Great service! I had a problem with another flower shop that couldn't get my flowers in time for a funeral. So I called Grimsley's and within an hour they had a very beautiful flower arrangement ready for me to pick up!

I ordered a Sweet 16 Bouquet for my Granddaughter who lives in Clinton, to be delivered on 01/12/2024. It was not delivered. When I called today they told me that they had called and no one answered so they left a message. My daughter was at home with her entire family and she has no missed calls or messages on her phone. Apparently no actual delivery attempt was made. I asked for a total refund because she only has one 16th Birthday and the element of surprise was missed on her special day.I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping local and also with the weather forecast insuring that her bouquet would be delivered. Needless to say I was wrong😡

I highly recommend Grimsley's Flowers. I am from out of town and called not knowing a local florist and Alex was so nice and helpful. He gave me different options and help me order a birthday gift plant for my friend. He made some additions to make the plant even more fun and festive! Thank you Alex and Grimsley's!!

Always fresh and beautiful. Also, just walking in the store will make you smile. They even give you a little gift certificate that you can treat yourself with later attached to most of their deliveries. They did my wedding 33 years ago and have been serving the community ever since.

Sent a bouquet to my beautiful fiance at Clinton Junior High. Even though I called late on Valentine's Day they had it there before noon and it is beautiful dozen of roses

I wanted flowers for my mom and didn't have much time. Stopped in and Grimdley's had a great selection of arrangements already to go. Really helpful sales person wrapped up some flowers and off I went. Pretty good prices and awesome quality. Beautiful shop. I will be back!

Customer service is out of this world, friendly, curteous, and very helpful when ordering flowers for a special occasion (ie weddings, homecomings, proms just to mention a few) or a funeral or just because you want to send someone a flower. They have delivery. I have done business here for a lot of yrs. And have never been disappointed. The owner and staff are great.

Paid $100 and requested an all-white bouquet with a splash of blue; NO greens. However, the basket was delivered half green. Fairly disappointed. Would have appreciated a smaller basket with the colors I had requested.
