Tell your cashiers not to comment on customer’s bodies. I never shop here, but I run in to grab 1 thing and because I’m pregnant I guess the cashier thinks it’s okay to ask if I’m having twins or just have a big baby. I tell him I’m almost due and thinking he will stop, but he then continues to say he can tell how the baby is positioned and that I better get ready to have my baby early. Very weird and uncomfortable situation and will not be returning to this location.

I called to correct some prescriptions. Robin spoke to me like I was an inconvenience the whole time. She was rude, interrupted me when speaking, she put me on hold while I was explaining what I needed. I wish the Lacon store didn’t close. They were ALWAYS so nice. I am now using Kroger pharmacy. If you have to goto cvs goto the one in Henry, they’re all great.

Sadly, I went in to the CVS in Chillicothe, Illinois today. I spoke to the female pharmacist. I requested a COVID booster because I am a Senior Citizen and in a high risk group. She took my Medicare card and my vaccination card. After examining it for approximately 5 minutes she told me that I couldn't get the booster because I was 4 days away from my 6 month booster time. Then I walked away and returned and asked to make appointment, and she refused that too. I went to another pharmacy and was vaccinated immediately.

I will never again spend a single penny at this, or any other CVS the have ZERO concern for the health and safety of their customers or employees. Whereas they have toughted being proactive against COVID-19 in the media its a complete crock! They state that they are enforcing the rule that all customers must wear a mask while in their store while sending corporate emails instructing employees that they are not allowed to enforce nor are they allowed to refuse customers service in any way. They recently had a full-time employee's spouse test positive for the virus yet they still require this employee to continue to work instead of quarantine as per state and federal guidelines. And the real kicker is that it is only the RETAIL workers that don't receive this health benefit. Any and all other employees from corporate employees to call centers but amazingly not for the employees that deal with the public every single day, the people that touch everything from your everyday products to PRESCRIPTION DRUGS for people that are high risk due to underlying conditions. Cvs does not care about you or your family all they care about is taking your money because they can always make more when your sick so why not help spread the virus
