The atmosphere is very vibrant. But for some reason there are always the moments where people are just negative. There are young employees that will focused in on you and toward but not even offer to help you. There is security and aggressive people all over this place. The people seem to not realize the value in self that’s should out weight the non-sense that the atmosphere so easily produces. They take forever to allow good people like myself to have an awesome shop with good produce and good people and hard workers.

First time going to this Walmart, and i went through THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE PRESENTED BY EMPLOYEE JAYLEENTHIS POS human started to insult my family and I as we were walking OUT. presented her with receipt of our purchase. Started cussing and screaming at us as we were walking away, thinking she was not going to get a reaction from us or any kind of disciplinary action by her manager. By luck, thanks to the employee Ryan, I was able to speak to a manager who was noticeably disgusted and angered by Jayleens behavior. Not only was employee Jayleen obnoxiously ghetto and rude, but she also proceeded to threaten my family's life (mind you guys i had two kids with me and my fiancé) and mine stating she was going to call "her guys" "to light us up" and acting beyond immature and unprofessional. This angry gremlin should not be allowed to work customer service as she has a miserable and unhealthy work ethic and life.

Every single time it is something!I come in and employees act like you don’t exist, on their cellphones/AirPods and get upset if you disturb them.I purchased a coffee/espresso machine and it was USED! Who doesn’t check returns?! It was gross! It’s no surprise because the guest service area is a desert!The store runs itself, you might as well get rid of everyone.I was 7 months pregnant, and I went to pick up a crib that was on sale for $40!! I went to the front near the cash registers where a huddle of team members were dancing and talking about a customer’s appearance. I asked if they can check the back because the site said there were 2 in stock, and I didn’t see anything on the sales floor. And you guessed it, I was told “ if it’s not on the sales floor we don’t have it”.Unfortunately, this is the only store near me, and for convenience, I have to shop here. Please hold staff more accountable and train on guest experience.

They were out of everything we needed both seasonal and regular merchandise. I was shocked and really annoyed. They didn't have any shoes for little girls, no sneakers or fancy shoes. They didn't have any holiday clothes for anyone older than 2 years old child-wise and anything smaller than 2XL for women. I was not amused. I get that it is Christmas but that should be all the more reason to stock up on those basic things. They were out of much more than that in every department, even women's underwear!! I am not impressed. I used to love walmart. Not so much now.. It makes me wonder if it is theft or lack of proper ordering and inventory management or both. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they had a lot of fruit that was fresh and the 2 employees we encountered were very nice, pleasant with my 4 year old and as helpful as they could be.

The staff at the self-checkout refused to match prices with the website, despite company policy. When I mentioned their own company policy and showed it to each of them, they claimed ignorance. One associate directed me to customer service, but the policy allows any staff member to make the adjustment. Terrible employees. Oh, also, this store is a wreck.

One of the worst if not the worst in all chicagoland!!!They ARE ALWAYS!! PUT OF STOCK IN A LOT OF ITEMS THAT ARE ALWAYS THERE IN OTHER WALMARTs!!!Most of the people working there don't know what they're doing and are rude!!Long long lines cause they only have 1 or 2 registers open and the self check out, most of them never work.

Service was not good, a lot of things were closed, like customer service and the money store part of Walmart because there were not people to run it. There were no shopping carts. Absolutely none. Like I said, they were having a severe shortage on people to work there, the store was run down, it wasn't really that clean. I would be happy not to have to go back there again

Usually clean, and well stocked, though form time to time you might not find what you're looking for. There may be some cashier line, but it usually moves fast. Plenty of parking.

I went into the store to pick up my order but at the pickup place they told me that I couldn't pick it up inside the store that I had to go to customer service, I went to customer service and they told me that I had to go outside the store, Park my car in the assigned pick-up spaces and call the number that is displayed in that area. I told the person that I didn't have a car, so he told me to go to a designated spot and call by phone. I went to the place, and through the application I let them know that I was waiting for my order, I waited more than 10 minutes and no one came, I called by phone and no one answered, my call was sent to voicemail. After 15 minutes, I had to go to the door where the employees came out to leave the orders for the cars. And that's where an employee took my name and gave me my order. It was the worst experience I have ever had picking up an order at a Walmart. And they have always given me my order inside the store, since I don't drive and I haven't had to use curbside pickup.

