This was first time going here and my baby look so beautiful! She was extremely matted due to the fact I was in the hospital for six months from a stroke and a emergency open heart surgery , the neighbor who kept her didn’t wash or brushed her hair!! Will be returning to This facility ! Thank you for a job well done

I really liked the customer service and like the environment I went in on this past Monday looking for a groomer for my grand pup Bella and got an appointment for today we were the first ones there before they even open and my baby Bella was shaking and nervous but calmed down before I left she is so sweet but a home body dog that don't be around a lot of people I thought she would do good here but they called soon after I left saying she wouldn't let them take her out the cage and was trying to bite she isn't violent and never try to hurt anyone she was nervous and scared only 5 pounds a little something she just need rubbing and talked to so she could calm down she is a loving dog I wish you all can give her another try no moring appointment but maybe in the afternoon after 12pm so im asking can you all give her another try😞😒

Great Service! Very friendly from the time I drop off my doggie until I pick him up. My dog went for grooming, wash, flea treatment, and teeth cleaning etc. They did a fantastic job! Every time I pick him up they have him so clean and adorable. Wait time is always enough time and my dog always okay my advice trust the process you will be satisfied.

The worst grooming experience I have ever received. After explaining exactly how I wanted my dog groomed they ignored every piece of instructions with no remorse. My dog had a top knot she had been growing since birth they cut it off and acted confused when I was upset: I wrote down in her notes it was not to be cut and the receptionist put it in the grooming notes as well. I was told by the owner she did not believe in discounts even after I paid $100 plus tip. She eventually gave me $20 back and told me it would grow back 😐

The owner and the team are AMAZING! Be prepared for your fur baby to be there for hours. This is the only thing I don’t like. The owner remembers you and your fur baby preferred cut style. Which gives the visit a more personal touch.

I received extrmemly poor and horrible services at this establishment . My dog had a cut in his eye and they lied and said he had been had it when he was dropped off. The customer services is horrific it is like a page ripped out of a horror comic book series.

This was my first time taking my maltipoo Fendi, who has hip dysplasia and the groomer was wonderful, she handled her with care and even took the time to call regarding her care, we will be going to Woof Cutz's for her grooming needs. The groomer covering the front desk was very polite also.

I am a fan of black owned businesses that is how I found Woof Cutz Grooming. My dog Jazzi had her first appointment and Woof Cutz did not let me down. They paid attention to detail, the process was explained well and my dog was returned smelling great. They gave Jazzi a clean cut, not a hair out of place.
