We cannot say thank you enough to the professional staff at Bernard's. We took our vehicle there to find the cause of the "check engine" light coming on. The cause was determined and an additional inspection revealed numerous safety/ mechanical issues. The vehicle being a 2007 with about 93,000 miles and most items were definitely original. Items were flagged as needing replacement and other items were suggested. Having needed and suggestion items replaced were cost competitive and changing our new vehicle thoughts were not comparative. Thank you Bernhard.

A great place to take your car for repairs, oil changes or any problems you may have!!! Over the top professional and experienced!! I just had new tires put on and the company could only get 3 of them and they went out of their way to get me better tires for the same price!!! Very pleased with their work!!!

Friendly service. Nice software that shows what's wrong with the vehicle, including pictures taken by technicians. Honest billing: They once admitted a mistake that would have resulted in an extra $500 in service.

Just an unbelievable place where they truly treat customers like family members. We had our vehicle towed there then it sat for a long time until insurance was figured out. They never pressured us on repairs but helped us navigate our insurance!

I honestly felt like they set a new standard for customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell me on products that I didn’t need. I noticed the same standard of service provided to other customers over the phone as I was waiting. 01/01/24- I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else, and I don't. 2/22/21- Add electrical repair to this list. Issues with Smart Junction Box, they found it, fixed it and got me back on the road in no time. 9/30/20: There's nothing these guys can't fix! 2015 Hyundai Veloster, Clint helped me with new wheels and tires, I love how my little car drives! These guys are legit. Honest and up front, if there's an issue, they show it to you. They tell you how long it would take and the cost UP FRONT! No surprise billing, no slight of hand. Great customer service, and they prove how much they appreciate your business. No need to go anywhere else. 9/20/19: Came to my rescue AGAIN! I think the best I can say about this place: is that they are honest. It is like finding a needle in a haystack to find an honest auto shop now. Bernard's will do a quick inspection of your vehicle when you bring it in and will give you photos showing what your parts look like. If they think a part needs fixed or replaced, they will let you know. Other auto places that I have used in the past, will tell you about things that need to be done, when they really didn't. Or those places will claim to have done work when they didn't. Squirrels did damage to gas line on our Ranger. Took it to Bernhard for repairs as we had good luck with them in the past. Again, repairs were made timely (over holiday weekend) with great results. Most of all I would like to say how responsive they were to our needs. We heard from them several times to let us know status of the repairs .. great customer service. And friendly on top of that! Bernhard’s came highly recommended when I was talking about needing an oil change on my car. I decided to make an appointment and I wasn’t disappointed in my service. Not only was my initial phone conversation with Ken very informative and professional, the day of, I met him and his co-worker Clint, and I was given the same treatment. They provided detailed instructions on what I was to expect and they went above and beyond to make my experience the best. I’ve never had anyone or company go to the lengths they did. From the front desk to the shop, this experience was nothing short of amazing. Neil and Clint up front are efficient and knowledgeable. Steve in the shop is a complete professional. All work on my vehicle was done correctly and quickly. Steve tested components of my vehicle and made replacement recommendations for those that have worn out, which I absolutely appreciate.
