I have had two bad experiences at this facility. The first one was my family, and I went out for breakfast, and we received our food at different times (ordered at the same time) there was food missing from our plates, a lot of our things were not how we ordered it, and the portion sizes were quite frankly sad. They did Compensate on our bill which was nice, what a bad first impression though.I decided to give them another chance this evening and ordered food after our family went trick-or-treating. I called up to place an order to go and I was on hold for 12 minutes. I decided to drive up and put in an order, and I informed them that I was still on hold, waiting to put in my order. She did apologize and made an excuse that it was busy, I looked around and there were four tables. We continue on and put in my order, I asked for an order of nachos and if I could have the toppings in separate containers and she rudely said “You want all the toppings in separate containers”. I was over it by now and I just said never mind. Finished the order, paid ,and now I’m just waiting in the parking lot for my food. This is horrible customer service, I waited on hold and had to drive up here to put in a TO GO order not sitting here and eatting. She should’ve at least accommodated the request to ease the bad situation, rather it added fuel to the fire. For one that’s not a big request and two, most people share nachos with another person and not everyone likes all the same toppings. I’ve never had an issue with this request anywhere else. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
