I had my first experience at Anne’s yesterday and it was excellent all around! I will definitely be back for regular grooming! My pup came home so clean and fresh, the girls working were all so sweet and attentive to the dogs and Cody seemed very happy and content when I picked him up. I take my Aussie/border collie mix here. I usually just get a trim and a de-shed treatment, took him in today for a summer cut. Anne called me to ask for clarification of exactly what I wanted bc she wasn't there at the time of dropoff, even asked if I could send her the picture of what I was looking for that I showed the other girls in the morning. We talked about what I was looking for in his haircut, as a double-coated dog can be tricky and she did a GREAT job- as close to exactly what I was hoping for as humanly possible. Charley is always so happy when I pick him up, I can tell he feels good after every visit. As someone who used to be a groomer, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and commitment to clear communication. I only gave five stars because I can't give more!

Been going here for about 4 years, and they always put the utmost care into our puppies! I wouldn't trust them with any other groomer, definitely top notch. Ladies are always super helpful and kind.

Everyone here Loves my Dane and Corso! They always treat them like Queens. I take them here for nails trimming and ear cleaning every other Saturday. They always squeeze us in without an appointment. Best prices I've seen!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!! It is a butcher shop not a groomer. They did not follow my wife’s instructions and when I called them out on it they blamed her and Ann said “we have video “ I asked to see it and they refused! The owner was rude and defensive. They don’t know the difference between a trim and a full on cut!!!! I give one star because it would not let me give less!

I love Anne's! I took my 109 lb furbaby there for a deshedding treatment. The result was fabulous and the price was super reasonable. When I picked up my girl, I was expecting a pretty anxious dog. It's her normal reaction when in new places. She had a little bit and was ready to go home for sure. However, the groomers were all very engaging telling her bye and how she was so well-behaved and friendly with them. I highly recommend Anne's - great place and great people!

This is the BEST dog spa around! We tried many places but this is the only place that our husky is so happy at. These ladies are so thorough and you can tell how much they care. Highly recommend!

I was absolutely blown away by this place! Friendly understanding people, reasonable prices and an amazing, careful and detailed job is done! My husky was skunked this morning (needed groomimg before this like a good brushing because he is a husky) and you can not even tell he smelled so terrible before he came in! Life savers! He looks outstanding! I highly recommend this place!

This is not a hateful review, but it is a truthful review. I often give positive reviews all over the internet. Unfortunately I can't in this case. I walked into Anne's to discover my dog had not been schedule for an appt. 4 groomers stood around trying to figure out how to accommodate me. I offered to bring my dog back at a later time that day, however one groomer offered to do it immediately which I appreciated. At no time did anyone mention additional charges to me. When I returned I was charged $40 for a bath and nail trim effectively. When I raised concern with the owner she blamed me and did not offer to rectify the overcharge saying that express service is at a premium price. I had never requested express service nor was I informed of this a drop off. Very unprofessional. I was in no way impressed with this service, the groomers or the shop overall. For $10 dollars more I could have had a full groom. I would NOT recommend such a shady business to anyone. Being charged on the back end for prices that were not explained at drop off is not good business and not honest or ethical by any means. Clearly they don't need new customers.

We have been bringing our Cavapooshon here for over 2 years, have always ask for the same haircut. Today she came home with ears trimmed short and tail shaved, not our usual cut.We did not authorize her to be shaved. Not happy ——guess we will be looking for new groomer.

I took my dog to Anne's to get his Freddy Kruger nails a trim today. Anne asked if I was a vet. I said no, but my daughter is in the Air Force. She did the nail grind for free. She is a special person and a proud veteran. Please support her.