If I could give them a -0 I would. In total I waited 30 minutes for a staff member to come and help me. They had 4 other people waiting as well went to customer service and ask and after being told twice someone would be there NOTHING but you have a store full of employees standing around laughing and talking to each other doing nothing. Where is management because I should could not find one nor could any associate direct me to one. This store is below standard all the time and customers should not have to deal with this. Just sad

Service was good… but they couldn’t get my receipt from a day prior… they can see me paying but couldn’t pull up any receipt for that time stamp… The management should be concerned about someone pocketing that money…now my trimmers lost their warranty as I’m left with no receipt… even a little candy store has track of their transactions… this doesn’t make no sense…

Wrost walmart in Chicago. Everything is wrong with this place. There's nothing good about it. Avoid at all costs. Stay away. All employees are lazy and don't realize that they are working. Super ghetto. All they do is stand by the customer service desk, 1 person on register and 30 people in line. Pathetic

Store just opened November 20, 2020. The staff were friendly, check out is different at this store everyone does self checkout but staff are present to assist. This store has great finds, plenty of toy and bike options. The best spot for grabbing household items, holiday gifts and groceries. There is curbside pickup available and instore.

I have to be honest, I grew up in the area where the Walmart is, however, I find this Walmart to be one of the best stores in the area and in surrounding suburbs.I went earlier in the day, the store was clean and well stocked. I had no problem getting through the aisles because they seem to be wider than the other Walmarts I visit.The one issue that I did have is that I couldn't find some of the Frozen items I was looking for. Either the Walmart is not well staffed to restock the Frozen section, or they're going to have a product reset in the Frozen aisle. I didn't get pics of the empty freezer shelves.

Paging somebody freaking anybody with the keys to the liquor department. I did meet a new friend waiting the 20 min + for an associate with keys that fyi never came. You'd think they would have a call button for the liquor if they are gonna lock it up. Also why does it take so long for the cashier to ring up people but I fly through on self checkout. If I see another one looking for a bar code...ahhhh it's a thin line between love n hate ...but do better.

I came Sunday, March 5, 2023, to Woodstock at Walmart to get two tires to be fixed because I veered off the road. Unfortunately, my tires could not be fixed Sunday because the employee in auto misguided me and there were limited employees to help me, hence, I had to leave my car in Woodstock at Walmart and returned to the city which was 1.5 hours away.I returned two days after and decided to get the car fixed because the employee Danny told me they would be expecting me. When I arrived there were two employees at the auto desk one of the employees went by the name Key and another Larry. I explained to Larry what had transpired and Larry was one of the most professional, empathetic, and humbled managers I have ever met at Walmart. His level of professionalism blew me away. Thank you Walmart for employing such a great manager he is awesome. Great work Larry.

This location is shady with returns, I asked to see their full return policy because I wasn’t able to return an IPhone 15 case because it was “over $25”. I have the cashier on video saying he knows the full return policy has been missing from their store for a while but he doesn’t know where it is. Sounds like they make up their policies as they go.

So fitting rooms are close at 10 theu say and nobody wanted to open it by the way they were young ... Carleta and older lady went on the bottom and open it for us ... I had to give one star in order to post my review ..the store is a lways a mess employees always give a bad look when you need help they take forever and when theu come back theu give you some lame excuse ..I hate coming to this store they dont have customers service because apperantly they dont help you this store needs to hire some real worker not some lazy a@@@s people ..this is why people prefer shopping at target

This store is ridiculous! The store is messy, they never have anything in stock and the staff is very unprofessional. On top of that, they have the nerve to lock up the soap well, I guess you can call it locked up because they have the same soap on the top shelf above the "locked" cabinet unlocked and available to steal. And to make matters worse, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and unlock the cabinet after walking the entire store to find an "associate ". Then the staff got an attitude with me like I did something wrong. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the top shelf or I wouldn't have even bothered with this. It is not my fault that you opened up in the hood.
