Dr Kennedy is amazing. She is one of the few small reptile vets around. She really knows her stuff. They see most pets and their office is veey spacious. Dr Kennedy is so kind, friendly and patient. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful too, even over the phone with questions I had. I highly recommend Northgate Small animal hospital and Dr Kennedy to all my reptile loving pet owners.

Dr Kennedy is the best Vet around this area. She is very thorough and compassionate. Staff are great as well. They really care about your pets and it’s not just about the money like most other veterinarians around the Metro East. Make the switch like I did!

I had the best experience here! My boy was feeling under the weather so I took him to get checked out. From check in to visit then to Check out everything was perfect. The vet was very thorough and made sure I understood everything, allowed me to ask question as well as my 7 year old kiddo. The office was very clean. Everyone was very pleasant and made sure Spike would get back to felling well.

Northgate Small Animal Hospital is a wonderful facility to care for your pets needs! I called with an emergency yesterday morning and they were able to see my dog right away. During the visit they quickly accessed the situation and advised me that my dog needed a procedure immediately. But in order to do the procedure he would need to be sedated. We agreed with the procedure and they quickly went to work on him. The procedure took about twenty minutes and they fixed him right up. He is now so much better and I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my boy! Thank you so much for being there for our fur babies and for setting our minds and hearts at ease.

I took all my dogs and my cats here for years before I moved. I am VERY particular in the treatment of my babies and please believe me when I say Dr.Kennedy is one of the best vets I’ve ever come across. She’s gentle, extremely educated, will answer any questions and always has time to listen to your concerns. She doesn’t rush me, she’s very patient. She does very well with my “aggressive” dog and makes him feel very comfortable. She was there when my cat had a urinary blockage and she called me immediately when he wasn’t doing well, she wanted to make sure I got there in time to say goodbye. She also sent me an extremely sweet letter after his passing. I recommend her to my entire family and everyone I know.

I love Northgate! I've gone to them for years for my leopard gecko and Dr. Kennedy is very knowledgeable about exotics which is hard to find. She helped when my baby lost some toes and is always enthusiastic about checkups.

Taz was very nervous about being at vet. They were kind enough to have us go in a room so he would settle down. The vet tech (didn’t) get here name was fantastic with him. Saw Dr Amy. She was so great with Taz. She got on the floor along to tech to get him settled down. He didn’t even feel the injection he got. She also asked about any problems and anxiety issues I told her about the anxiety and she prescribed some medication. Thank you everyone you do a wonderful job and will continue to take all my pets there. ❤️🐾🐾

As always Northgate's doctors, technicians, and receptionists went above and beyond to welcome me & my pet. The doctors here always explain things thoroughly & answer my questions in a clear, concise manner. The doctors and technicians give my skittish dog time to adjust & warm up to them. My family has been taking pets to this vet office for more than 30 years, & I personally have been taking my dogs here for close to 20. Many of the doctors & other staff have become friends over the years. Northgate's overall commitment to providing the absolute best care for their canine, feline & other animal patients is only matched by their kindness to the patients' human counterparts. I can't recommend Northgate Small Animal Hospital enough.

Dr. Stahlheber was excellent, as usual. He always takes his time with my animals and listens when I have concerns. I have a 13-year-old lab that is having issues and he was very gentle with her and checked her over thoroughly. Thank you!!

Bridget checked us in and was very thorough. She listened to all we wanted to address while we were there. She was very good with Wyatt when drawing blood. Then Dr. Edgar came in and examined Wyatt from head to tail. She informed us what we could do to make Wyatt feel better and that it would take time. When all was said and done, we left feeling Wyatt was heading in the right direction to feeling better.

We see Dr Kennedy & really like her. She doesn’t over prescribe & is very gentle with my Tinkerbell 😍We have more critters now and take all of them here. We like all the veterinarians and staff. Thank you so much Dr.Lucas for saving my baby kitten Smokey! I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate you and your staff that helped him Saturday ♥️ because of you guys he's doing better today and I feel he will be back to himself with some time.
