DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY FROM STORE! They have a their named Yessenia who "delivers" half if not less of the food! She rejected my calls when I tried contacting her through the app! They charge a $10 fee for delivery just for you to get stolen from! I will be filing a police report if this store does not contact me.

The management at this location must be horrible. I have never seen an entire staff of employees so miserable in my life. In the electronic department the employee assigned is not present. We had to find another employee to page them. When they arrived they had an attitude and then told us we had to wait because another customer approached them first. Thank goodness the other customer was a civil human being and agreed that we had been there waiting when they arrived. I actually kind of feel sorry for the employees that they're work environment is so horrible that they look like they'd rather jump off a bridge than earn $15 an hour.

The self check out registers should already be up and running when the store opens at 6:00. If it takes that long to get the registers going, then have an employee/manager get them online earlier? Have more cashiers available since self checkout is not readily available. Unacceptable to have a line that early in the morning, when you can quickly go to self check out if it was open..

I was able to get in and out. I had a return, and the guest affendant at the door did not allow me to walk with the item through the store to get my other items. I didn't want to walk back and forth, so I made her hold the item while I shopped. I have never had this to happen to me before. Strange stuff like this is why I don't shop in the city.

I am very disappointed in the direction this walmart is going in. I came to Walmart today to get some items to complete my sunday dinner and the level of treatment was beyond me. However I obtained my items and proceeded to checkout. Upon doing so the first side for self checkout was completely closed. Only allowing delivery drivers to checkout of on of the lanes. Then there was six checkout lines that were full all the way into the clothing area with at least 8 to 10 people in the line with full carts. So I proceeded to the second self check that had about 20 people waiting and checking out this was a complete mad house. So of course as patrons we were anxious and of course the associates were to. Well while I was waiting I observed 5 team members standing around in the self check out 4 associates and 1 manager. Then the sales associate was really rude to several patrons and just kept yelling 20 items or less. Customer service here has gone wayyyyyy down if your are more worried about people stealing than customers satisfaction then you are in the wrong business. I have visited multiple Wal-Marts and everyone is run differently from all self checkout to a hybrid situation to all associate checkout. This was totally unacceptable.

Gave 1 star because I had to, the only way to explain this place is horrible, unprofessional, and dangerous. Last time I went it was a handsome guy leaving out right before me with a Samsung flat screen and the young lady didn't check his receipt. But here I come with 2 cases of water and she had to make sure she checked mine. That man just walked out with a WHOLE TV but you checking my water. Not to mention when i finally get to the parking lot it was a disagreement that turned into a shooting. I advise you guys to just take the time to go to a different location not only to receive better service but for your safety as well.

This location is always out of stock on important items. There are also only certain registers that accept Wal Mart Pay. The lines are always long. It would be helpful to open more lanes of cash registers.

I have used the drive-up and i would suggest using the app. I have ordered and tried calling number but they are usually busy so download app. That is the quickest and easiest way when picking up. The staff is always great I have encountered. There are signs and everything is easily accessible

I parked in this Walmart’s grocery Pick-up parking lot 10 minutes prior to my grocery pick up time of 10:00 AM, and I checked in through the Walmart app because their phone number sends you to voicemail every time you call. Less than 30 seconds later I received a notification saying my food has been delivered to my car. I go inside to Pick-up and have to wait approximately 30 minutes for an employee to assist me. I was informed verbatim “I checked you out so we could boost our numbers”. I had to go inside and shop for my items. This experience of unprofessionalism was my last straw as a consumer of Walmart. I can only imagine the chaos within management if their associates conduct themselves like this.

This Walmart shares a busy parking lot with an adjacent Sam's Club. The staff service in Walmart was outstanding. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful even though they were busy keeping the shelves stocked. The staff deserve a 5 for their service and their efforts, but the overall experience, because of the volume, was less than the highest rating.

