I purchased two items for my dog’s paws, dog boots and Mushers secrets. Little did I know all transactions are final and not refundable. If a sign is posted in the store it’s not prominently displayed and I didn’t see it. The cashier even said I could return any unused boots. He didn’t say I would receive a credit or an exchange only. When I tried to hold my dog’s paw, he jerked it away. I tried to hold his paw several times to see if I could get the boots on. He wouldn’t let me and I gave up. The packages were unopened and in perfect condition. When I returned these items I was told that only a store credit or exchange would be issued. I left the store. When I got home looking at the receipt, I saw on the bottom “all returns are exchange/store credit only in 14 days”. I seldom look at a receipt when purchasing something, I would guess many others don’t either. Why isn’t there a big sign at the cashier stating the return policy? I should have known better. What if I had bought a collar, harness or coat and it didn’t fit my dog? If I had known the return policy before I made the purchase, I would have left the store without buying anything. There should be a big sign at the cashier stating the return policy, and even telling the customer on items that may not fit. I’ll never shop at Wigglyville in future because of the return policy.

Walked in last week to browse. Apparently I got too close to their cat tree which had a cat sleeping on it. The male employee decided to yell at me and sarcastically tell me there’s a sign in the window not to go near the cat. You would never see the sign just walking down the street and going in the front door. I told him I didn’t see any sign and left. I heard him yell something else at me as I walked out the door. I will never give them my business.

I had a bad experience with the staff at this location. I had both of my kids with me (my 3 month old in a front carrier and three year old). The staff seemed completely unfriendly from the moment we walked in the door. The bag of dog food I needed was on the floor under a stack of other bags of dog food. I couldn’t get the bag out while I had my baby in the carrier on my chest, so I asked the employee if he could help me. He seemed annoyed and got the bag out and set it on the floor and didn’t even carry it to the checkout. So I struggled with the bag. I didn’t expect him to carry it out of the store for me, but in a boutique store with no other customers, a little friendliness and helpfulness should be expected.

I love how you can find a lot of healthy food options for your pets especially human grade food for your dog that's kept in their freezer section.A couple of weeks ago I tried a brand called "A pup above" at a competing pet shop and was charged an astronomical amount of money 💰 but I was delighted to find they carry the exact same brand here at a very reasonable and competitive rate.I will definitely be ordering a larger portion for my great pyrenees soon who literally inhales this food it's so good!There are tons of healthy snacks, toys and peanut 🥜 filled bones and I love petting the shop cat Braith who loves to greet all the customers if he isn't sleeping peacefully.

They are absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable and informative about all of their products. I could ask them a question simple difficult anything at all about cat food cat litter pet products anything that has to do with almost any animal or any product whatsoever and they will answer me if they don't know the answer they will find the answer. They are absolutely wonderful, they're friendly, personable, it's one of the best shops in Lakeview, in my opinion.

Selection of products is well-curated. But prices tend higher than average for the area. But they’re the only place that sells my pup’s favorite treat - real meat jerky sticks (bison, elk and venison). So we make regular visits!

I'm a die-hard Wigglyville fan. I love this place and have been shopping here for the last 9 years. They are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products they supply. They are willing (within reason) to order things that you may need. Any time I go to a different pet supply store, the experience always feels subpar compared to the customer service I get from Wigglyville. They also allow pets into the store & have an instore cat (Braith) & bird (Ralph).I no longer live in East Lakeview, but I still make the trek to Wigglyville.

Definitely a "one-stop-shop" for my needy cat! This pet boutique always has what we're looking for! I also dig that they only sell high quality, usually grain-free food for your 4-legged friends. Aside from awesome products, the staff are extremely knowledgable and kind.

A week ago, I bought some shampoo for my dogs, and I'm happy because the item that I was looking for is available here in this pet shop. They truly have it all from accessories, shampoo, foods, and anything else. Also, the staffs here are really polite because they managed to provide me an excellent service that I needed. Good job!

They are seriously the best and most caring pet store! Always prefer to support a small business. I had been getting my pet food delivered with COVID and one of the times it was stolen by a neighbor. They did not hesitate to resend the food, even though it wasn't their fault! The best ❤️

first of all there’s a very cute cat that lives in this store (even though you’re not supposed to pet him cause he’s a senior citizen). secondly they have all sorts of fun cat toys that i haven’t seen anywhere else!!

Wonderful service. They go out of their way to remember you and your dog's name. After my last dog passed away and I brought my new pup to the store, they gave him a free bag of treats in honor of my previous dog. Thought that was a nice touch. Only downside is that it is pricey, but I like to support small business when I can, so I still buy all my pet food here.

One of the coziest and welcoming pet stores in the neighborhood. I enjoy stopping in because they carry the brand of dog food we get for our pooch but also because I love saying hello to the dogs and cats that chill out in-store. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I have time, I'll be back to grab new leash and collar from the wide variety available.Note:- During high traffic times finding parking in the street pay-to-park can be tough.-They participate in spring rewards cashback program - great incentive.

I live by O'Hare and have made the trip a few times to Boystown just to shop here. My pooch loves the goodies I bring him, and he's enjoyed going with me a couple times. Great products and food supplements. LOVE!

Such a cute dog store filled with tongue and snout jokes with a variety of toys and accessories for dogs. If you like dressing up your dog to look adorable, here is the place. Dogs are welcomed and encouraged here so when I visit Chicago and I want to see dogs, I always make a stop here. It’s fun squeaking a toy in the store and seeing all the interested dogs get excited.I love it’s *just* for dogs here. Very little cat stuff (not a cat lover) but lots of leashes, collars and pet food. This is where I get a souvenir for the dog when I visit Chicago. Yes, I’m one of those people who needs to get a souvenir for the dog and if you think that’s silly, then this is probably not the place for you!

As a very devoted pet owner, I was so lucky to find this place. The staff knows what they're talking about, the prices are fantastic, and they won't even blink an eye at special ordering anything you might need.
