or Complete Fence, was great to work with since the day we walked in the door. Dale in residential sales was the best. He always returned our communications quickly and provided continuous follow up throughout the project. We replaced our four-foot green vinyl chain link fence with a six-foot black vinyl chain link fence. We had some special and creative money-saving installation requests that Dale was happy to comply with. He communicated these requests to the installers perfectly. I apologize for misplacing their names, but the two installers were friendly and approachable. When I pointed out some minor change requests during installation, they jumped right on it. I didn't have a fence installed. I had a fence torn down. We had a large, old fence that had rotted in several areas and had wire attached which had been destroyed by a weed whip trying to get at the weeds between posts. We needed it removed. Complete Fence helped me out quickly and they were wonderful to work with. They took the whole fence with wiring down, cleaned everything up, hauled the wood with wiring away, and filled the post holes so you couldn't even see where they were. The guys who did the work, and Dale at the office, were very nice and professional, the price was fair, and I am very pleased that I worked with them. I would definitely have them install a new fence if we decide to do that. Great Company .

Our aluminum fence turned out great. However, there was an issue with the getting the certificate. Was told they can build it once the town approved, but we got charged a fee from the town for not having the approval in our window. Definitely the best price around.

At first they seemed to be good but lack of communication during installation and then since the design changes and less materials used I thought I should get some money back. After a few calls got some taken off my bill. Less then a year later my one gate was causing issue so called the office to see if they would come a look at it and hopefully fix it . After multiple calls and no return call I finally got someone. I was told I would get a call when someone would be coming out. About two weeks go by and nothing so here I go again call the office and get no return all until after a few messages left. I then finally get someone out but got no call he was coming. I wasn't here but he did something and fixed it. No idea what he had to do as there was no document. Called the office and still no call back. When I came home I found this mess which I wasn't happy about. That was in my message was I have even emailed Melissa Post and not reply.It amazes me how this company work so hard to get my business and once they did they seem to not be professional poor customer service. So disappointing.

Our experience with complete fence was great! Ken came out and quoted us and helped us while we figured out what type of wood fence we wanted! We did the board on board. We also needed an enclosed dog run. Our dog is a jumper and wanted a free space for her to not always have a leash on. The fence and dog run turned out amazing! Through the whole process ken was super responsive to all of our questions! The crew who built the fence were all super nice and did great work! We had quotes from two other fence companies. Price was all similar, but we ended up with complete fence because of Ken's responsiveness to our questions and the dog run was a huge thing for us. One of the other well known fence companies, I won't name, was trying to talk us out of getting one even though we stated we already knew we wanted one. The process from beginning (sending pictures of damaged vinyl gate) to end (completed installation) went smoothly and was delayed only because the material color was not a stock white. The office staff was very helpful with the ordering of material and answering my questions. The project manager was excellent in explaining what and how the project would be completed and again on installation day in dealing with alignment issues. Best of all, Jose and Ramiro were tireless workers, paying attention to every detail and staying until after dark to finish the job in one day.
