Very nice store- pleasing to the eye and extremely clean. I needed help finding an item and the young man walked me over to the area where it was located. Who does this anymore? Great customer service!

Scheduled a vaccination for my son, they didnt have the vaccination but said they would order it and in their words put my son in for following day at 11 am. I get there the vaccination is not there, the pharmacist Jen needs to learn people skills, she basically talked to me like I was dumb asking me if I've ever ordered anything thats out of stock. Here's my thing, I'm upset that there are no communication skills what so ever, I could of gotten a courtesy call stating his vaccine was not in. Instead I get talked down to by the ignorant pharmacist. You're lucky you weren't at the counter...I don't take long to being talked down to. Learn some customer service skills jen

Short the medication I need and I changed to this pharmacy because the Pharmacist told me if I stick with them that they would order a head of time and keep my medicine in stock. This is not a medication I can do without. They said a CVS Pharmacy 20 minutes from them had the medicine but I would have to get my Doctor who I know I will not be able to reach for a week to write another prescription. When I went to Schnucks and this happened, they would give me a partial order and fill the rest when it came in. I also have encountered a rude staff. This CVS is not reliable or a customer friendly store.

This pharmacy is the worst! I have been in there so many times because it's near to my house, only to be told that they don't have the commonly used/prescribed medication that my daughter needs. We are talking oral antibiotics and ear drops that I'm sure are prescribed thousands of times a day in the region. Plus every time I go in there there's a long wait and the employees all seem frazzled. I stopped bothering going there and started going to the one at South County Mall which is way better.

Pharmacy tech and pharmacist refused to listen to my request, made no eye contact with me, talked about me and my request as if I were not even present! The pharmacist ended her conversation with the tech by saying "tell him to take X", Which is exactly what I did not ask for. Poor customer service to the extreme. I gave CVS a chance... They failed.

I don't know why I keep coming here. Prescriptions are expensive, service is extremely slow. Im am here right now waiting for a flu shot. I made an appointment and it now 20 mins past my appointment time and counting.

A variety of stuff there anything in the medicine medical field that you need is in there every name brand Beauty Supply toiletries and things of that nature Ximena wide variety of phone accessories in as seen on TV junk and the staff is very helpful the pharmacist you're very knowledgeable give my highest recommendation

This is the 3rd or 4th time my prescriptions have been short. Missing 20 pills. Has anyone else had this issue? Count your pills from this place!

There is an issue every single time I have used the pharmacy. They don't check to see if there are new medication scripts to be filled from the Dr. and are always switching my medication amounts (from 1month to 3month supply) in order to raise the price without asking. I then have to wait 15mins to fix the problem. Every single time.
