Place is seriously understaffed likely due to Bidens' "we will pay you for not working" policies. If you don't mind the wait it's a great place to a quick bite and of course the Blizzards you cannot pass up. Update feb22... Getting better with staffingUpdate: seems staffing is much better. Normally just get ice cream from here when I'm in the area.Update: sadly tried the Chicago Hot dog. Not good. They went a little far on the dyed relish. It's supposed to be bright green relish not dark green. Not even sure what it was even made of. Bun was hard too and not steamed. Save your money get the fries only, those are good.

Bathrooms were clean and the two young women working there this evening were polite despite us coming in 15 minutes before closing. Yes. We apologized for being "those guys." I'd suggest not cooking so many fries ahead of time. They were lukewarm at best. The burger and chicken strips were fresh so it's just off-putting that the fries weren't the same. Also, I'd recommend thinking about what they say out loud in their personal conversations. The red head in the blue sweater this evening was concerned that 2 of her nails broke off and she had yet to find them. Happy to report that they weren't in our food. But the kitchen looked clean and they were being productive in their closing tasks.

short girl with with glasses and curly hair is the rudest person I've ever seen in fast food! walked in and was told rudely I can't help you go to the next register. no big deal we moved and ordered then once my 10 YEAR OLD SONS order was ready, she asked if thats what we ordered and we said yes. she dropped the bag a foot onto the counter as my son was reaching for it and turned around and walked away. I've gone to this location since they had taco johns in here weekly and will never go back with how rude this girl was to my 10 year old son. There is no excuse and she definitely shouldn't have a job in customer service! We all know nothing will get done because thats how the owners have always been, and unlike other food industry locations that actually reach out to you, these owners could care less as long as their pockets are being filled!

This place is notorious for extremely slow service. I get it, it's hard to get good help sometimes. But I waited in line today for twenty minutes, unable to leave because it is curbed and lined with trees and shrubs. Everyone had to order at the window as the speaker was broken and they had everyone just sit at the window until their order was ready instead of asking them to pull up and wait off to the side. I only had two people in front of me and when I finally got to the window I was told I would need to wait an additional 15+ minutes for a $10 chicken basket. I said no thanks and left. I have finally learned my lesson, I'll go hungry rather than try this place again, I'm done! Would give zero stars if able, this is not a one-time isolated incident either.

I have only eaten at a Dairy Queen once before, and enjoyed a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I asked the Associate if they had it, and was told no, but they “had a Flamethrower”. I agreed. Some time later, we were given our meals. I opened mine, and found a burger. Took it back, and said I understood the Flamethrower to be chicken. She said, “No, it is a burger.” I reminded her that I wanted chicken. “Well, it’s spicy.” I explained hat I don’t eat beef, left the sandwich in the bag, and left the area. I could hear her a few minutes later loudly telling someone an interesting story about the incident. Her voice carries.

I waited over 40 minutes to get the order. Now, to be fair, I ordered for a group so it was a large order. But, 40 minutes was excessive! And, to make matters worse, they made one order wrong and forgot one entirely. Will probably just drive to Kankakee from now on as this isn't the first, second or third time we've had issues with this.

Last couple of times I have been there service had been extremely extremely slow. Last time (two vehicles in front of us both appeared to get pretty small orders) it took them 30 Minutes to take our order make 4 medium blizzards and one large milkshake. On multiple previous occasions they have also been slow and messed up orders. Bad service they need to step up their game.

Went there to get ice cream and the ice cream machine ran out of ice cream. Also my friends window wouldnt roll down so I had to order out of the back window in his 2004 Ford Ranger. Very nice staff but very slow. Would not recommend for fast food. Would recommend for fan food.

Clifton dairy queen is the go to place its way better then the gilman dairy queen my favorite treat is peanut buster perfeit and hot fudge sundae we will definitely be back thanks for all you do.

When you order a blizzard at the drive thru it is like soup when you get it. The point of the blizzard is that you can hold it upside down and it won't come out of the cup. They need to be able to handle lines more efficiently and actually serve the food in the condition it is supposed to be in.

Terrible employees. Went through the drive through, which took way too long btw definitely not fast. When I was at the machine where you order the employee told me to wait. Then about 5 minutes later she yelled at me telling me if I was going to order anything. Not coming back.

No gloves worn in the food prep. And when the lid was placed on our blizzards the girl took her ungloved hands and poked the lid to puff it out then placed it on the cups where it touched our ice cream!! We had to scrap off the top layers when we got home. That was so unsanitary. The only reason I didnt ask for a refund was because we were able to scrape enough of the ice cream off the top.

Worst Dairy Queen around. They don't offer any promotions or specials because they're independently owned. Service is really slow and the kids behind the counter seem to be playing around too much. We won't go back.
