I’m generally not a fan of Dollar General, but this one is awesome. Very clean store, very friendly and helpful staff, and an overall good environment. I came in, looking for something specific, and I could not find it on their shelves because they did not have more in stock - they were sold out. Xiomara took initiative to call other locations for me to find out where I could get what I was looking for - she didn’t want me to have to go to each store and check. Both Xiomara and Ricka made me think positively about Dollar General! Both were very helpful! A+

Horrible. Avoid at all cost. Week after week and the employees can’t seem to put anything on the shelves. Employees and manager needs to be fired, can’t get any worse.

This store needs to be under New Management ASAP how can the store say it's open posted on the door but when you get there it's a sign that says sorry that we are closed because we are doing a inventory, I mean who can't do inventory on regular business hours isn't that what you get paid for, they also have mices running around in the middle of the day not good at all, and how is the company making any money if they're closed for five days for inventory, What a joke

This is a horrible place to shop. Crates everywhere just sitting in aisles, nothing is stocked, shelves are empty, cashier's on there phones when they are checking u out, they are very rude, this is just horrible. I literally have to go to where I use to live because Ive moved to Cicero in November, it's puts a dent in my pocket because of the high gas prices. Bad environment and very bad customer service. I understand about staff shortage but they are not working N just standing around on they're phone. Ten thumbs down. They need to put effort!! This place sucks. Went there again today and everything on carts just sitting there. Calling corporate tomorrow.

Everytime I come into this store it smells sour and like stinky socks. I was at checkout and saw a huge roach. Dirty and nasty. I dont need to bring extra stuff hime me me. I will never step foot in here again.

It was crowded when we came in there was no buggies, or baskets, half the store was not acceptable due to "the trucks coming early, theirs nothing we can do about that just check in the party section for Christmas decorations" says the manager . Not to mention no one was unpacking the packages that was taking over the store. It was sad they put the young lady on the register you can tell she didn't know what she was doing.

Used to be a great dollar general back when family dollar was open right across the street from it. Now post covid and seems to be all messy with price stickers completely giving a false price when an item clearly isn’t on clearance. Surprised they still have the DVD’s though.

This store is Awesome!! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The prices are AMAZING!! Special thanks to the Store Manager for her endless hard work & dedication to the company and customers. She makes sure the stock is always available, has a Great personality and customers leave with a smile.

Awesome prices definitely has the best and lowest prices as far as milk and dairy products go. They have just about everything except for bagels which is always on my shopping list. Clean and polite stuff

I love the store but the employees look like they hate their job so I rather go to Walgreens most of the time. Word of advice to management: hire better employees that will strive to provide at least okay customer services.

During the 50% off clearance sale the detergent was not placed out when I asked about it I was told that there was non on clearance...I saw that there was plenty behind the register and when I asked for a price check it said 4.65. Now from that price it suppose to be 50% off that. The supervisor did not wanna give me for the clearance price. When I asked why not she said that was the most she could take off. Then someone that worked in the store came and picked it up for herself.

I’ve been going to this store for awhile now. Customer service is horribleThe store is horrible. I went to use the restroom and there was piss all over the seat. The bathroom was super gross. The ppl who work there does not want to be there. You can tell smh I will no longer go to this store.THEY ARE NEVER IN STOCK!! Especially the baby station! It’s always empty

Sooooo. This store will give u a headache. First its stuff every dam where. Stuff spilled on the floor no sign to tell u so I almost fell. Then there ate stickers advertising sale prices. Get to the register and and the cashier says that you have to have the app. Download the app and cant find the coupon for th items that are posted that you need to have the coupon for. It's a real headache. And it's only one line so I dont wanna hold up the other 10 people behind me trying to find a dang 1 dollar coupon. Ugghh

Always dirty , the cashier always in the office with the manager and take too long to come out they can steal with out them noticing , i have too scream helloo for her to come out plus i did not get her name but the cashier had her daughter sitting behind the register while the little girls mother was working in there .
