Terrible Photo center service. They shouldn't advertise or offer one hour service when it can't be provided. Placed an order on Monday evening and it wasn't even started when I went there at noon on Tuesday to pick up. Of course the guy there working blamed it on the night shift, not sure what he had been doing all morning, definitely not printing pictures because he told me they had 50 orders entered, but the machine wasn't running.

Disappointed to be left in the pharmacy drive thru so the pharmacy team could take a meal break. Its Not posted in the online hours. The vehicle in front got Waited on, but we were not. No conversation, just a Meal break time sign to be found inside in front of the closed pharmacy window.

Rude, unkind, hateful Pharmacy staff - consistently awful for years. Zero compassion. Not an ounce of friendliness or professionalism here.My daughter’s insurance mandates Walgreens or WalMart. We just drive to Waterloo Walmart to bypass the Columbia Walgreens but had no choice but for vaccinations but had to use the Walgreens for vaccinations.It was the same duo: the angry-all-the-time blonde & hateful brunette women that have worked there for years (& the reason I eventually changed to CVS)I had the audacity to arrive 7 mins early for our appts.. the blonde berated me for over 8 mins, telling me “the online apts don’t matter” because they don’t factor in how busy the pharmacy staff is (it was 1:30pm & no other customers in sight..) She could have handed me the paperwork clipboard & taken my paperwork back in a fraction of the time she wasted on verbally blasting me (for Walgreens own scheduling practice…)We sat in the chairs to wait & she started slapping her hand on the countertop hissing at me, “I need you up here!!” (For paperwork) She said we’d have to wait at another 30 -45 mins. We waited over an hour.I do not recommend this pharmacy. It’s a consistently awful experience every single time.

I had scheduled an appointment for my husband and I to receive a vaccine and we both received confirmation emails. We arrived at our appointment time and they pharmacy manager said to the technician that she didn't want to just give two shots and they seemed annoyed we were there. Then they said they only had one shot and that we could go to Waterloo. We asked them to call the pharmacy before we left to be sure they had enough shots at the Waterloo location. They seemed annoyed but complied and said that Waterloo hung up on them 3 times... We ended up leaving. They were rude, incompetent and inconsiderate of our time when we had scheduled our appointments 3 days ago.

the pharmacist there is absolutely awful. she never fails to make you feel like a complete burden when you ask her to do her job by asking about your medication, prescription, or payment methods. it's like she doesn't know what her job is. and she's like this from the moment she answers the phone, ever single time. there is not a more miserable woman on the planet than her.

The reviews do not lie. The photo department has no idea how to use most of the equipment and are extremely unhelpful. They will act like its your fault for them not knowing how to do a basic copy of a document. They will keep their back to you while they play on the computer. They will be unhappy while they talk to you. Its overall a very frustrating experience and you will be better served finding somewhere else to handle your photo needs....and your pharmacy needs because that department is no better.

This place as far as the pharmacy goes is tanking fast was a fantastic place to get good customer service and a smile. Here lately it seems incompetence is taking over. I dropped off my script at 1:00 and was told ot would be filled today. I came back an hour before close and it was not filled intact there was sevea issues. One being they didnt have enough in the same brand. So either I take 3/4 of my script and go back to dr to put another one through. The obese lady also told me I'd have to pay full price and even though they made the error. If I picked it up Monday I'd have to continue doing it every Monday. So I dont know what's going on but I'll be taking my buisness elsewhere and that larger gal should be removed/replaced. I love employees who like to make me feel at they're mercy. But no way am I going to pay full price for 3/4s of a script

I've never had an issue at this pharmacy. It's always clean and neat. The employees are always courteous and helpful. Don't believe the reviews of people who have bashed this store. Some people have no patience or understanding these days and think the world revolves around them, especially in Columbia, IL. I don't think there is a pharmacy in the world you can go to and not have to wait for a little bit.

Normally have a decent experience here. Get my medications, which is the purpose. However, my most recent experience has exposed either a lack of workflow systems, lack of familiarity with ordering systems, or gross incompetence. Had two rx sent to pharmacy. First one was ready in under 24 hours. The second one wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered. My wife went back the next day, order was still out of stock and had to be ordered. When asked why, the tech responded “must have not been ordered.” Although frustrating, it’s understandable that people make mistakes. I called the next day to find outfits it was available. Same story; was never ordered the day prior. At this point, the senior pharmacist needs to truly evaluate their systems. Something seems absolutely broken, and your employees don’t seem to care.

Want to get pictures printed out from my phone. The worker at the store was so buzy talking to the other employees that I had to ask him did he work there. I asked him for help he help me a little he went back and sat down having conversation with the other employee. I could not figure out how to use the machine to print my pictures out I ask them for help they ignored me. I did not get my pictures printed out. No help a joke. They worker in the photo department needs to be trained. Poor service

Dirty pharmacy, extremely long wait times (double what they quote be prepared). 5 times I’ve been there. 5 times my experience was 1/5 stars. I feel sorry for techs & pharmacist they are understaffed always running around frantically. Their computers have broken two of the times I was there. I have more complaints but tired of typing just don’t go there.

I have a prescription that can't be autofilled so I call ahead each time to make sure that it will be ready. Each time I am assured that it will be and each time I show up to pck up prescriptions I I'm told it isn't ready and to come back ib twenty minutes. I am tired of being lied to and not being heard.

I had two prescriptions called in at the same time. the doctor assured me that they had both prescriptions faxed to them. I went there to get my prescriptions and they tell me they only had one. I call an hour or so later and ask them are they sure they don't have my other prescription. And then they tell me O yes we do have that 1 mind you they were closing in 5 minutes. So I have to suffer another day

Poor service at the pharmacy! Dropped off a script and was told 30 minutes, an hr later went to pick up and was told it would not be ready for another hr! Trying to get to work, no apology wouldn’t even make eye contact. WORTHLESS never back there again

Cashiers are rude!!! I asked if my cash rewards was taken off & she said yes & I looked at it & it didn’t show it so I asked the cashier again & got a complete attitude about it. So rude! And it seems like all the employees rather talk and laugh besides do there job.
