Lucifer got the best opportunity today! He spent a couple hours with Alyssa and was spoiled! This was his 1st ever grooming experience and he LOVED it!! As a sheepdog mix, he was so SHAGGY! This is my 1st long haired dog! To say I was nervous was an understatement! Alyssa took her time and made this shaggy boy look AMAZING!! Professional, friendly service! Great quality at a reasonable price! This will not be our last visit! THANK YOU!

A groomer who cares. Devin, so sweetly, treats my Nelly like a guest in her home. Taking care of her mental health during her long groom (Nelly is 120lb long haired, double coated, Newfoundland). I trust her.

Devon is an incredibly unprofessional groomer. She needed clients when she started her business a couple years ago, but the quality of service has slowly declined to the point of abysmal. I continued taking my dogs here because I wanted to support a local, woman-owned business. Unfortunately, supporting this business has become untenable because her open store hours are inconsistent, and my younger dog comes back with his nails untrimmed and nicks all over his body.Devon has, on several occasions, scheduled grooming appointments with me and failed to show up. She is always running behind, and the shop opens whenever she sees fit, despite what the opening hours say.Overall, I’d encourage people to consider supporting other local grooming businesses and side-step the flaming mess that is Fancy Fiona’s.

Devin is 100% the BEST groomer around! Her skills are incredible and she knows so much about dogs health in addition to understanding their grooming needs. She treats our fur baby like her own. Devin provides so much love and extra attention. She’s patient and does what the owner wants/asks for instead of what the “typical cut” may be. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog! Highly recommend!

Definitely worth the money! Devin did a wonderful job on my ol' man bandit, even tho he thinks she held the clippers of doom im pretty sure he will forgive her eventually provided he gets more treats

Devin and Alyssa are the only 2 I trust with my fur babies. They’re both amazing with any animal they come into contact with, and they know how to make them feel safe! My dogs always come home looking, smelling, and feeling great! My boys are always excited to see these ladies. No animal is too much, they love and want them all, so bring your babies here, I promise you won’t regret it!
