Very limited selection on products. Many sure brand options, but not a lot of make brands, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The produce section was very bare and the produce present was not good anymore. I saw moldy potatoes, squishy zucchini and melons, I bought a bloody Mary mix and once I got it home I realized I'd was 4 days past the expiration date.The staff was helpful and kind and the store was clean

One of my favorite Krogers. Its got friendly nice staff and a clean bathrooms. Fresh foods and even some items you don't see at other Kroger. Good stuff. The sales are great with your Kroger card so get one.

Very clean store. The staff always says hello and answers any questions I might have. Fresh product options, reasonable prices. Connected to a CVS store. The parking lot is kinda small but people seem to get in and out so no problems finding parking. Love having a local grocery with high quality items. Love the organic options! The staff really is noteworthy.

Too crowded, sometimes no shopping carts available, they put stuff out in the middle of Isles in an already crowded store. Can't find an associate at self checkout half the time. They stock during the busiest time sand every time I go there for one in particular item it's not stocked.

Went to Kroger yesterday and was going to get deans french onion dip but they were out. So I got the Kroger green brand of French onion dip and it was watery as all get out me and my husband both got sick from it. So you guys might want to throw all of that out before someone else gets sick. Just fyi.

It would appear that Kroger would rather through away case after case of fruits and vegetables into a locked dumpster, instead of donating it to a local food pantry. See photos.

The people at checkout are always so friendly but the ladies working the deli are not. Every time I have to make a deli request, I get eye rolls, sighs, and begrudging looks. I've seen them do that to a few elderly people too. It's unfortunate.

Great people and almost always a great selection, I say almost because I have done the last minute shopping thing and it was my fault. The employees are wonderful here and always helpful , Glenna the pharmacist has always been a great help when I have questions. Shennon at the front end is always so personable and remembers me and is so helpful!! Love this store over all!

If I could give a lower score I would this place has a lovely selection of produce and groceries items the problem is they never restock anything is constantly picked over or the fresh foods and veg are going bad on the shelf or if you get it home it is bad in 1 or 2 days I just made coffee with what has to the the oldest beans I've ever consumed.And I can't take it anymore ill be going to Walmart for Mt bs

Able to find about anything I need. I like the sales each week. There is usually enough room for two carts to pass each other. The set up when you enter the store is appealing. Someone will assist me if I need help finding something. All you have to do is ask & someone will go to my car with my cart and unload the bags for me.

The store has done some nice remodeling in the past couple of years and it seems cleaner and nicer. This Kroger should definitely expand though and maybe look into getting some more items. Checkout is easy and quick. Employees are nice and helpful.

Lately, most products have been rearranged, however, maps are available. Only one produce scale available. Nice store. Mostly friendly clerks. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient employees. Many people, including me, have no idea how to obtain digital coupons. This store practice is unfair to shoppers who are not computer or lphone/Android literate.

The staff is helpful. Prices are good. This is a smaller grocery store, and doesn't have the full amenities of say the Kroger down off Knoxville, like sushi. It's wine and liquor selection is sufficient for a small-town grocery, but certainly not as large, again, as the Kroger off Knoxville. Also, parking seems to always be full.

So thankful for the honest staff at this location. I have left my wallet at this store more than once and every time it has been returned. I really appreciate the honesty of the people who clean and organize the carts.

This Kroger is always well stocked and the fruit is fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. I once watched an assistant manager bag groceries when the place was extremely busy and understaffed. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the parking lot is small and cramped. I take advantage of Kroger points to save a TON of money at the gas pumps.

Melody at the Deli was wonderful! I have my sons 6th birthday party today and I was Not planning on having food. At the last minute I decided differently and she helped me pick out a meal that would feed the whole party and have it done in very little/no notice.

Kroger was our go to grocer when we lived closer to Chillicothe, exceptional and friendly staff! We used the pharmacy, bakery, deli, florist everything you would need in a store. The managers there are helpful, go out of their way to tell you hello and ask if you ever need anything. The cashiers are just as great and if you have a problem they are on top of it. On one specific occasion we had bought some Kroger brand ice cream sandwiches. Upon opening them at home, my son & I both said they tasted like chemicals and burned our mouth. I called up there and they told me to bring them in at my convenience and they would refund me my money. When I did take them back they not only gave me my money back but also gave us a family package of name brand ice cream sandwiches for free! I didn't even ask for more, they just offered. I would always recommend this store!

Love the krogers in chillicothe.delivery started to stink though.they have not contacted me ( at all ) last 4 delivery's.and paying 10 dollars for that and a good tip until the last time.just sick and tired of them not letting me know anything.and just popping at my door with whatever.or barely anything.this could be a great experience if they contacted you through text messages like they used to so you could work out different options if what you want is not there.but going to the store is usually always fun and pleasant for me.

Will not go there anymore. Was in there Sunday 12-8-19 at 6:45am to pick up mushrooms for the AMVETS Breakfast that morning.Approached the checkout and only had the u-scan registers open.I ask to use a regular register and was told they didn't have any cashiers yet. I REFUSE to use them and I think Krogers should have register open at all times. 40 years as a UNION Man and still PROUD. I know this will fall on deaf ears which it always does.

This store is a nice small store to have in town .the larger stores take so long some days to just walk all the way through.its nice to do your weekly shoping in a smaller enviroment.they have mostly everything you need for meals.
