Nice place to let the dog hang out at when we go out of town. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have cameras in each stall so you can check in on your pooch while you're away. Have used this kennel multiple times and will continue to use when we need to head out of town!

Their in house trainer, Jenna, was wonderful to work with, great knowledge and understanding of dogs and how to communicate that to the owner. She gave me multiple personal tips, advice and resources to help us be more confident and responsible dog owners. Her in home session and training/boarding sessions was a perfect base line for us to help reach out goals.

I would have considered this a place to board my 5 cats when necessary but I have sent 2 emails with inquiries & 1 phone message being left to try to find information & perhaps a booking with them without any response at all back from anyone! I would not now even consider boarding a hamster here! My pets are precious & family to me. Imagine if they were staying there & I couldn't even reach anyone to check on them! It would be very troubling to me & make me very anxious. So for this reason I would now not even consider them to be a proper place to board pets.

We used Willow Branch for the first time while on vacation in March 2023. We have small dogs and were very nervous about leaving them in a boarding setting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience, staff and owners. We will absolutely be back.

I just picked my dog up today after nine days at the kennel. Evan was so lovely and gave us a summary of her week there and how she did. She was happy and healthy when we picked her up! The man who checked us in was also very nice and showed us around the kennel. I highly recommend taking your dog to Willow Branch!

Awesome facility!! Evan and the staff were excellent! Our dogs are our children to us. I was anxious about leaving them at a new place since our German Shepherd can be a little difficult, but this place is definitely the right choice. Evan was emailed me and let me know my dogs were doing great during their stay. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean! We have already been back once and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!!

I feel so silly for all the times my family has traveled and we just leave the dogs at home having someone come let them out. Light bulb finally turned on and we had all four of our pups stay the weekend with the Willow Branch Crew. I was given a tour of the facility upon arrival by Liam. He was kind and patient with my pups as they adjusted to their new environment. Facility was very clean and warm for the current outdoor temps. Was pleased to receive great report cards from Evan when picking up.I know I will not be worrying about dog messes or their care from now on when we travel, they will be taken care of by the Willow Branch Family!

First time boarding our high-energy and typically loud, lunging, reactive Catahoulas with *anyone*, but we had a family emergency that required us to drive up to Chicago for the day and we absolutely had to put the dogs somewhere. A friend recommended Willow Branch, and Evan & Co. couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring. A couple hours after drop-off, he sent a video of himself kneeling on the ground with one arm around both of our dogs, scratching them while they wagged and sniffed his face. I can't express how relieved we were, and how much that let us just stop worrying about the dogs and stay focused on other urgent issues. When we finally made it back to pick them up at the end of the day, Liam greeted us with a bunch of pictures of our dogs and nothing but positive things to say about their stay. Unbelievable service, highly recommended.

Evan was outside working away when I pulled in. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a wa "hello!" We were actually only there for Hunter to groom our two pups and we were beyond impressed! My 5 month terrier is a nightmare to Dremel her nails, but Hunter did better than I ever could with her! They came back smelling AMAZING! (I might need to know which puppy cologne that is!) And both were the softest I'd ever felt them. We had two happy pups and we were just as pleased. Thank you Hunter and Evan!

I think it important that we provide as honest and helpful of reviews possible, to help others make the best and most informed choices possible. I can say I am a pretty critical person, but without hesitation my expectations of care for our dog where more than met by Evan Smith and the Staff of Willow Branch Kennels. Evan worked with us on every aspect of our dog's stay, he even showed grace and understanding when not once, but twice during the COVID-19 crisis we had to cancel reservations with little notice, because of it.I have one observation to help some who might wonder about it. The kennel is an older building and that may cause some concern. However, I did a tour of the kennels my first time visiting and can say the areas the dogs stay in are clean, air conditioned, and well maintained. I have no concerns at all having used the facility for a year now. After his stay our dog has always been happy, calm, and content.

Our dog had a fantastic stay here, the owners make you feel like they’ve known you and your pet for your whole lives. It’s nice to know you are leaving your pets in caring and capable hands. The prices for services are fantastic also.

We've been taking our 3 dogs here for quite some time and love this kennel. We recently moved, and I still drive over an hour to bring them here instead of using local kennels. Evan is always positive and I can completely trust him and his staff while the dogs are in his care.
