This is the second time I bought something from them and it’s been expired food wise . Last time was beef jerky and I remember one of the walgreen associates say in Spanish nothing has happened meaning that everything is alright. Check the dates of the foods here because apparently they don’t check the expired dates.

I just came out of this store and the line was out the door so I went to where you can print your pictures out because other’s were there also. The lady told me she is closing. So got back in line turned my head and looked at her and she still ringing people even after she said she was closed. I’m very disappointed in that customer service.

All I have to say is u better look at your receipts after purchase. My hubby purchased a few things for his elderly mom & an extra $13.20 was charged for some postage stamps, WTH! He didn't purchase stamps but me the wife always chks my receipts. They got the wrong one today! It was an honest mistake I was told, hmmm. And men I tell u well mine nvr chks what he is being charged 😡

This Walgreens is more like a ghetto corner store. I've been going here for over 10years because it's closest to my house. I was there at 7:00pm with my 2 small children. A very rude man was scrubbing the floor with a machine while the store was full of customers. I moved my 2 kids out of his way and he yells at me that he's cleaning that side of the isle and gave us the nastiest look when he walked by. He was extremely ignorant and rude, never said please or thank you. He shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like that..especially children. Floor cleaning should be done after the store closes. This store is, and has always been an embarrassment to the neighborhood. Lost a long time customer tonight.

Last week I went to pick up my prescription and I was standing behind an older gentleman who had gone to drop off his prescription. He was just asking Martha (the short, curly blonde woman in the pharmacy) how long his prescription would take to be ready, she told him 3 hours. He asked if she would call him when it was ready and she told him “no” that he would have to call, in a horrible attitude, as if he was bothering her when he asked a simple question. He also asked if the prescription would stay there and she said “yes, if you want your medication”, again in a nasty, bothered tone. The older man walked away very hurt by her attitude.Every time she attends to me or my family, she always has an attitude. I don’t think I’ve seen her once be nice to someone. I have spoken to people in the neighborhood that all say the same thing: she is always bothered and doesn’t want to take care of anyone. She yells at people (even older ones) when she can’t hear them, which is what also happened with the man I was talking about before. I don’t think she should be one of the faces of the pharmacy with that attitude. I really hope Walgreens really takes this into consideration, it isn’t pleasant going in and having to speak to someone who is disrespectful and rude.

Hated the energy from the woman running the photo station. Came to get passport photos with my white partner and had a white shirt on, told me they don't accept white shirts- no biggie I say it's cool I'll just go grab another shirt from my car and before I could even finish this woman cuts me off to say "so just you then?" to my partner but whatever. Come back in they tell me I have to take my jewelry off no biggie again I think except the passport website literally says jewelry is fine as long as it doesn't block your face and on top of that my partner was not asked to take her jewelry off so another red flag. The dude at the normal cash register was cool but that photo woman definitely needs to reconsider working elsewhere

I recently bought a house in this neighborhood and sadly this is the Walgreens closest to my family and I. The service there sucks! Everything about it! The lines are always long, the cashiers are really slow and don't even get me started on the pharmacy service. There is this older bitter rude Hispanic lady with light curly hair that always looks mad and gives people attitude. Just looking at her gives me the creeps!! I guess I will have to go back to my old Walgreens on Austin and Cermak. That one is the best and I've never had a reason to complain. It's worth the longer trip. Only reason I started going to the one on 35th is cause its closest.

I've been living here for 20 years, pharmacy staff knows me and my family by name, always very attentive, always sweet. Martha and Brenda always get xmas cookies from us for their excellent customer service 😊

Quise hacer un envío de dinero a México por medio de la Empresa con la que trabaja Walgreens : western a unión llegue a mostrador ni una persona dispuesta a ayudarme llegue toque la luz donde pide uno ayuda y una muchacha que trabaja allí en pasillo mal humorada me dijo llenara yo el formato que la compañía no les permite brindar ayuda llene formato y me sacó de la página de envíos volvíA solicitar ayuda allí fue comandoMe hizo el comentario que no se le permite ayudar …entonces para que pagamos servicio? Me salí y me fui a la western unión de la avenida Austin y 26st con excelente servicio en Walgreens es de dar vergüenza es triste por que la locación me queda la a un minuto de mi casa allí no vuelvo a solicitar este servicio para que ni vayan al área de envíos eso pasó como 4;30’del día de hoy
