Home Depot appliance installation is such a joke that words can’t describe it. Been without a working stove for a week so far. They come to install it a week ago and forgot to bring propane conversion kit. Still no working stove… Lip service at its best. Never never never again, will I buy an appliance from Home Depot again. Lessen learned.

Waited nearly 45 min for someone to cut my wood so that it would fit in my truck. They called for lumber associates 4 times and I got no help. Had three different associates look right at waving my hands around and they walked right by. Customer service here is awful

About normal for a big box. Prices are okay, service is okay, product availability and accessibility is okay. One thing they do very well, is keep things organized throughout the day. Product quality is pretty good.

Jerome was so wonderful in helping us with our washer purchase!!! Pam was also amazing! They had a great sale on appliances and customer service was TOP NOTCH. Give these people raises!

I got a project loan for a remodel on a house with Home Depot. Now Lola the manager, lady who works at desk with scheduling delivery and the girl who was at customer service very helpful and friendly. That’s the only thing I can say about it that was good. Every delivery has had an issue. Rude careless drivers, some associates that were supposed to be helping get doors disappeared and made the returns girl go get them. Doors were damaged and had to be returned . It’s just been one big mess after another and I’m just very disappointed on the other services that were provided!

I have lived in multiple states over the years due to my work, and this maybe my all time favorite Home Depot. It seems bigger than most HD's and has a great selection of home related items. Its farther than my normal HD store but I think is worth the drive

Come down to collinsville Home Depot to find an item that Fairview height didn’t had! Literally the employee was such great helper. Went to the return desk to check out as register 1 was bit having long line as the young lady named, Amy quick and friendly worker! Amazing customer service.

Asked a gentleman standing in the plumbing department where the pex line was located, he stated "that doesn't exist". He then walked me to the aisle with clear spools of tubing and says "we call it tubing here", then proceeds to walk away with no further offer of assistance as if I was dumb and really wanted the clear tubing he guided me to. I clearly did not find what I was looking for in that aisle, so I took it upon myself to walk around until I found what I was looking for, which was infact Pex and simply one aisle over. It's incredibly disgusting in this day and age to be treated ignorantly because I'm a woman and it's assumed that I don't know what I'm talking about in a hardware store. Do better people!

This place used to be really great to pop in quickly for the one missing thing you need for your project. Now the “quickly” part has been completely nullified since they always have their self check out closed and all the other open registers (1 or 2) have long long lines.

Decent prices on good material...they are willing to negotiate sales prices for unique projects that require odd purchases. Not many places will do this through policy, stating that this Home Depot prioritizes completed sales regarding customers' satisfaction, over Home Depot retaining as much revenue as possible. It shows true reliability for the majority of new and returning customers that may need help on financial relief. The services Home Depot provides aren't usually cheap considering the Company's niche as an distributor. All in all, great place to buy what you'll need to complete any job properly and effectively.

Don't hire them to BRING anything to your home or business. They allowed a driver from XPO LIGISTICS to come alone and this driver had my husband help him take a tool box off his truck because they didn't send enough help and the tool box crushed my husband.. They are not wanting to take any responsibility in this matter at all so we are going to the BBB next... and then to our lawyer. They have sent us to a zillion people for this matter to be handled and no one wants to take responsibility for this accident.

The store manager lied to me, said the system wouldn’t allow her to give me my Military discount. Told her that was odd, because I was in about an hour earlier and a young man (after explaining HD is moving to the app for the discount) gave me the discount. I really didn’t appreciate being lied to. I understand the need to change the process to ensure only people who deserve the discount get it, but I had my ID. If you want to enforce the policy change fine, but don’t look me in the eye and lie to me. I Cancelled my order and will be buying elsewhere.

Prices are fair and the costumer service very helpful. Recently I hired the outfit Home Depot uses to install their water heaters, Tristate Water. The installer, Scott did a great job, there was an issue, not fault of his own, he came back to see what the problem was, all it was, a water leak from a clogged drainage. Highly recommend Tristate Water for your water heaters.

Today, 04/01/23, (no foolin) I went to Home Depot in Collinsville for plumbing supplies. I was approached by a clerk in the plumbing section and he helped me figure out everything that I need for my basement plumbing project. I went to 5 stores before this visit to the Collinsville Home Depot and this is the only place that had the advice and inventory for my project. I am so happy that I am writing a review as soon as I got home. Thanks Richard!!!

Customer service staff needs to be quicker with there job! It’s was literally 10+ customer waiting in line while there were like two staff working on customer service department but Sebastian tried his best going fast but the other lady looks like she didn’t wanna take anybody, she literally were just helping one customer for freaking 10 whole minutes on the phone!

Not much to say. Staff is helpful but not so sure on how informative they are. I'm sure the 18yr old kid that was trying to tell me about different types of masonry cement was way off , considering I'm a mason of 25years exp .

I came in to pick up a couple of items to finish a project I am working on and ran smack dab into a bargain. Right at the front of the entry area is a rack with Christmas lights and items on sale. Really great prices! I picked up some 300 count white lights for only$2.50 a box. Well I got what I came for and went to check out. At the self checkout there was this young associate working the area named Ashton. He assisted me with my purchase by deducting my military discount. He saw that I had one hand and looked like I was having a difficult time checking the rest of my items out and offered to help. I gladly accepted. He not only assisted me with checking out, he also took the time to show me how to register online for my military discount virtual card. The new way to claim future benefit discounts. He was really friendly, nice and very helpful. Could really use some more Ashtons around. Keep up the good job and work ethics. 👏🏽

I like the store itself. But I went to the customer service desk where there was a huge line so I went to a cashier because all I wanted was them to check the balance on a in-store credit card I had. The cashier I went to told me he couldn't do it at his register (which is not true because they have done it before) he told me to go to customer service. That is what they do is check the balance. I noticed on his shirt/name tag it said "customer service rep" so please explain!?! He should no how to do it then and no that you can check it at any register.

Every home Depot I've been to, with no exception to this one, is always helpful and attentive to their customers. If they don't have what I am needing they go above and beyond to find an alternative solution to my problem. Always have what I need in stock cashiers always friendly.. no complaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The person in paints was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had everything I needed. Checkout was fast. The checkout person also gave tips on ways to save on my bill. Parking is free and has handicapped parking. The store is handicapped accessible. I plan on shopping there again.
