The Friday night before Easter, we got home from work and noticed our sweet female Rotty kept licking her chest, which I thought was weird and went to check on her. After further inspection discovered what appeared at first glance to be a hole in her chest.Our DIL immediately stepped in and called Growls & Meows! Keep in mind our female Rotty had NEVER been there! At 7:15pm on a Friday night, AND on Easter Weekend too, Growls & Meows Veterinary Clinic not only answered the call but immediately asked for pictures to be text to them. After texts and pictures were sent, and a few follow up texts, the office called right back! They wanted to see our sweet Rotty first thing Saturday morning.Ria went in for surgery on a Saturday morning, the day before Easter and spent 4.5 hours there!!! She had puncture wounds on her chest and another set under her armpit from some type of attack. Also some type of tear in her back leg, similar to an ACL tear in an adult.My point is - if YOU’RE looking for a vet, Cisne and their staff are amazing and are so accommodating- even to patients that originally were not theirs! Needless to say, all 5 of our FUR Babies will be using Dr. Murphy and staff!Their amazing care was greatly appreciated for Rhiannon!Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 Stars

I can't recommend Dr. Murphy and her team enough. Dr. Murphy treated my dog at her previous clinic, and I always hoped I'd find her again. I did - the day that my dog was at the end of his life. It was a Sunday, and I wasn't even a current patient, but I called on a whim, and they told me to bring him - no hesitation. They were so kind and patient, even diagnosing the true cause of my dog's discomfort. Although it's an hour and a half drive to see Dr. Murphy, I'll never go to another vet again.

Dr Murphy is wonderful!! She has come to my rescue and done vaccinations and in fact, she saved my own dog's life. This vet has gone above and beyond and we highly recommend her. Thank you Dr Murphy!! 5 stars!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I am one to never leave bad reviews but when it comes to my animals it’s a different story. I had heard lots of good things about this place for boarding animals, so I thought I’d try it out. I wanted a place that was interactive with the dogs since we’d be gone for a little bit for my wedding. My brother picked up my two dogs and his and it was terrible. One dog was choking because they had wrapped a leash around his neck so much he couldn’t breathe very well. He is still having episodes where he gags and chokes which he’s never done before. Our other dog was covered in pee and was scared. And the last dog was picked up on Monday and it’s now Saturday and he’s still not the same dog. He has been sick and terrified for 6 days now. I had to take him to our vet because he was starved and lost so much weight. We also noticed he had a blood filled eye that he didn’t have when we dropped him off. Our vet said he would have had to hit his head pretty hard for that to bruise like it did. We also didn’t get our food back so when I went to go pick it up they handed it to me dripping in dog pee and I had it all over me. We tried calling and asking what may have happened and each person came up with different excuses. The first lady said our dogs were scared but not aggressive but when I talked to a different girl she said she didn’t want to use the word aggressive but he wouldn’t let anyone touch him and that’s not what we were told at first. We came back from our trip to a extremely sick dog and we spend a lot of money boarding them to now spend a lot of money in vet bills to figure out what they did to him. I tried to call and be nice but they do not think they did anything wrong and had no apologies for it. I will never take my dogs back here or recommended it for anyone else. I will share my experience with everyone.

Could not even take 5 seconds to talk to me and look at a picture I had about my dog that had been hit. I was very concerned about him and they just ignored it told me to call them at the end of the day. I understand being busy but I was willing to wait until she was available. I ended up driving the extra hour to talk with a vet more than willing to help me and give me the best advice. I’m thankful our boy is going to be okay and pain free thanks to Crestview vet. They definitely need better empathy.

My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the veterinary clinic. Dr. Murphy is one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians that we have encountered. Her dedication to helping animals is rivaled only by her skill as a vet. We adopt senior dogs and with that comes a lot of vet visits. The clinic has handled routine visits, emergency visits, and the difficult end-of-life visits for us. They have always gone out of their way for us and our pets, something we appreciate greatly. We recommend Growls & Meows without reservation.

Terrible experience with the senior groomer. Did not greet my dog or have any sort of friendly interaction before scooping him up and putting him on the table. Put him in a HEADLOCK under her arm and squeezed harder the more he wiggled. I finally had enough and told her to stop the grooming because he was starting to panic and she was not being friendly to him at all.Her response was to tell me that shes been doing this for 25yrs and to tell me what I was doing wrong with my dog and not grooming him properly (which is why I was there) because "you're telling me how to do my job". She then said she had been on the clock for 12hrs to try to justify her attitude and actions. Extremely unprofessional and out of the other groomers I've been to in other cities, I have never seen someone act so unfriendly to my dog or use a headlock to keep him still.I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the vet and rest of staff were amazing to my other senior dog and had great bedside manner. My wife had nothing but good things to say about the vet. Friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgable. Everything you want to see from someone handling your pet.

The vet is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. She is always willing to answer any questions you might have. I always walk out confident that my animals received the best care. Their prices are also very affordable in my opinion and the vet works with owners. For example, you can buy heartworm medicine monthly if it works better for your budget. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

This is a very good vet to go to!! They are patient, kind, understanding and they know you on a first name basis. I don't even have to tell them who I am, I walk in, they tell me to either have a seat, or follow them directly to the room. I will not go to any other vet ever again!! They made my cat more comfortable than I thought was possible!!

I was so pleased with Frances' grooming today I literally cried. She got a personalized neck kerchief and bows she got her nails painted and oh she smells so good!!!!! I had tried to take her to other places and they said she was nippy.... and didn't do the job! We'll be back over and over

I highly recommend Growls & Meows, a new Vet, at Mary Murphy boarding and grooming. Hadxa emergency at 12:00, one of my new puppies would not eat, would not stop crying. She saw the distress puppy immediately. She was constipated and dehydrated. So impressed with the staff caring and professionalism.
