We have been going here for years but not anymore! The young girls working there have no idea how to make a sundae or a Banana Split! Teach them how it's a joke what they serve you! Go in and order a Banana Split and see for yourself! We were back today and the young girl at the window was very rude and was not a happy employee! There at 2:30 only one at walk up window no people skills! I would talk to her ordered small chocolate cone and medium vanilla dipped in chocolate! She needs to be personable in front of customers! She was not!

I grew up in chilly, and loved going to DQ here, but recently its fallen off, whenever I go there they are either missing the most basic ingredients, take an extremely long time, or get my order wrong. Just today I went to DQ and ordered Large "Ore Dirt Pie" not only did they not have the gummy worms, I get they can't control when they get them but they can control how many they use, it took them 5 and a half minutes to make two shakes and a blizzard, it may not seem that long, but they've done the same order in under 2 minutes and a half. Not only that but when I got my order, I got a small. I mean its not like I'ma regular, so they can't just know my order, an normally I get Mediums. Overall tho the Ice Cream is the same, its just the employees!

Much more reasonable prices in Peoria. Won't use the dairy Queen in Peoria. Very friendly. Great service.

The first thing I'd like to say is that this location is only an ice cream shop. The do not have the grill led and fried products. That's a little inconvenient when that's what we want. Although the staff down there is kind. They take great care suchass for my son's order is a little different and not really on the menu. On top of that the customer service is always pretty good

Always a polite and professional atmosphere when I go here. They aren't as big as most other Dairy Queen store so they don't have as many food options but they do have all the same ice cream options as other stores and the quality is their.

Doesn't have the full menu...only 3 choices for meals. The rest of the menu is all ice cream. Disappointed because I was looking forward to getting their yummy chicken strip basket.