I want to address my concerns with Walmart. I placed two orders to be delivered two different times and unfortunately either of the orders was delivered. I spoke to management on the phone not at the location but the online department for orders. They were horrible at compensating me for my order being delayed and not delivered. I spoke to one guy name Fernando he stated he could not let me speak to management. Which I could not believe but I called back the next day and I spoke to another employee who provided a manager to me but the manager was horrible his name was Muhammad. He did not want to provide compensation for the company mess up not my mess up.He made a statement about me being compensated for my first order not being delivered. My question to him was that first compensation had nothing to do with the second compensation that I should have received.Number one the coupons that they gave he stated I can only use it for certain items. Again, how is that compensation. I want to use the coupons for what I want to use it for.Walmart also provided emails requesting a review on the representative and I provided a complaint and no one has tried to reach out regarding my concerns.WOW, you guys have to do better. I spend to much money with you guys to be treated like this. Both of my orders was over $300. Thanks for saving me money and I have spent my money at other Businesses. I am thinking about canceling my membership after this.This is the location they send my product out to me from.

The store was clean and organized and the staff friendly. From an environmental status have one stop to get a lot of stuff causes conservation of fuel and less pollution.I don’t know how employees are compensated or treated. I don’t know how suppliers are treated.

I typical go here for the necessities but it's getting to the point that walmart is useless. Items not in stock, no cashier's but no one to ask for help. Line are super long, and it just becomes a waste of time and money.

This Walmart have crazy people walking around starting fights and terrible attitudes. The workers talking in group chats and not helping customers. They need to hire real arm security guards to work at both doors.. It's best to order online for delivery or order for pickup at the store. They open at 6am best time to go and shop. Put a worker at self checkout who can properly take care of customers and lead the front.

This store is soo unorganized!!! How is it that you tell me my order is ready. I send in the app that I’m on my way (I was 12-15 mins away). I pull up just for you to tell me my order was delayed?!? How?!? when you send me that my curbside is ready to pick up! So I’m waiting 15 mins then I get an email stating my order was picked up at 4:31 p.m., I’m still sitting here and it’s close to 5:00 p.m. and I’ve been here since 4:14 p.m.!!! On top of that, they’re charging me for stuff that I didn’t even purchase!!! Walmart needs to be better overall!!!

When I first came to this store for the first time a month ago, I was impressed at the layout and quality.Returning yesterday, was a totally different story. From empty shelves to lackluster employees who wear dirty latex gloves on the cash register and exhibit terrible customer service. This will probably be the last time.

Gotta love it!! Where else can you grab a new computer mouse at 10:20 pm, plus on the way out grab milk and bagels, clean socks, a curling iron, a bath mat, and a pack of smokes all in one trip and under $60 bucks lol WALMART!! LOVE IT!!

Service is horrible! There was a cleaner advertised for $12 I asked a service clerk to confirm the price before I got to the register. She in fact confirmed the price was correct! Happy I grab 2 and head for check out. I get to the cashier who says she needs to verify. I explained I just had it verified. Meanwhile I'm following behind the front-end clerk to the the shampoo/cleaners. She sees the price says "OH its wrong!" I explained to her I just had the price confirmed. She gets on the radio to another clerk. Meanwhile this is the se clerk "manager", who was standing right in front me when the service clerk verified the price for me. I said to her "you remember me right?" She goes "yes, but I can't give it to you for that price. The price is incorrect." I said "ma'am you were just right here with the other young lady. The two of you just said you were also going to buy one. You also told me the 64 8nch tvs are on sale for $298." She says "oh that girl is a new associate. She didn't scan it. Sorry(sarcastically)."I asked for both of the managers names. The department manager walked away the other young lady gave me her name.I was so upset I didn't want to buy any of the things I had in my cart. So mad I left my prescriptions I had just picked up in the cart. What is more upsetting is the girl even put the shampoo/cleaners in my cart herself.I asked for the store managers name. Reluctantly I got it from a worker. The front-end manager told me "when you buy something you will find it on the receipt."

They had all Self checkout barricaded off and the checkout lanes that was open took 20 mins to reach the register then another 10 to scan my scan n go wow that's the worst walmart I've ever shipped at ever hope they get it together
