Terrible experience. The employees don't even know their own policies/ procedures set forth by Dollar Tree. They were also rude. I tried to exchange something yesterday for the exact same product, just a different color. I didn't have the receipt so they would not do an exchange, even though it explicitly says on their website that you can do an exchange without a receipt. I highly recommend that all employees are brought up to speed on current policies and procedures and/ or if they can't do exchanges any further, update their website. When I asked to speak to the manager, she got defensive and told me that the Dollar Tree website was lying. Totally unprofessional.Per their website as of 12:11 pm on 4/7/24:"At Dollar Tree, we want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise purchased in our stores, please speak with one of our associates. With original receipt, items can be exchanged for another item, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Without the original receipt, items can be exchanged at the current scanned price. Refunds and exchanges are not provided for gift cards or prepaid financial cards."

Just walked out the store on April 21, 2024 at 11:29 am and I felt racial discriminated with the cashier Liliana. She greeted the Hispanic warmly with smiles and a thank you and all that but when I walk up she give me a dry stale face didn’t open her mouth at all and didn’t say thank you at the end of the transaction either. And I watched another African American walk up behind me and receive the same dry service. I’ll be calling corporate first thing to report her i can imagine how many more have received the same treatment and I won’t be back to this store either

Great customer service, awesome cashier, ok products. I went to get a few household essentials and they were sold out, due to the time of day I went and it being Easter weekend. I also had 2 items that I wanted to exchange from 2 other Dollar Tree stores due to them being duplicate items that I'd purchased before. They exchanged them no questions asked without even asking to see my receipts. Great customer service, I will be checking them out again!

I had gotten some water with electrolytes from here just under an hour ago & as soon as I got home I saw that both of the kiwi strawberries I bought were already expired, one was expired all the way from February 21st & the other was expired on the 4th of this month. I'm very disappointed honestly & most things were out of stock which I understand since it's Sunday but there also wasn't many selection of things either, it'd be very nice if they brought in woven baskets of all sizes & overall had better selections for other things & new products since I'm on a tight budget I get most things from here & really would like if they were slightly higher quality, but I know since it is DOLLAR TREE the products will be worth the name.

Awesome place to shop. Dollar items can't be beat! They also have Frozen fish, vegetables and fruit. Get there early though. Cashier's are also nice and friendly. Many items are cheaper than Walmart 😃

The store has great variety.The store manager is the best manager I’ve seen work she has the isles Nd walls full and she is so helpful always- alway working I feel that is very impressive.When they open the store it’s super clean but the people always mess it up. The register people can / should be faster!!!

Today I went in and it was fully stocked. Don't know if I came in on the right day or if they have a new manager but I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I wanted in stock.

Always very crowded but good selection of products. Not all Dollar Tree sell the same items believe or not. The bags are free at this location, that's always a plus

I always have a good shopping experience when I shop here.I love the donald duck orange juice. I get annoyed when they are out if it.Other then that they have so many things you have to stop yourself from buying too much because EVERYTHING IS JUST ONE DOLLAR.

This store is located near the very busy intersection of two very busy thoroughfares: Cicero and Cermak. It is, not surprisingly, a very busy location with lots of stock on the shelves. Still, it wasn't a disorganized store or disheveled.Tons of products at an amazing price, of course. Parking was very easy. It's located to lots of other establishments and restaurants. Access was both convenient and simple, though navigating the other parts of the parking lot was complicated. Recommended.

Not a bad place to come. A bit smaller than the other Dollar Trees but they have a slightly more specific section with button batteries and medicine that seems to be missing from other stores. They also do helium balloons and gift bags but you'd have to call up and ask if they have any in stock.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. You can find great deals on anything that you could possibly need for $1 or less. Stylish reading glasses for $1 that would be 10X more elsewhere.

The store is clean and the worker are very professional and nice can find mostly everything I need however when you get ready to check out there is only one register open and there is a long line and you have to ask can you have another register open then it takes about 5 minutes before one more person open up the register because it's the other workers are stocking the shelves

Tiffany may be putting some of your customers lives at risk today. She chooses not to wear a mask provided by your company and has a small cough. She claims that coughing into her sweatshirt instead of the air is ok. I had to explain to her that her germs can still get spread. I am not worried about myself but I am worried for others, especially at-risk groups of people. Tiffany needs to understand that it is selfish to not do her part to protect others during this crisis. Please make wearing a mask mandatory for your employees and put up plastic shields between the customer and the employee. Please protect your customers and employees during this difficult time Thank you.

Made me waste my time and gas. Called multiple times nobody answered. Bad customer service. Upon arrival I asked for assistance and employee did not want to help and made me look for what I needed. Store is a mess. When called to check up on a item no answer. Why have the phone number if it goes straight to voicemail. Horrible experience. Never shopping there again lost a loyal customer.

Dollar Tree as we knew everything to be $1.00 is no longer. There are signs throughout the store stating the new price as $1.25. Long gone the Dollar Deals.

On Saturday May 9 2020, after waiting in line went to but birthday ballons a female employee said, were not birthday balloons were only doing mother's day balloons, so I said ok well give me 2 mother's and you can also give me birthday balloons, she said no I can't so she refused to sell me balloons it was a waste of my time waited in line and a me out with nothing I'll never go back to this store vary bad customer service

In my opinion this is a nice place to go to...I like shopping there especially when I have to spend cash for my groceries... So far the staff is really nice...
