I absolutely LOVE Wigglyville! It’s much bigger than I thought it would be, and they offer so many items! I’m thrilled they have Origens cat food, non-chicken wet food for cats, Weruva cat dinners you can buy by the pouch, and natural treats for dogs. The prices are good too. It’s a very calm environment with a shopkeeper that lets you shop in peace. I’m already planning to go back!

It’s my second time taking my boy Andy with Allie and he loves her! He doesn’t even look back when she takes him to the back. He’s a corgi so it’s important they only trim in the right areas and Allie does a fantastic job and making look handsome and keeping him safe. He’s squirmy so I appreciate her patience.Highly recommend her!

Hollis is AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of dogs both grooming and behavioral. She takes the time to educate you on how to care for your dogs coat and a multitude of other things. She is worth every single penny!Love,Hudson ❤️

I can not say enough about how incredibly positive our grooming experience was here. We brought in our Goldenoodle who was incredibly matted. Any other groomer would have probably shaved him.Hollis spent the time to de-matt him and gave him the most incredible hand scissor hair cut! Hollis also showed me a lot of different options for how she could cut his face. He looks like a new dog. She also spent time to teach us how to care for his long coat and the right way to brush him.Very detail oriented and very responsible pricing for the job they did. I can’t not recommend enough!!! We will never bring our dogs to another groomer again. They even finished him off with a very festive bandana!!If you have a dog with specific grooming needs check them out!!!!!

Fantastic Company! Endless ⭐Rating.It's great to come to my hometown visits of Chicago and still get excellent care.From asking for a specific stock check and "truly listening" To stating they could do a quick next day pick up from their Lakeview location before heading into work.I mean come on that's when a true business shows its success! Not to mention its appreciation for its customers.I was grateful for both staff members from each location to help out. You guys/gals rock!!

Allie always does an incredible job grooming our Bernese Mountain Dog! She’s so sweet and caring. You can tell she really loves the dogs she works with, and our dog loves her just as much. I can’t say enough good things about her!!Shawn at the front desk is super friendly and always has great recommendations. He even remembers our dogs brand of food and keeps us posted if there are any deals for the brand!

We've been taking our dog for grooming to Wigglyville for a few years now and we love these guys; top-notch customer service and always friendly. But most importantly, our dog also loves going to her grooming appointments, which says a lot since she is terrified of water! We've never had a bad experience there and really appreciated Hollis' expertise with dogs with a double coat. Our doggo always looks fantastic - even our vet complimented how well her paws were groomed. Although we've moved to the suburbs now, we still take our dog to Wigglyville for the excellent grooming and stellar service.

I have been going to Wigglyville for quite a long time prior to moving out of the Chicago area, nearly a 7 Hour drive. After spending much time and energy finding a new groomer for my cockapoo, No one has compared. Not only does my little Emma enjoy arriving to Wigglyville, she is treated well, trimmed beautifully, and the cherry on top is the warm and truly passionate dog loving people who cared deeply for our canine companions. I make a point to always book an appointment here. They are so good and I know are sometimes heavily booked but it is absolutely worth the wait. My stepson and his wife bring there little Yorky with a big personality, and a bit of a pain in the behind to Wigglyville and their patience prevails! I don’t know how they do it but I’m so glad they do!

Honestly I hate to do this…. But I have given this place enough chances (because their prices are great, and the owner is very nice) however. There is one employee there (younger guy) who is honestly just the worst. He is always rude and not helpful. I came in and asked for pumpkin purée. He didn’t make much of an effort to tell me where it was only to say it’s in the corner. Um excuse me? Corner where ?I then preceded to mention my dog had stopped liking her food and was curious about samples so I can try a new brand or flavor out. He then mentioned all they had was in a basket he pointed too. Which is totally fine I understand if you have limited samples. But when I asked if maybe he could help me with any advice on which one to choose from and how to switch it all he said was “well that’s all we have and I don’t know what else to tell you besides what I just said”Listen. Im a server, and I get it, guest can be rude and being in customer service you deal with a lot of A-holes. People have bad days. But this person is continuously rude every time I have went into the store, obviously doesn’t care for the buisness because quite literally EVERYONE I Have talked too has said the same thing about them. I will not be back. Honestly just go to Bentleys or paw naturals (and yes I know paw naturals are expensive but they do price at the same if you let them know) I am so angry about my experience and sad I even have to write this….. do better Wiggley

Fantastic staff who know their products and pets! They have helped so much in navigating a food sensitivity. Great selection of well-chosen products and competitive prices. That plus the customer service makes this a no-brainer over the big box stores.

I would give one star because the male employee was rude. We did not get greeted when we walked in. I stood at the front door putting my mask on, but my husband forgot. The first thing the male employee said was, “do you have a mask you can put on?” My husband said “Yes, I do” calmly and puts it on. Then the male employee says “please do.” The entire time he is playing on the computer. He never asked me for help and I was in there for a while. I gave two stars just because the prices of their products are more reasonable than the dog store down the street. For that reason I still bought some souvenirs to take back home to FL to my other pups. I pay for my $70 purchases and the male employee says, “you’re all set” and goes back to his computer. I stood there appalled waiting for a, “thanks for coming in!” Or, “have a nice day.” Nope, nothing. I own 3 businesses of my own and customer service is EVERYTHING! This establishment needs help in that department. As you can see from other reviews, I’m NOT the only person that stated the staff is rude. The owner’s reply indicates just that. RUDE! Also, the owner insinuated I was lying about the mask situation stating he asked us several times and that we were rude. PLEASE PLEASE show the video footage. I’d love for everyone to see exactly where he asked us “several” times and how we were being rude. Instead of playing he said, she said, YOU HAVE THE PROOF THAT YOU CAN SHOW YOUR PATRONS!! To anyone that goes to this store, you may want to video the whole time you’re in there for your own proof because the owner will accuse you of doing things that never happened to try and save their terrible business. How about accepting your faults and train your staff on customer service skills. That would have been a better reply.

The shop is nice but I experienced rude customer service. Clerk made us wait outside to form a line and let other customers go in without making them respect the line he started. Once inside, we heard him endlessly talking to other customers about his dog rather than prioritizing offering to help new potential customers.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Our cat has special diet requirements and they now stock food that we requested just for her. If they don't have something you need, just ask and they will happily order anything you need and keep it stocked if it's a recurring purchase.

This place has a great selection and normally wonderful service. Recently we've had some very rude experiences with a male employee that have caused us to shop elsewhere. Hopefully this is just a temporary set back because otherwise it is great!

Went in to pet a cute puppy. Prices are expensive for pets...was just wondering what happens if nobody was interested in buying a puppy for 9000 dirhams...what happens then!!!!!! Huge concern
