Orkin technician arrived on time and was efficient. Communicated any issues and handled the treatment service professionally. Typically Orkin sends a text notification alerting that the technician was on their way to the appointment. This did not occur on this treatment visit.

Our first initial inspection wasn't a good first impression because the Orkin worker didn't use very much of their products so we where still experiencing a lot of bugs after 14 days. I had to call and make another appointment for a spray witch they were very nice about it. The 3rd go around the last used product that wasn't use the 1st two times 😕. The customer service on the phone is great 👍 though

I use to think Orkin was the best however, lately the past two years the technicians have been coming to my house with one can of spray and I have a large house with a lot of spaces and they don’t get everywhere.They haven’t gotten my crawlspaces because they’re very small and the people they’ve been sending have been well Too big to go into the crawlspaces when I asked them to get certain spots I noticed they haven’t. They haven’t been leaving me with a comfortable feeling that I’m getting what I’m paying for.Time for spiders to come in and it’s strange that after the Orkin people leave I see more spiders than before. I’m inclined to cancel your services. Otherwise the company is OK. Thanks

Was given a lot of wrong information from the start. Paid and received nothing but a walk through and a guess on this and a guess on that! Had and appointment for a Saturday, the guy came out started my paperwork then got a call saying he had to leave because my appointment was canceled smh. The lady that came out today was friendly though. That’s about the only nice thing I can say. I’m very disappointed with the experience

I called to request an extra visit to treat ants in my bathroom. I had a technician come within a day. Sprayed inside the bathroom and outside of the window where believe they were getting in. No more ants.

Orkin has been good about coming out as much we have needed them to without additional charges. However we are still having some issues with pests. We have had three different treatments so far and are hoping the latest one will fix our issue and ear Orkin a 5 start instead of the current four.

This is only phase 1 of addressing my mouse problem, but my Orkin professional was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions/concerns about eliminating mice without causing harm to my pets. I feel confident that this will take care of my problem without having to worry about safety for me and my pets. Highly recommend!

Do not use Orkin. I signed up for quarterly service and it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. My very first visit didn’t go well and every visit since then has been terrible After my last service a few months ago I had issues. I still saw ants. Orkin came out and set some Terro traps. I could have done that myself. This made the ant problem worse. I called Orkin back. I was told a manger would contact me the next day. I never received a call back. I called back and left several messages and still no once called me. And then to top it all off Orkin showed up at my house this morning without any kind of heads up. I was not home. I received no appointment reminder, no phone call, nothing. I had no idea someone was coming today. I’ve never been informed of my scheduled service days. I received a text from the serviceman telling me he serviced the outside and I need to schedule indoor service because I wasn’t home and then bam $117 is charged to my credit card. This isn’t the first time they’ve randomly showed up at my house. One day they showed up on a random weekday to do a house inspection that I never scheduled This company lacks in customer service so much. There is no communication with their customers. I’m very disappointed that I signed up for this service and on top of that I’m paying for it. I will never use them in the future. Save yourself the headache and money and do not use Orkin.

I don't usually leave comments or reviews, but I believe that if companies had a more employee's like Dustin who was very Is knowledgeable and courteous with the customers and the products he was using He explained everything he was doing. I've had services before with other places that just come in walk around don't tell you anything and then say they're done and nothing gets fixed, Great service is hard to come by I am very impressed with Dustin and with Orkin. I love my technician Dustin! He's always on time which is very important to me. He's respectful, thorough, and diligent. Always answers any questions I might have. I can take a picture of something I find and show him when he comes and he'll tell me what it is and whether it's anything to be concerned with. Customer service team has always been polite and made their best effort to get a technician out if I have any issues. Like last summer when we nit only had wasps but CARPENTER BEES!! They were eating through the wood under our deck and they immediately sent Dustin out and he took care of it! The 2 men who came last week did a great job spraying the carpenter bees. The young lady that came yest was awful. She doubted & opposed everything I said. She denied they were carpenter bees so I had to show her a photo of a dead one from last week. She said they don’t sting ppl. I showed her where the bees lived & where the men sprayed. She did not want to respray the nest. I told her they stung my horse in the belly Sat She said “did you see it happen? Were the bees hanging on him?!” I told her 4 of us had 14 stings between us & none of the bees hung on us. My horse has had a huge swollen area on his belly. I don’t know how many stings he had. I had to keep begging her to spray the nest. She said she’d call her boss. I had to go to a lot of trouble in high heat & humidity to get the horse out of the barn. Cover his water tank from the spray. Get him situated somewhere with fans on him & carry many buckets of water to that place. Orkin never called me to discuss her terrible visit. The young men were good representatives of Orkin but the woman makes me hesitate to have them come back to spray. Those bees have bad venom & they are dangerous. My grandson & I had our throats close up. My other grandson had his eye swell shut.Service: Bee extermination
