This pet shop is the best pet shop in the area. I can't recommend them enough. They have a great selection of toys, food, and services for your pet. The staff are super sweet and wonderful to work with. They are so great that even with moving 60 miles away, I will still go to them specifically for my pet's needs. This shop has a very large and diverse selection of products for all your pet's needs.

The employees here are always so helpful and willing to explain things or tell me about different foods! They constantly have deals going on that I don't find at other small pet shops, and they carry really nice brands of food, from frozen raw to tiny training treats.

This is the one and only place I choose to pamper my babies. Rich, the owner is always incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful! He carries everything I need to keep my great dane boys healthy, and happy! Fromm Gold, cbd oils, lotions, and balms and of course the HUGE variety of the BEST treats!! Anyone and everyone who has a fur baby needs to take them (yes, you get to bring them inside!) to Paws Pet Market!! 🐾❤️🐾

This was our first time here and I was impressed with the amount of healthy pet food and snack options. There were things I had never heard of before, so I had fun! There was a young man working the register and all I had was a $20, but he didn't have the change. He went nextdoor but no luck. I told him to keep it as a gift for the next customer or to keep it as a tip for being attentive. I'll be back and I'll tell my friends!

When I first moved to this area I took my Shih Tzu here for grooming. The first year they did a pretty good job. I don’t know what happened after that because my baby’s hair would be uneven so I stopped taking him there. Fast forward to now. I got another baby and couldn’t get him in for his first cut with the new groomer so I had my son to take him there because I figured that they couldn’t mess up a puppy cut too bad. They actually did a good job but the problem came when my son called me to tell me that the young lady added a $10 tip to the cost without asking and just charged my card. I thought that he was mistaken until he brought me the receipt. So with that being said I will never take my babies there and once I told my sister she canceled the appointment for her 3 babies

BEWARE!!! The treats in their bake case are extremely old and will make your dog extremely sick. I have 2 perfectly healthy pups and decided to pick them up a few treats from here. I wish I never did. We are battling day 2 of throwing up and diarrhea (the both of them). We will be visiting the vet today but I am disgusted someone would sell such items. I will NEVER shop from here again.

I wish I could give a good review for this place but NEVERRR will I bring my dogs here again! I brought my Shihtzu dogs here for their birthday last Friday to get groomed and both of them came back in pain because the groomer nicked them both on their private parts! I would normally take them to Petco or Petsmart but they were both booked so I tried to give this guy a chance because he’s local! When I came in to tell him about it he wouldn’t give me money back and ONLY gave me some cream for them!! This place is TERRIBLE!! Who does that to dogs and then won’t be held accountable for it?? If I could post pictures i could show you how red and irritated my dogs are right now!! They couldn’t even enjoy their birthday! PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE TO GET GROOMED!! This place gets a “ZERO”! Hopefully this won’t turn out to be a law suit!

The groomer lady is nice and very down to earth but the bald headed dude is very unprofessional doesn’t care about anything but money. Dude needs to get some classes on how to be customer oriented.

My first experience with grooming here was amazing. My senior dog is very tough to handle and does not like his nails trimmed or being brushed. They did an amazing job. Unfortunately the second trip yesterday was not so good. I asked for deshedding,nail trim and to have the fur on his paw pads trimmed. I picked him up and he could barely stand. His back nails weren’t touched his front dew claws were not trimmed. When I came to pick him up he hadn’t been brushed yet and I watched them try to do it quickly but when they brought him out, chunks of fur were falling off him still. I don’t think his pads got trimmed because he was slipping and can barely hold his hind legs up. I had given the ok to give cbd treats to help calm him down because he’s had them before but they didn’t tell me if they did or not but he seemed very confused and anxious when he got home. I don’t know what to think because the first experience was so good and this one was just plain bad

This place deserves ZERO STARS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! My dog escaped the building after she walked out doing God knows what and didn't secure my dog in the building! Thank God I was there! I had to leave my son and the car and chase down my husky! He could have been hit by a car due to her negligence! The guy who owns the building was a creep and flirted with me and asking me creepy questions about being a single mom! And I went inside to check on my dog and she brought him too me looking worse than before unfinished claiming he broke her crate and leash and she can't handle him. She charged me $50 for losing my dog and not completing a service! My dog has had severe diarrhea since and is sooo stressed out because of this experience! And my dog is crate trained and has never been able to get out of a crate!

