While making an appointment for my long hair chihuahua I was pleased with the excellent customer service. The gal was very pleasant and organized and quickly set up an appointment and informed me of an email that I can view and access for information pertaining to said appointment. Always pleased with my past experiences and visits. Highly recommend and I will continue using this grooming service.

Absolutely amazing place. Great staff. Always very tender with them. Entrance is open and comfortably decorated with a couple of cute products. We take ours there to get their nails done. Our family will always go here

I have never had a bad experience with these folks. Their new larger facility on the south end of town is a great service to our community.My dog used to throw quite a fit when I would try to cut his nails. The 1st time he went to Four Paws he laid down quietly for the ladies while they cut his nails and they did a great job with him.

Our Bernese Mountain Dog had her first visit at Four Paws. They did amazing trimming her thick coat. She was so soft and smelled so good too! Clean building and very friendly staff. 10/10 recommend, prices are also very affordable.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff here were so wonderful with our two dogs when they groomed their nails. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously great with the animals.Will definitely be bringing our dogs here in the future.

Our first time stay at Four Paws Salon & Retreat was for a family vacation. I was a nervous wreck but Deanne was so kind to comfort me every day and let me know my pup was doing good! She even sent me pictures of him playing! That’s what I call service! On top of that, the location is fresh and clean and super dog friendly!!! Thank you to Four Paws for taking such good care of my baby! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I only use their grooming services because my dog isn't dog friendly so I can't use their daycare. I always need my dog's bottom trimmed because he has long hair. They always get me in right away if I just need that trimmed. He always comes out looking and smelling like a new doggo when he gets completely groomed. They do great getting out all of his undercoat after winter time. I've never had a dog that needed groomed before and I look forward to taking him there.

I recommend 4-Paws to anyone who has a pet. They have a great facility and is always clean and is very spacious. They board, do grooming, and a real favorite is Day Camp!! They have all types of pet supplies. In this hard time they are delivering dog food to those who are in need. We are very fortunate to have them in our community. I encourage you to support all small businesses in our community.

Dee Anne and her staff are the best. They are so caring and treats everyone’s pets like they were their own. We take our Doodle to day camp twice a week. I see a lot of posts about doggy day care/salons that treat the dogs terrible or dogs coming home sick and dying randomly. I just want to put out how thankful my family is for Four Paws Salon & Retreat LLC. They treat the dogs like they would our children. Not only do they post pictures of our happy pups daily, but they let us know if something is off about Hank that day. We appreciate you four paws and I know Hank loves coming to see you and his puppy friends everyday! So thank you for taking wonderful care of our fur babies! 🐶❤️

Great facility and friendly staff but should have better communication with each other and with the customer. Haircut on my Yorkie was not what I had asked for. I think that better communication would have taken care of this issue. I will return but will be a lot more specific and make sure my wishes are written down.

All the ladies at Four Paws do a great job bathing and clipping my Great Dane and Golden Retriever. Dutchess and Ozzie always look so good after a day at Four Paws! They now offer boarding and doggie day camp too! Check them out...you won’t be disappointed!

What you only have 5 stars? I could go a lot higher. Grooming salon is wonderful daycare as my dogs know it, is the best everyone who works there is fantastic. Four paws is the greatest.

This is one of nicest pet salons in our area. The business will be moving Feb. 6th to the new remodelled facility on South Madison street in the 1200 blk. South. It will have larger rooms for grooming and a pet hotel in a separate building. This enhanced site will allow for better off street parking and not so crowded for grooming dogs and customers looking for pet supplies will allow more to be offered.

Great local pet service. Tons of room for your pets for both kenneling and for daycare! My Vizsla comes home wiped after a day at doggy daycare and its run by people that are passionate about animals!!

First time took the Granddog to get his nail cut. They came highly recommended by a few people. Very friendly staff and great with all the animals. Definitely will be coming back