Had a grooming appointment for this morning, the owner said the groomer was not there. that she had misplaced her keys and would be there as soon as she could. After about 40 minutes with no word from the owner, I left. Good customer service would have been an apology and a discount while setting up another day and time.....they have lost my business

I love this place!! But more importantly my dog LOVES this place! I will never take my dog anywhere else to be groomed. Every time I call to ask if they have time to groom my jazz, they without hesitation always say “yes!! Bring her on in.” Even on a Sunday!! Jazz enjoys a spa day with her doggy bubble bath and all the treats and walks her little heart can want while there. Other groomers that I’ve brought her to in the past just throw her in a crate for her to “wait her turn” and then 3-4 hours later they will “get to her” and by that time she’s so anxious she’s making herself sick. Jazz is never more then an hour to an hour and a half at paws being groomed. Then when it’s time to check out they AWAYS give me some sort of discount out of pure appreciation for me giving them my business. Awesome brother and sister team and awesome people!!!

The selection that they have for pets is wide and great.however I spent $70 for a small dog and honestly looking at her the next day I could see all that was missed,the trimmed her nail and they was killer on my skin.for me the dog grooming is a not again.but u decide.

Picked up my nine year toy poodle and immediately knew something was terribly wrong. She was not excited to see me, and barely even noticed I was there. I have never seen her act like that. Clearly she had been drugged. I have heard of this happening with groomers, but have never experienced it with my pets.The haircut was very poor, with her back legs looking like she was wearing shorts. I will never, ever take my sweet little girl there again, and could never recommend this groomer. I felt so back for my pet. For this awful experience they charge $60.

We took our dog Alex here for the first time today to get bathed and groomed and the experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were friendly to our dog and did a wonderful job cleaning him up and trimming his nails. I reccomend this place to anyone who wishes to get their dog groomed. Would take my pets back here again. Thanks for doing such a good job!

Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. The owners are very attentive and helpful. They had nice deals and a decent selection of treats and food. Even gave us some samples! I saw mostly dogs items (that's why we went) but they also had cat stuff. If our dog approves we'll definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I took my dog for the self wash she's a larger dog so I used the bigger tub. It was a little low but it was much nicer using this than trying to get my dog in my own bathtub. They made sure that the water was at a good temperature before letting me put my dog in. They were helpful in showing me how to use both the shampoo and the cream rinse. There was no rush on getting me out of there. They said however long it took was fine. Also the shampoo and cream rinse are both included and there's no limit on that either. This was the first time that I've ever used a self wash and I would go back. They've only been open since March 1st and today is only March 23rd so while they still have a few improvements to make I think they were doing very well for only being open a few weeks.

When we brought our Yorkie home from being groomed Wednesday we noticed he was licking excessively under his leg. We found a deep gouge and we know it could have only happened while being groomed. I know things can happen when dog’s wiggle around. What upsets us is that I asked the groomer and she never said a word about cutting him. I know she knew she did it because it was deep and I’m sure our dog let her know it hurt. I’ve tried to contact them but no one answers the phone and it goes to a mailbox that says it’s full. If you think you must use this groomer make sure you check them thoroughly before you leave.

We found this place recently after moving back to the area and we won’t go anywhere else for our pet product needs! They have amazing quality food and treats and the staff and owner are super friendly and helpful! We brought two of our dogs in to get their nails trimmed (they’re usually nightmares to have done because they have high anxiety) and the groomer was so gentle and awesome with them! she made it such a pleasant experience for them and for us as well!

I was given a dog due to the original owner dying. Thought I would take my new addition to the family and get her cleaned. Had veryover stuff by eyes. I told the lady I wanted he private area cut down due to her hair being so long and mated and on her cycle. They had my dog for about an hour and a half. I paid $70 for a 20 pound shih tzu plus tipped the groomer $15. I feel as though i was cheated on my money. Her hair on her ears was still matted and I had to cut it myself asking with her private. All of the gunk around her eyes was not full fully taken off so I had to also do that. Her nails were not touched n tail left untouched. I was extremely disappointed and would not personally go back and pay for a a package that my dog wouldn't get the full treatment.

I think you all need a new groomer. The groomer you guys have now like to cut deep into the small dogs. Trying to tell me to bring her back so she can get use to you. That like telling me bring my dog back so you can keep cutting her deep. No thank you, should of got a refund back. Was not happy with this place.
